This is one of the fastest Chick-fil-a restaurants I've been to. Especially considering the volume of customers they always have. The line will be around the entire building but it constantly keeps moving. I have no idea what the other reviews mean by it moves slowly. it makes me so sad to see the reviews that customers had put out since March. I wasn't a customer but I had worked there. us employees have been treated worse by this new operator. So, I started working in December under corporate. I should note that I am blind. Corporate was really awesome. I got to do a lot of cleaning, salad, preparation, etc. then when Cody came in, I was only given three hours a day. Everyone's hours were getting cut so right away I thought nothing of it. I tell him how much I need full-time, since part-timers only work 14 an hour, and he tells me there's not enough for me to do to work full-time. I then say some thing to which he stutters about hours. He then began to stop allowing me to do the things I used to, because I was doing them wrong by his standards, and no one gave me feedback. I wound up only allowed to wash trays for an hour and a half a day. I even got a verbal warning for calling him what he was, ablest, and he even threatened disciplinary action on me. He doesn't care about his employees, and just cares about the money. it was very obvious he didn't want me there. In fact, when I put in my two weeks, I was told they, kind of, enjoyed having me there. Also, no one should want to have to have feelings of wanting to die because of being treated so poorly and being so poorly discriminated against, and that is what myself and another friend of mine had went through. if you don't support ablism, do not order from there was even a day where they had asked people to come in for extra hours on our group chat, I responded 30 seconds later saying that I would be in and I would get ready. I receive a call they don't need to come in because they have enough people even though I literally sent the message 30 seconds after it was sent. They also deleted my schedule for that whole week and blamed it on the tech issue. or work for this store. also, I don't know if the one person who wrote the review about letting their bags sit there and having to wait for so long, that one upset me so much, because I had actively tried to call out orders. The problem is that I have to ask someone to read me the name. In corporate it was no problem, they took them four seconds for me to tell me the name and then continue to do what they were doing. under Cody, though, one of his directors was telling me that I didn't have to. I continue to do it, and essentially receive the same thing. So, to those who have received poor service, just know that some of us have essentially been told not to help out. sorry if this review is lengthy and a bit disorganized, but everyone deserves to know how absolutely awful this store is. I was visiting Denver and was starving and went into this place last night. I have never been to a Chick-fil-A before but I thought I would give it a try. I got a grilled chicken sandwich that was surprisingly good. It was hot and fresh not like your typical junk fast food. The food came out quickly and I appreciated the nice service. I've been to this Chick-Fil-A a few times and have used the drive through but actually went in today because it was raining and I'm backwards like that. I had a coupon for free breakfast and had no idea what the parking situation was. The drive through faces University so I was a bit confused where exactly to parking since it seems awkward to park in the back. I ended up parking on the side of Café Rio (which they share the building with) and went in from there. The place was a ghost town and I thought there would be more people there since they had a free breakfast promotion going on. Oh well, less of a wait for me! I walked in and had to do a double take because this location does not look like any other Chick Fil A I have been in--it's swanky, modern and almost futuristic. It seemed a lot more grown up than other locations I've been to minus a childrens area and dare I say, felt a little cold. I couldn't let the feeling soak in for too long though because this girl had to go to work. I got my spicy chicken biscuit plus some extra buffalo sauce and ate at work. Say what you will but those Christians know how to make a fabulous chicken. And don't even get me started on the wonderfulness that is their waffle fries, gah, I die!!! Say what you want about Chick-Fil-A, but they have a good business model. Their fried chicken is consistently good, their sides (like coleslaw and carrot salad) taste fresh, and their waffle fries are delicious. Lately, I've been a fan of the Asian chicken salad, which has fried chicken, legitimately fresh Romaine and other greens, mandarin oranges, cabbage, and tasty dressing. Like all locations, the employees are Southern-style friendly (I really wonder how their staff training accomplishes this so well everywhere), and it's common to see managers stepping in and helping with everything from drive through orders to lemonade filling. This location is still fairly crowded because it's new, but the double-lane drive through keeps things moving, and the inside is actually very nice, and doesn't really even feel like a fast food joint. With a few exceptions, this isn't exactly low-calorie, and it's a little more expensive than a lot of their competitors, but I also believe the quality is better. They recently resized their drinks so the small is now only about 12 ounces-- this feels like a rip-off, but I guess I shouldn't complain about pop serving size in the same review when I warn about unhealthy fried food, so oh well. I probably won't be here regularly, but I am very excited to have a ChickFilA in my part of town. read more

