This is the BEST Chick-fil-A!!! I eat at this location regularly and the staff are some the best around. I am always greeted with a smile, whether its cold, rainy, or scorching hot outside they have a great work ethic and attitude. The drive thru is very efficient, there can be cars wrapped around the building and waiting on Winder Hwy to get in and they get you ran through fairly quick. The food is always prepared well and is consistent. I can always count on getting great service and a good meal at this location. This is well managed location! read more

I've had the worst experience this morning and I really didn't appreciate my breakfast order being cancelled again! Twice- I've arrived to pick up my order and have been told that my order was cancelled. The first time I arrived at 10:30 and was told that breakfast ends at 10:30am. Please keep in mind that this was a mobile phone order for pick up! The second time the employee cancelled my mobile order, called back to the kitchen to see if it was ready and then comes back to my car and tells me that my order was cancelled. Ugh!!!! This is the best restaurant in the whole chain. Service is tip top off the charts pleasant, professional and welcoming. The place is spic n span scrubbed clean. The food is almost made to order. It is always served hot and fresh by a smiling associate. The diet frozen lemonade is sinfully rich and satisfying. While I can't speak for western Wyoming I can flat footedly testify that this is the best chicken sandwich between here and eastern Wyoming. As with all Chick-fil-A's, the staff is very nice, the food is always consistent quality. The only problem here is that depending on which direction you're traveling, it can be hard to get into and out of this location. And the parking is limited and frequently overcrowded. I stopped here to eat on my way back from the Zdayz event in north Carolina. At this location everything is clean, I'm talking parking lot, eating area and the restroom. The workers are friendly and check on everyone in the dining area for refills and if they needed anything else. Lastly, they make a connections with their customers. Everyone who left the register after they ordered were smiling, which is something you usually don't see these days when you go in to order. And every single employee I saw, had a smile in their face when they were speaking with someone, which will make the customers feel welcome and come back. read more

My comment's not just with the Flowery Branch location but the company as a whole. When the kale salad was first introduced, it was so good & the serving size was great. Then they changed the recipe, which is not nearly as good & seriously decreased the portion size. They added cabbage, much cheaper than kale, to account for less kale I guess. Probably cost about 25 cents for the current ingredients. Fast food isn't cheap but this one in particular is pretty much a rip-off. read more

This place is awful! My daughter went through the driveway and they left her chicken mini meal out of the bag, she got all the way home and realized her food wasn't in the bag. Called Chick-fil-A and tiana answered my daughter stated her food was missing and tiana offered her to drive back and get her food that THEY left out! With no compensation for having to drive back to just be able to pick up the food that should have been put in the bag in the first place! What a joke. read more
