Had six or seven people working behind the counter, I stood there with an empty cup, no one would make eye contact with me and continued walk past me ignoring me . I went to Chick-fil-A and I ordered a medium coke, medium Mac and cheese and 8 nuggets, also a ice cream I get my food and they give me fries instead of Mac and cheese. I have the #chickfila app. In January the free offer was an 8 count of chicken nuggets. I came here on a Thursday evening at about 6 pm to enjoy a delicious order of their waffle fries and my free chicken nuggets. The order line was a little bit long but it moved quickly. I got the chick-fil-a sauce for added flavor and enjoyment. The wait time at my table was less than five minutes before an employee showed up with my warm but not too hot nuggets and fries. It was worth the wait. The restaurant was clean and bright and full of families & students. I loved the smell of delicious chicken and fries floating through the air. There is a play area for the little kids making this is the perfect place for a fun and relaxing family meal. When I left I felt full and very satisfied! I would give this location 10 stars if I could. I normally always order on their app for curbside pickup, and it's just as organized & quick like their drive thru. I recently witnessed one of their managers who was clearly off the clock at the time show some amazing customer service. A gentleman unfortunately drove the wrong way in their drive thru & he hit one of the orange cones and it got stuck underneath his truck. This manager got out of his car, and got on his hands and knees in his very nice uniform to help this man get the cone out from underneath. Most people would have drove off and not made it such a concern, but he truly showed how much he cares about his customers and how much of a great human being he truly is. I had ordered a club from them, and it was missing bacon, cheese, and the extra tomato, and lettuce that they charged for. Otherwise the fries were crispy, and fresh. I have been to Chiclk-Fil-A's in many states. This is a good solid Chick-Fil-A. The service was good. Employees were friendly. I didn't feel rushed when ordering. They were happy to give drink refills. The food was hot and fresh. My kids went so far to say that their chicken was too hot. The hash browns weren't overly greasy. Chicken had a nice crispness to the breading. My bagel seemed a little stale, but that may have been from steaming in the container. My hubby really liked his peach shake. All locations seem to keep the bulk of the sauces behind the counter now. This one was good about giving them when asked. Play area was nice and clean. The kids always look forward to playing here. I always feel weird giving "fast food" high rating, in all honesty I can't think of another one that I would give this high of a rating. Chic-Fil-A seems to have mastered the art of a "classy" fast food establishment. For that they have earned themselves a three star review. The thing I like most about them is that the customer service is always very friendly. I've never had any issues with a wrong order or them taking to much time to get it to me. Which in the drive thru world seems to be a common occurrence unfortunately. As far as the food goes, I've never actually had something that was disappointing. The chicken for being fried is solid and I'm actually a big fan of there "healthier" options. In particular the wraps and the soups. Obviously you can't go wrong with the classic chicken sandwich and waffle fries and they definitely know how to make a shake and lemonade. I do have a few things that I'm not fond of that seems to be a common occurrence for them. First, no matter what time of day the wait inside or drive thru is absolutely ridiculous. I understand they are popular and that's great but often times I avoid going to them due to the fact that I know I'm going to stand/sit in line for a minimum of 20 minutes. Second, the food is overpriced. I get that it is healthier and all of that jazz but at the end of the day it is fast food. At the end of the day for the wait and the price I would rather order carry out from a local business or just go and sit down somewhere to enjoy a nice "homemade" meal. read more

Considering I mostly eat Chicken Sandwiches from competitors, Chick-fil-A is above and beyond much better in quality than McDonalds, Wendy's, and Burger King. Though my last order didn't go very well at all. I ordered a sandwich and waffle fries with a soda. Everything looked great as I applied an ample amount of their special sauce to my sandwich. My wife noticed that the sandwich didn't smell great and that I should not eat it. The bun seemed fresh and I began to eat it anyway. Half way through I noticed that the bun was sour and soon afterward I hurled and lurched in the parking lot. I'm not going to give a terrible review for one bad sandwich. Mistakes do happen and unfortunately for me and my shirt, a fermented bun made it's way into my lunch. I haven't went back for sandwiches since then.