One of the cashiers was getting a little frustrated and instead of resolving the issue the gm kinda put the cashier on blast in front of me and some other guests waiting in line. The streets at southglenn was previously my favorite chic fil a location to frequent, but lately that has drastically changed. This location has gone tragically downhill REALLY fast ever since the store was bought out by a private owner. Not only is the food not thoroughly cooked (which is a huge health hazard when working with chicken!) but ever since the change in management happened, all of the wonderful employees have disappeared and now hardly any of the staff speak English. Not only does this pose a problem when ordering and receiving correct orders, but it makes getting any sort of customer service damn near impossible! The wait times are also now drastically longer (Probably somewhat in part due to language barriers and the great staff being gone) and the establishment as a whole has gotten much worse. The new owner, Cody, is inefficient, rude, and unwilling to help in any way. I have even witnessed his treating his own employees poorly and that was in front of customers! This establishment is going downhill fast! So much for the Chic Fil A name being associated with good standards and morals; Cody has done a phenomenal job of tarnishing the Chic Fil A name and disgracing the franchise as a whole! Too bad they let just anyone buy these establishments; I will not be going there again! read more

I got here periodically when I am in the mood for fast food. It is probably the more healthier of the fast food and its pretty good. The staff is normally young, but pleasant and they have never gotten my drive thru order wrong. The inside is always clean, but it can get busy at times especially at lunchtime. I give it four stars as compared to other fast food joints and if you get a craving then this is a place to stop by. read more

I was thrilled when this location opened so I would have a closer option. Chick-fil-a has earned the spot as my favorite fast food joint. The food is great and the staff is always friendly and helpful. This is also a place my kids love which makes it a place the whole family can agree on. They always move the inside line and drive through quickly during rush times. Usually this chick fil a is fast, efficient, and friendly. However my most recent experience was shocking. At 6:30 on Saturday evening my family and I went through the drive through and ordered. We drove home to discover one of the bags was lacking all of the main entrees. 2 chick fil a sandwiches and a chicken strip. We had all of the fries and sauces (the wrong sauces at that). We simply drove back to chick fil a and got in the drive through to speak with he person who took our order. We had our receipt and received food to show what was missing. The carline people were very understanding and apologetic. They said they would handle it at the window. We were kind and polite the entire time just hoping to get what we properly paid for as fries and sauce are not an adequate dinner. The people working in the kitchen, prepping the bags were called over and denied the mistake. Then a woman came to handle it and gave me two sandwiches. Unfortunately by the time this was resolved we just took whatever and left. We still were missing the chicken strips and all of the fries were cold as we didn't eat them to prove our receipt and what we were given. I was simply shocked because this establishment is normally so on top of it and considerate of customers. read more

My friend and I stopped by and ordered two drinks. Literally a sprite and a "sun joy" (btw whoever on the marketing team made that name should be fucking fired. The fuck is that??) We waited 15 minutes in line patiently, and the cars in front of us and behind us were all served their orders in line before us. We were then asked to move to a handicap spot after being asked what the order's name was multiple times. Worst experience ever waited in line for over 15 minutes with 2 cars in front of us, got ice dream cones that the must have made right as we ordered, sitting in the window for 15 minutes on a 75 degree day, had bought 2 small and 1 large and all were the same size and half melted so they ended up taking the one that was supposed to be large and made it a tiny bit bigger but gave the other 2 melted cones back my husband said this is the worst experience ever and the girl at window says thank you come back as my husband as he said I will never return to this location ever. read more

