The best Chic Fil A!!! I drove to this one even out of my way because the staff is above a land beyond friendly. The food is fresh, good and always fast. The gentleman directing traffic makes me come back to this one! He is always smiling and makes an effort to make my grandson smile too! They are "buddies" Super friendly dude!!! My fav! read more

Miss Tony was absolutely amazing. Never have I ever been to this restaurant and everything wasn't perfect.

Chick-fil-A - The in my chicken biscuit wtf - Fast Food Near Me - Flowery Branch, Georgia

The best fast food place here! The food is always hot and good. The service is excellent. They are always polite. I hardly ever have any issues with my food and if it is they fix it. They're always fast at getting food to me. So I'm giving them 5 stars. read more

I am not a fast food restaurant kind of person, but Chick-fil-A is an exception. I love the way their staff always bring your food to your table and treat their customers with kindness and respect. One of the best things I like is when the kids get a kids meal if they do not want the toy, they can trade it in for an ice cream cup. Good job Chick-fil-A staff keep up the good work! read more

All staff were smiling and friendly. What a treat to see happy employees! Got better table service here than at other local sit-down restaurants. Appreciated the free drinks for seniors. Very clean facility. Fries were cooked to perfection. Chicken nuggets and broiled sandwiches were moist and tasty. Highly recommended! First five-star review from us for any restaurant in a long time. read more

Never did I think I had to check my bag before leaving. I ordered the Southwest salad and none of the toppings were in the bag. Please communicate what should go with the order. read more

Chick-fil-A - Drinks - Fast Food Near Me - Flowery Branch, Georgia

Great service!!! Regardless if you go morning, afternoon, or dinner you get the same service. It's so much worth bypassing the chich Fil an off spout springs road. My daughter loves her chich Fil an and the Oakwood location is the best! read more

I am a Chick fil a fan but, when they tell me they don't do well done fries "at this location" it does not sound like the customer is right. Tonight, we went through the drive thru for something sweet. My wife got the IceDream in a cup, I ordered the large, they said they only had one size. When I got to the window they handed me a cup with about four spoon fills of IceDream. Not a Fan read more

This is the BEST Chick-fil-A!!! I eat at this location regularly and the staff are some the best around. I am always greeted with a smile, whether its cold, rainy, or scorching hot outside they have a great work ethic and attitude. The drive thru is very efficient, there can be cars wrapped around the building and waiting on Winder Hwy to get in and they get you ran through fairly quick. The food is always prepared well and is consistent. I can always count on getting great service and a good meal at this location. This is well managed location! read more

Super fast and friendly. I've never had my order messed up. The only thing I've ever complained about is when I get an ice cream cone they never fill the cone. They just put it on the top. But everything else is always 100% read more

The Flowery Branch location is always busy but you you get thru the drive thru quickly anyway! Food never disappoints. read more

I've had the worst experience this morning and I really didn't appreciate my breakfast order being cancelled again! Twice- I've arrived to pick up my order and have been told that my order was cancelled. The first time I arrived at 10:30 and was told that breakfast ends at 10:30am. Please keep in mind that this was a mobile phone order for pick up! The second time the employee cancelled my mobile order, called back to the kitchen to see if it was ready and then comes back to my car and tells me that my order was cancelled. Ugh!!!! This blows and I'm really contemplating not eating at this location again. bpruitt read more

The best chicken sandwich ever! This is my go to when I want chicken! I love the milkshakes too. They are absolutely the best!

This one of the fastest drive-thru I've seen in a while, the employees are very professional, polite and helpful. 100% recommended!

Absolutely the best dining experience you could have without getting out of your car. You're an idiot if you eat anywhere else.

My ex is a deliver driver for Uber Eats and visits this place sometimes. Always a disaster waiting in a line. Why do people even eat this greasy food? read more

It never ceases to amaze me how Chic-fil-A maintains the same level of organization, efficiency and customer service regardless of location. The employees are well groomed, polite and work as a team. Other fast food establishments would do well if they adopted this model. Oh, and the food is great as well! read more

After spending all day outside in the woods, we were ready to get back home, but after noticing the Chick-Fil-A sign, we made sure to pitstop so we could get in our weekend fix of breaded chicken delight before they shut down shop on Sunday. When pulling up to order at the drive-thru, the line was EXTRA long, however, we didn't sit in line for long & the food came out piping hot for the ride back into Atlanta. Kudos as always, Chick-Fil-A! read more

Friendly. Consistent service and high quality food. I come here a couple times per week. Never disappointed.

