I've always had a great experience at this location. Although they are always busy, this has never affected their service or quality of food. We ordered the 30 piece nugget with two large fries for the road. Our order was fresh and correct. The inside is semi clean. Not the cleanest but also not the dirtiest. Very busy Chick-fil-A. I almost always go through the drive thru when I come here. Even with the volume of cars, the wait is almost always less than any of CFA's fast food competitors. Recently I placed an order at the drive for 6 people for my mom's birthday. She wasn't feeling well and wanted Chicken Noodle Soup from CFA. I would have picked up something for her wherever she wanted but she wanted soup from CFA. It wasn't quite the birthday celebration we'd planned but Chick-fil-A put a smile on my mom's face that evening. Our entire order was correct and quickly delivered to my car. As you can see in this photo, I ordered my dinner through the app which was very convenient and also I love their rewards program because it is so easy to rack up points and the fact that they allow you to use multiple free coupons in one order always amazes me. This location in particular has its ups and downs and the reason why I'm saying that is I've ordered from this location multiple times in the past and a few times they have messed up on my order by not giving all the sauces I requested or missing items that I've ordered. So I can say that this place is a hit or miss when it comes to ordering ahead but I have not tried ordering inside as of yet if you like Chick-fil-A then this is the place to be OK I didn't mean to make that rhyme. read more

I was given a gift card to Chick fi-a and for the life of me, do not know what the excitement is over this franchise. I bought the chicken nuggets that looked so unnaturally shaped, that were over fried, tasteless accompanied with chemical-flavored honey mustard sauce. It was so below par. There are too many employees in the parking lot holding tablets to take your order. It seems so over the top for just ordinary fast food. The main reason we ordered Chik Fil a was because my kids were sick and wanted CFA fries. I ordered through Uber Eats and when it got here we were missing the kids fries plus the large fry. Then open my Chik Fil a sandwich and there is no sandwich, just a piece of chicken. This is a consistently good Chick Fil A. We go about 3 times a week. There has been a bit of staff churn since it opened, but most of the employees have been exceptional - in fact we miss some of the good ones that have left. The employees make an effort to be friendly with you and learn your name. They do the Platinum Card here and the surveys on receipts (not everytime though) where you get a free sandwich if you fill them out. The playplace is clean and the kids who come in are well-behaved. The bathrooms are well-taken care of and the place is clean and they never run out of the sweet tea. If you have trouble finding parking, just go across the street to the parking lot behind publix. This is probably number 4 that they have had soda spill all on my seats because they once AGAIN did not close the lids all the way. When brought to thier attention, there was no apology. Two reasons. We were in the drive-thru and I asked how Randall was doing. He ignored me and asked me what I wanted to order at the minimal volume possible. I couldn't hear him and was so confused with why he was being so distant and rude. I thought maybe he was having a bad day. As we went to pay at the next stop, I saw him joking with another patron. I communicated his behavior to the manager. We went again today and Randall was our cashier and again had no customer service skills. He did not give us sauce, our coke, or our shake for 25 minutes after our order was made. Ps there was nobody there and it was 8pm. This store used to be really good but it has gone downhill. I have contacted their customer service department 3 times and the issue has not been resolved. A chicken wrap was missing from my order placed on December 7, 2021. On top of that I used several of my reward points that are now gone forever. *One of these is not like the other* This is definitely the worst chic-fil-a around. It doesn't have the same energetic and pleasant energy that other normal CFA's have. The employees they hired must have not received the same training that other stores give and it shows. There are no smiles what so ever, when you put down the car window there's no greeting or anything, just a "what do you want?" Definitely more of a McDonald's vibe. The employees have attitude and, although an insignificant thing, when you say thank you, they say "mhm" not the usual "my pleasure". The Ritz-Carlton of Quick Service restaurants. That's was the thought that came to my mind when I first experienced Chick-fil-A. At that point I didn't know that their service model was styled after the Ritz-carlton one but I wasn't surprised when I found out. The people at this particular one is what keeps me coming back. I like how when I pay with my debt card they use my name. I like how they bring the food to me. I like how they know when it's busy all hands are on deck to keep things running smoothly so their customers aren't inconvenienced. I love their cookies and cream milkshakes. I love their biscuit chicken sandwich for breakfast in the mornings. I love how I crave their delicious real chicken nuggets and Polynesian sauce on Sundays. The size of nuggets & tenders remain small, and the chicken sandwich is hit or miss depending on the time of the day. If you go before closing at night you're more likely to encounter the chickenless fried breading shell. Visits upon the store opening will also prove dissatisfactory in terms of the food quality. HOWEVER, the stray cats are gone for now and this location has made effort to improve the parking area at the cost of removing curbside