I come here quiet often and I always get the same thing last time I came through the drive through my card didn't work so I assumed I could just read them my card number and they could punch it in to the system because I've done this multiple times at other chick fil as and I've been a cashier before so I know for a fact there is a way to punch in the numbers. I finally go pay and I explain this to the young girl that was working at the register she doesn't really understand what I mean so she goes and asks someone else. I keep trying to tell her all she has to do is type in the numbers and it takes about 5 minutes before they both tell me that can't be done for security purposes while staring blankly at me like they expected me to come up with a solution to this problem. I said I had no other way of paying but I did have my card information on me with money on my card and the girl just told me no again. I was confused and asked what we should do then and she said well I can give it to you right now BUT just make sure you come back and pay later. I have absolutely no problem paying for food that I'm eating and I Of course did return the next day and pay it but working in customer service for multiple years this is not a good way to treat a customer who frequents here more often than not. It was around $11 that I owed and while I did appreciate them giving me the food they could've easily said my meal was taken care of and next time I would just need to make sure I had another form of payment because I can't just give them my card number. That's how you handle a situation like that because in any company keeping the customer coming back is more important than having them pay for $11 and never return due to poor customer service. It just seemed like they were more concerned about the money which was not affecting them in any way than they were about me as a customer. I'm not mad that I had to pay I was intending to pay anyway it was just kind of shocking how their main concern was making sure they had $11 instead of making sure I understood why they couldn't take my card information and keep me as a customer. When I went back and I paid the next day I asked for a manager and it was another young girl who didn't even ask what happened or didn't even bother to hear me out I started saying I needed to pay because apparently they can not take my card information. Instead of further explaining to me she just took my money and said okay cool! I came back tonight because they messed up my order from the drive through and so I asked for one of the managers and the "manager" that helped me tonight was the same girl who couldn't figure out if she could take my card information about a week ago. This company puts young kids in charge who have no idea how to handle responsibilities such as customer service. They don't understand how to prioritize customers. The whole point of good customer service is to keep people coming back not to make sure they pay $11 worth of food once and then never come back. I asked another girl there if there were any adult managers and she explained these kids were all "shift leaders" it's great to give kids responsibilities but there should always be at least ONE adult to make sure these kids are handling things well. I can't take a place seriously where the "managers" are kids who look confused all the time and don't look older than 16. There needs to be someone there with the capacity to understand how to handle different situations. 14-19 year old kids don't have these skills mastered yet and that's the only people working at this chick fil a. This place is a complete mess there's no adults to take care of things. I do not recommend going here probably the worst chick fil as I've been to in all of Colorado! I came here for breakfast before work on a Friday morning. I was hoping to go through the drive thru and grab something quick but as I pulled up I saw about 5 cars ahead of me. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit, hold the cheese and add bacon. Wait time was about 8-10 minutes from the time I placed the order to the time I got my food. Came to work to find that they neglected to hold the cheese. Not a huge deal, but I did drive 20 minutes out of my way to get to this place plus wait in a longer than usual line just to get a wrong order. I was at this restaurant the other day and it was hell trying to find where to park. No signs indicating where to park or how to get in to the place. The way they set up the restaurant seems backwards. When you walk in the atmosphere is cold and sterile who ever decorated this place must have worn a blind fold. The chairs weight a ton do they think someone is going to steal them? It's not like the other chick-fil-a restaurant's it's not a homey atmosphere. I understand their trying to keep up with modern style of Southglen however it's ugly. One problem I had with this fabulous decor while getting out of the both the metal pole under the table as I was leaving my knee hit one of those table legs and bruised my knee. Why pick this heavy metal furniture? Yes the food is great can't say anything bad about that and yes the staff is friendly over the top friendly it reminds me of the movie Stepford Wives. Take it from there. PS: No senior discount at this restaurant. Naughty, Naughty; sense the majority of your patrons are senior citizens. The other Chick fil a restaurant's has this type of courtesy. Wow, what a bad experience! It started with the gal at the register not knowing how to process a gift card, and continued as I couldn't find a clean table. When I needed a refill on soda, I had to go stand in line for 5 minutes only to return to my table to find that the staff has thrown away my lunch, the staff member gave me an "oops sorry" but no one offered to replace my food or refund me. So know I'm going to have to go spend more money to eat somewhere else. For a company who supposedly prides themselves on customer service, they certainly failed to provide any today. read more

This location is always busy because it is the only drive thru in the neighborhood. However it doesn't matter how busy they are or aren't it is extremely slow. Probably the slowest next to In and Out in California. They never make anyone pull forward so that they can bring their food out to them. So you could pull into the drive thru feeling lucky because there are only two cars in front of you and be there for 15 minutes anyway. The other day people started pulling out of line and leaving and when I got up there I asked them why and they said they had a huge catering order that they filled through the drive-thru. Honestly I come to this chick fil a all the time and they mess up my order all the time. Every time I go there my order is at least missing one thing or my order is wrong whether it's from having pickles or tomatoes on my sandwich or having one sauce for a whole meal. Like Tonight I ordered a spicy deluxe with no tomato and they put a tomato on it. They gave us one of each sauce ( one ranch one bbq and one chick fil a sauce ). We ordered two meals.