Love the Oakwood CFA!! Staff is always nice and attentive. A few months ago, it was pouring rain outside.. I parked because the drive thru was wrapped around. I turned off my car, reach to grab my purse when I see a staff member holding an umbrella to help me walk in. That's top notch service! I definitely didn't expect that from a fast food restaurant. read more

This is the best restaurant in the whole chain. Service is tip top off the charts pleasant, professional and welcoming. The place is spic n span scrubbed clean. The food is almost made to order. It is always served hot and fresh by a smiling associate. The diet frozen lemonade is sinfully rich and satisfying. While I can't speak for western Wyoming I can flat footedly testify that this is the best chicken sandwich between here and eastern Wyoming. It's true what Mickey Mantle said, " to get a better piece of chicken you'd have to be a rooster ". read more

Very busy every time I've been to this location. Clean, friendly employees and well executed corporate menu. As good a place as any at it's location to get your fast food fix on. read more

The customer service is awesome. I was very disappointed in my chicken sandwich. Past two times I've gone there my chicken wasn't done I. I didn't go and say anything cuz I'm not the kind of person that likes to complain about things . I know I'm on here complaining I just like to let everyone know to watch out. read more

Chick-Fil-A - Flowery Branch GA Great fast food - decent prices - excellent WIFI. This is a great place to have a business meeting. Best milkshakes around. read more

As with all Chick-fil-A's, the staff is very nice, the food is always consistent quality. The only problem here is that depending on which direction you're traveling, it can be hard to get into and out of this location. And the parking is limited and frequently overcrowded. This is one of the smaller outlets and given the business they draw this place should be twice this size. read more

Make sure you check your order. Ordered one item and it is wrong. This is not the first time this has happened. It worth it to drive the extra miles to a different location at this point. Fucking ridiculous. read more

I stopped here to eat on my way back from the Zdayz event in north Carolina. At this location everything is clean, I'm talking parking lot, eating area and the restroom. The workers are friendly and check on everyone in the dining area for refills and if they needed anything else. Lastly, they make a connections with their customers. Everyone who left the register after they ordered were smiling, which is something you usually don't see these days when you go in to order. And every single employee I saw, had a smile in their face when they were speaking with someone, which will make the customers feel welcome and come back. read more

Workers are rude. Food is wrong half the time. Only reason I've ever kept going was how close it was. Not after today!! Wouldn't recommend going. Hit or miss and miss a lot. read more

My comment's not just with the Flowery Branch location but the company as a whole. When the kale salad was first introduced, it was so good & the serving size was great. Then they changed the recipe, which is not nearly as good & seriously decreased the portion size. They added cabbage, much cheaper than kale, to account for less kale I guess. Probably cost about 25 cents for the current ingredients. Fast food isn't cheap but this one in particular is pretty much a rip-off. read more

Its Chick Fil A say no more. Never disappointed with this place. The new mac n cheese is delicious. Make sure to try it. Remember, closed on Sundays. read more

Oakwood Chick-fil-A is easily the best around here. They're always so quick with drive thru and the employees are so nice. Mobile ordering definitely makes it faster to get my food but also make the line go by faster. read more

This Chick-fil-A was crazy busy but our food was prompt and our wait wasn't long. As usual our experience was good like at most locations. I just wish it was closer to the Hwy exit as we took the exit thinking it was close by when it was actually 2 Miles out of the way. Totally worth it but it would be easier if closer. read more

Best CFA I have ever been. I live closer to 3 other CFAs, but choose this one because of the people and the food. The food I get is always great, and yes I mean always. Are they perfect, nope, but they will do whatever it takes to make it right when they forget to put something in my to-go bag. The food is great, but it is the people that make this place above others. The people are always super nice. It's amazing that it doesn't matter what I get, it is always good. Great job gang! read more

This place is awful! My daughter went through the driveway and they left her chicken mini meal out of the bag, she got all the way home and realized her food wasn't in the bag. Called Chick-fil-A and tiana answered my daughter stated her food was missing and tiana offered her to drive back and get her food that THEY left out! With no compensation for having to drive back to just be able to pick up the food that should have been put in the bag in the first place! What a joke. read more

This is one of the best Chick-fil-As I've been to. I usually get curbside pick up and the staff are always so quick and courteous!

This is the Best Chick-fil-a, always friendly staff and great chicken. But the breakfast is the best to me. I love the chick-fil-a biscuits.

Always a consistent with excellent service. We give them most of our fast food business because of this. They never screw up our order!
