I have been going to this establishment every week for many years to place a rather large breakfast order for my office. The service used to be great but has gone down hill recently. They have been getting my order incorrect only to find that my order has been shorted once I get it back to the office, leaving hungry disgruntled employees. On Wednesday I went during lunch rush, and was amazed by the quality service I received. The drive-threw line was wrapped around the building, but I was craving their amazing lemonade, so I thought it was worth a try. Before I even got into the standard line, since it was wrapped around the building, my order had been taken! That never happens at the other locations, since I usually hit up this one or the one on 28 at least once a week! My order was paid for before I got to the electronic speaker box, and my drink was in my hand when 4 cars were still in-front of me! So prompt, and everyone was geuinly friendly! Love it I would have it for breakfast, lunch and dinner if I could. Service is always friendly, it is usually packed but the employees do a great job on keeping the lines moving I don't think I ever waited more than ten minutes to get my order taken even on busy days. Best chic Fil A! When I was eating vegetarian for couple months I would order fruit and yogurt, one of the employees questioned me said I was being so healthy, and I told him I didn't eat meat, he said oh! Well why don't we make our breakfast burrito without any meat for you then! It was so nice that he offered and they were able to make it meat free for me! I love this chic Fil A. Must say this place has the best customer service in town. I take my two children there to eat their favorite chicken nuggets and to play in the playground. Went this morning with an autistic child and ordered chicken nuggets, which every other store serves. This place told us it would be 20 mins.since they do not serve them in the morning, remove the nuggets from your nasty biscuits will not return to this location. I already had the opinion that Chick Fil A was the best fast food restaurant for both breakfast and lunch, but this is also the best Chick Fil A location I have been to. All of the items here are really delicious and the service here cannot be topped. Even if the drive thru is backed up 10 cars deep, you won't be waiting long to pull around unless some nitpicker in a car in front of you has to dig through their order and hold everyone up. read more
