Great care was taken with its presentation- very attractive! I paired the salad with the zesty apple cider vinaigrette and a diet lemonade. Chef's kiss!! Our family loves CFA and have been to this location several times. The location isn't ideal as it blocks traffic inside The Collections during the breakfast, lunch and dinner rush. However, they have it figured out. They are able to get people in and out quickly and efficiently. Although the parking lot looks like a mess at first glance, it's actually pretty organized. They have clear signs directing customers to the drive thru as well as a separate line for third party online food ordering and delivery companies. I don't recall the last time I stepped foot inside this CFA. We usually go through the drive-thru. They're doing some remodeling so the dining room is currently closed. The staff is young, friendly and polite. We've never had an issue with our orders and our food has been consistently good here. read more

Today was the 3rd time in as many trips that I didn't receive the food I ordered. Today it was a missing large fry and large Mac n' cheese. I also had a hole in one of my large drinks which leaked all over my car. I don't normally write reviews but have had 2 back to back horrible experiences at this location. From start to finish it was awful. Honestly I think it comes down to the kids working there just need a lot more training. They all seemed lost and frustrated which is a reflection of the management not preparing them well enough. Sat in the drive through both times for well over 30 minutes bc the kids working the line couldn't figure out the point of sale machine. Then when one side of the line cycled through and there was still a long line on the other side, the worker on the empty side didn't try to come help take orders to relieve the struggling worker. She just stood there. Orders were also wrong and missing items both times. I would rather drive out of my way to go to a different CFA than go back to this location again read more

The lines are always crazy. It's so hard to know when you can go to Chick-fil-A and it not take 30 minutes to get through the line. Either more locations need to be opened or the locations need to be larger to accommodate the demand. read more

Chick-Fil-A is a Georgia staple! I have been coming here for years and it always satisfies for a quick and easy lunch or dinner. Breakfast is also great if you can make it before 10:30am. This is one of the best Chick-Fil-As I've ever been to, and I've been to many! Why? Well, it has all the usual things those of us who love CFA expect- the food and nice staff- but they take it a step further. Today at lunch, my boss and I wanted something easy and quick and stopped at the Chick-Fil-A at The Avenue between appointments. First, this is one of the stores where you can get the limited-time-only tortilla soup - yum! Maybe they will make it permanent if it sells well? They also have (like all stores) the new grilled nuggets option for kids. Cool. This is a company that keeps trying to make things better and healthier, while still offering sinful things like their original chicken sandwich and waffle fries combo :) But what really sets this location apart is the multiple staff members I saw doing table service. "Do you need another refill? What would you like?" . . . "Let me take that tray for you." . . . I even heard one staff member speaking to the table next to us in Spanish. First off, let's be real that I hardly even need to review any Chick-Fil-A's for their quality of food and service as we all know what to expect by now. With that being said, this CFA is consistently packed (like, 3 lines to the drive-thru PLUS online pick up area) and yet it operates like a well-oiled machine. The lines always move incredibly fast and I am in an out with fresh and amazing CFA food not long after my arrival. Fries were amazing, except one was half empty. Anyways got our food both sandwiches are missing the top buns and my sweet tea ended up being unsweet. Typically CFA can satisfy but today was not it. Please make sure the order is correct before sending it out. I guess we will have to keep hamburger buns in our break room from now on. read more

Parker, a shorter blonde girl who seemed to be in charge, walked around and yelled at people, and was very unkind to me and my family as we ordered and tried to make friendly conversation. she was pointed and rude with her words, to the coworkers and then to my family. she at one point complained about being understaffed then almost immediately after leaned on the counter and picked at her nails while her coworkers worked around her. she was rude and unkind to my kids and sister and we were appalled at her attitude from a place that is a Christian, family oriented business. read more

I frequent this Chick-fil-A. I'd like to start with saying that I've never had a serious issue before today. I have cancer and I am undergoing chemotherapy. I ordered curbside pickup for the first time today at 12:45 pm from the Peachtree Pkwy location at The Collection in Forsyth. Curbside is not ideal for fast service at this location. It took 15 minutes for me to get my food once I clicked 'here' on the app and I was only third in line for curbside. There was one food runner today. He was an older gentlemen. As he approached my car with my order, he stopped for a minute before he got to my car. He removed the lid to a drink in his tray and then he removed his mask and brought his face to the drink as if to smell it. Not safe food handling. He then proceeded to hand me the compromised drink. Once I refused the drink based on seeing what he did and explaining that I was a cancer patient and immune compromised he happily replaced it. But I no longer trusted the safety of the drink or food. Chick-fil-A needs to do a better job in training safe food handling practices. I'm sad. As chemo makes me crave Chick-fil-A more than normal and now I don't feel safe eating their food. read more

If the teenagers would pay attention to what they're doing and process each order and double check it they would get it right but they are too busy chatting and not paying attention. I submitted an online order for breakfast. The order was processed prior to 10:30AM, I paid for MY food prior to 10:30AM. I waited in the drive throug, by the time I got to the window, it was passed 10:30AM. The employee told me that due to "corporate policy" they were not able to give me breakfast because it was passed the 10:30 rule. First of all, I did everything right on my end. It's not my problem that you're not able to get me to the window fast enough. COMMON SENSE DOES NOT APPLY AT THIS LOCATION. Instead of focusing on corporate policy, focus on customer service. Stopped by here after swim practice for my honeys daughter, and decided to avoid the drive through line. One thing about this location, it stays busy and it's packed. They had guys out in the drive through taking pre orders to speed up the process. This one is located right near the Collection and 400, exit 13, so that's a double whammy for morning rush, lunch rush and dinner rush. They have outdoor seating and an indoor playground. I also like that they have a nice array of seating: high tops, booths, low tables and a table with cushioned mini-stools. I don't like how the entrances are right near the busy area of the drive-thru. Walked inside and it was chaos. The lines weren't long to order but the restaurant was full to the rim. The cashiers were really nice and place looked pretty clean. It did take longer than normal for a kids meal, so that's the reason for my bumps down. In fact, that's all I ordered and it took about 8-10min. We made an additional stop here last night (adding to this review), and we ordered a full meal: kids meal, 2 cookies, a number 10, and a 6 count of grilled chicken nuggets. The meal was ready before I could even get all the drinks, and the cashier took the tray and walked it to our table. They were equally just as packed so big turn around.
