I have been here a few times for dine in breakfast. It is OK, but for customer service I do not think it's as good as other locations in the area. They do seem to focus on their drive thru much more than dine in customers. On my most recent visit, there were quite a few customers waiting for to go orders for over 10 minutes that were frustrated. Not once did a manager go over to talk to them or explain anything and all employees just shrugged and never helped them even though they could hear the complaints. Then, for one upset man, the employee literally tossed his bag at him. I would have been upset at that, too. Definitely not what I expected from Chickfila. For my dine in food, it wasn't too long of a wait, and the food was fresh and hot. But we were never checked on or offered refills. The parking lot is mainly a drive thru on the whole right side, which makes you drive all the way around to park. The inside is spacious and has a lot of seating, and it always seems clean. Overall, I don't mind stopping here occasionally but prefer the friendly and professional staff at other NWA locations. read more

DO NOT CATER!!!! I placed a small catering order with this location for a work event. The pickup time was set at 8:00. After letting them know I was there on time it was clear they hadn't even started it. I ended up waiting 40 minutes until 8:40. It's Chick-fil-A! It's a wonderful experience every single time, obviously. Food is great and employees are awesome. All employees who work at restaurants should be trained by these people. This is undoubtedly the most inefficient Chik Fil A I've ever been to, regardless of the time of day or the traffic, it is shockingly slow and frequently misses things. I live the fact that the customer service is always aggressive hospitality and the greet you when it's slow when you walk in the door. I placed my order, they took my name and it felt like before so put my credit card and the receipt away my food was ready. Chick-fil-a is always a good standby when you want good fast food. This particular store is nearly always busy given its location. The food is good and the service is always friendly. During busy times, the line is always out to the street. One tip for you, if you aren't using the drive thru, you can pull into the McDonalds next door and drive around to the back of Chick fil a and bypass the line. read more

Unfortunately, this location has turned into a joke and is consistently the worst Chick-fil-A in NWA...possibly all of Arkansas. The only method of service offered is the drive through...which is this location's weakest form of service. The line is always overflowing onto the main road and they're unable to keep up with the incoming orders. Consistently the slowest chick fil a I have ever been through. Dining room closes at 8 on weekdays apparently due to short staff issues. Not sure how you want to make things better/faster by forcing everyone to a drive thru but that's the managers job not mine. Stopped by here for dinner with a friend. There was a line for the drive thru that went around the building and so it seemed like it'd be hard to get inside and get served. I am very happy to state that was not the case. While they were busy, the staff was still very friendly and prompt with requests from the counter as well as the drive thru orders coming in. As with other Chick-fil-As I've been to, the food is excellent, and the nuggets are a must have! I definitely recommend this location if you're in the area. You won't be disappointed. read more

I know this is a chain, but the chick-fil-a on Walton does an impeccable job of servicing its customers when it's BUSY, and this place gets BUSY. If you're in the mood for the deliciousness that is a sandwich from chick-fil-a and it's dinner time(one of the busy times of the day) don't let the long car lines deter you because the management has a system in place with workers outside with ipads ready to take your order to streamline the ordering process. If you and your family eat at chick-Fil-a as often as I do, then I highly recommend ordering and purchasing through their app. The dividends will result in more treats and sandwiches, who wouldn't like that? I really do love chick filet and their product however the last several months I've been trying on my love for these people. My doctor doesn't want me eating egg yolks and I don't particularly want them either however when I order an egg white biscuit I rarely get it made with egg whites and often get a giant piece of nasty grilled chicken on it.
