The Chicken was far from being done. I went through the drive thru around 6:30. I was the only car at the drive thru. I asked for a 3 piece meal , crispy. She told me they only had original, crispy was cooking but it would be a few more minutes. I said I didn't mind waiting. I did. When I got home the chicken was still raw and undercooked! Two backs and a leg. I couldn't even look at it without a nausea feeling. After spending $13 I tried to call but no answer. Tried 3 times over about an hour. i did eat the 2 sides that were ok. As far as im concerned, I'll never go to any KFC AGAIN!! read more

This location is a train-wreck! No management or order at all. Trash over flowing, drive thru out of control. Orders wrong with awful wait times. This KFC has been legendary in the area for having the worst service around for over 25 years. But in my family, when I was a kid, it was easy to tolerate because every time they got your order wrong they'd give you extra sides for free to make up for it. It was kind of nice, actually. (Big extended family, so extra food was helpful.) Not anymore. Now they make you wait for ages to get dried out chicken and they forget something almost every time. They don't even apologize, much less give you free stuff. I will say they got it right once and the food was magnificent and the cashier was very nice. While they had the Double Down, I stopped by here explicitly wanting to buy one (like Mount Everest, I had to eat it because it was there) but they were sold out. I went there at night, around 8PM, and ordered my meal at the drive-thru. When I pulled around I saw only one other car in line. I saw her receive her food, but the driver was talking and laughing with the employee at the window instead of driving away. I waited over 15 minutes for them to leave, since I was hungry and not in too much of a hurry. I thought when I drove up I'd hear "sorry about the wait" or something similar, but when I reached the window the employee walked away (without saying a word to me) and started talking with another employee inside. I really don't know how this place stays in business. I've tried it on a few separate occasions, varying times of day because I work nights. The chicken is GOD AWFUL, the sides are not fresh, and the food just tastes greasy and old. Once in a while, I will succumb to my guilty pleasure of KFC while on the road. Alpharetta = Delicious! My family and I came to this location yesterday night for dinner. It was NASTY! The dinning room was dirty. we had to find the cleanest table and clean it off. Then when my 2 year old and I had to use the bathroom it was so nasty i didn't use it and i had to hold her over the potty because I was afraid to let her use it! Food was good...that is if you can enjoy it. FREEZING the customer is not something they should do. I went up and spoke with an employee about the air. It is in the 50's and raining outside and the air is on and set at 65. We ate our whole meal wearing coats and shivering our food was cold before we were even half done eating it. I went back up to the employee and asked if they plan on doing anything about the Issue. She informed me that it was all corporate and I was the one to call and have them fix it I called the number on the door for a Dennis Knaggs yet to hear from him. We went here on a Sunday afternoon (June 28th around 1 PM) we went trough the drive-thru. Once we pull up we see there is only three cars there and wait our turn. Once to the intercom to order we are told nothing not ever a hello please hold nothing but silence for about 10 min. My boyfriend said "Hello, are you taking orders here?" maybe thinking that the intercom is broken. Finally heard a rude "We are busy you have to wait", about another 5 min she said "What do you want". My boyfriend ordered and we pull up to the window and was thinking that someone was going to apologize for the lady being so rude but nothing not even a hello just hand form an older lady with an attitude. Then we waited for another 5 min for the food which was given to us by a gentleman. Once we got our food we check the bag as we always do when we go out and through the window was the rude older lady mouthing to us "Hurry and and leave" while waving her hands at us. This was the most unprofessional service we have ever had from KFC and we will never go back to this location EVER! read more