takeout. They've done a decent job at renovating the parking lot, but it appears to be very dangerous to have your customers and employees stand and walk between cars in the drive thru. After making several visits to the drive thru, it's time I write a review. I have not been inside yet and I know they have a playground for the kids seeing it from the outside. It'll happen one day :) The food is good. I always go for the salad or the grilled stuff when I get something from here. The salads are awesome and I'm a huge fan of the grilled chicken wrap. Mmmm. Give me a side of avocado ranch dressing for dipping and I'm set. The portions are big enough and I've even saved lunch for dinner sometimes since it tends to get filling. They also have an awesome breakfast menu and they give out a surprise item on Wednesday mornings for free when you mention it. It changes each week and it keeps the customers going back for more. The service has always been great every time. I don't think I've ever seen a staff member not happy about working here. I'm not sure what the corporate end is doing, but keep it up. You hardly ever see that at other fast food venues. It has been super friendly and quick as well as providing excellent customer service. read more

This Chick-fil-A has terrible customer service. If I could give this location zero stars I would. After I placed my order of one large ice cream in a cup I drove up to the drive-thru window. While waiting for my order I watched five separate cars behind me receive their orders of multiple bags and drinks before I received my order. When I spoke with the manager I was informed that is how their system works. It's mind boggling to me that it was not their priority to provide service to the me who was at the front of the drive-thru line before those behind me. Ordering online thru catering as we were using them for a multi-party birthday celebration. Unfortunately order was filled incorrectly when picked up late Saturday. Party was Sunday so order mistake was not discovered until Sunday. I returned on Monday morning to point out the mistake. The manager could not have been any nicer, understanding, and apologetic. I typically do not leave reviews for fast food locations. After all, how much is expected? But Chick-fil-A is supposed to be different. Based on the reviews here, this location is very unique. There are likely very few CFA locations with such horrible reviews. Training, training, training and location, location, location. The employees clearly need training in all aspects of their job. They can't seem to make an order on their pad. They don't know how. Specifically, when I ordered a chicken biscuit with egg, the employee asked "would you like cheese or just the egg?" Without going into more detail, what I received was a biscuit with just egg. No chicken. This is the second time this has happened at this location. The first time I got home before I realized, so I just simply had an egg biscuit. This time, before getting too far, I checked. After making a u-turn and returning, I asked a different employee for a chicken biscuit with egg. He had to ask another employee. He came back and said "so you want egg whites?" I repeated, I just want a chicken biscuit with egg, and explained that I had received a biscuit with just egg. He had to go ask the other employee again. I finally spoke out and said "you know what, just give me a chicken biscuit." I paid him with my card. As I drove around to the window they asked for payment, for twice the amount. There was still more, but this is already too long. But, unfortunately for customers, because of the location, the franchisee and management seem to not care. They don't need to deliver because they are always busy. There is no other locations nearby, so because of CFAs popularity, they don't seem to care about quality. I have an injury so I've been ordering delivery from this location. EVERY time I order, they get something wrong but on 5/15 it was theeee absolute worse! I ordered at 5pm, didn't get my order for over an hour. Mind you, I live right down the street. When my order arrived EVERYTHING was wrong. I ordered 2 chicken strips, got nuggets instead. I ordered a grilled filet, got a sandwich. Ordered mac and cheese, got a soup. Ordered a grilled chicken market salad, got a salad with no chicken. I immediately called the location and it kept going to voicemail. I called 20+ times, left two voicemails. Finally called again and got an answer. The associate was not helpful, basically told me id have to wait another hour before a new order could be delivered. Odd thing about this whole ordeal, my order on the bag was typed CORRECTLY, but everything in the bags were wrong. Smh. After being told that it would take another hour, I just requested a refund. What Chick-fil-A isn't great ?? The only reason why I gave this location 3 stars is because of the fact that it's such a hassle to get in & out of this location! Doesn't matter if you're going through the drive through or if your parking. & I know most Chick-fil-A's suck when it comes to parking because there's a big chance you will get stuck in your parking spot due to the drive through but this chick-fil-A is way harder to get in and out of than any other chick-fil-A in the area. The closest other chick-fil-A's are on State Rd. 7 & there's one on Okeechobee but it's just crazy how overpacked this one is ALL THE TIME & like I said, how hard it is to get in and out of the parking lot. You would have to go to this location to know what I'm talking about. Also they seem to be just a tad bit slower than other locations. I can't really speak on the State Rd. 7 location because I don't go to that one too often to have an opinion. But I definitely go to the one on Okeechobee & I've been to this location more than a few times. Also, you can definitely get here from the Home Depot plaza but it will be a pain! You'll see!
