The shopping center it's located in is very busy and also dirty and unkempt. The inside of the restaurant was neat, clean and orderly. We ordered wings and fries, Cajun corn and soft drinks. This is not a place I would return to, but the food was not horrible. The fries could've been excellent, but they were prepared before the wings and came out cold. Accompanying sides and dips were very good. The Cajun corn was actually the best thing we ordered. I don't like order at the counter establishments, so that was the first strike. I don't think I'll ever go to this location again. It's the worst experience I've ever had with any wing stop. I placed an order online and within 5 minutes decided to call in and add to my order. Someone answers the phone and immediately asked me to hold. I said "ok", I ended up being on hold for 15 minutes before the call "ended" in my ear. I kept calling back at least another 10 times and it kept doing a busy tone as if they had the phone off of the hook. At this point I'm extremely frustrated. Decided to do a light dinner last night order online around 9pm and paid for to store at around 9:30 and food wasn't ready I walking into a puddle of water with no wet sign in place. I said excuse me can you not do that water from the ground is splashing on people food. She turns around and says well it can't stay here. Very rudely. She then drops a pan on the ground in the water picks it up put it in sink and does wash it or her hands. I ask for refund because it was extremely unsanitary. She then drops chicken in fryer without the basket now the chicken I just floating around the grease. Again all this without any gloves or no one washed there hands after playing with water on the ground. THE SO CALLED MANAGER Porsche was extremely rude she never came to help with my concerns and her side kick breana thought everything was funny they both kept saying they don't work that store they only there to help. I told them both if your here to help then you both should be helping not laughing at this nasty water splashing all over the place. I will never order here again and corporate will be contacted because this was extremely unsanitary and no one seemed to care all the orders were behind multiple people came in to pick up there orders and no one food was ready. They really need to shut down this location if they can't get no workers because they never have you food ready and it's always really nasty at this location. The fact no one knew where this water was coming from was not cool and they didn't try to figure out they kept saying it's coming for pipes under ground but it appeared to be sewage water to me. They called to tell me I ONLY paid $36.60 and owed them an additional $12 plus for the order. Their "suggested" resolution was for me to go to the store and they could credit me. We are in the middle of a world pandemia and staff refuses to wear gloves because "they are not required to". I sat and watched how the girl handled my food without gloves. Then, I saw her drop a french fry on the counter which she picked up again barehanded, and threw it back in the bag. All of this, without washing hands nor using sanitizer not even once!! When she called me to get my order, I politely expressed to her that I did not feel confortable with her touching my food without gloves. With an attitude, she claimed she was not required to wear gloves even-though the gloves were readily available on the counter. Why have them if not required to have use them? Shocked me that had to wait for a customer to complaint for her to do what she was supposed to do in the first place! Is a shame, because the food is good. To management, I suggest you stay on top of your staff if you would like to remain opened trough out this virus. If not, just closed the doors.
