As a nurse, I understand the frustration and sacrifice that can come with working on Christmas, and I truly appreciated their hard work--especially given how busy it was. It was clear that the culture there is strong, and it made the experience even better as a customer. Culture really is everything, and this team reflected that beautifully. It was a little after 7 and there was no wait, so the decision made itself. Service was genuinely good. My waitress was friendly and attentive, had water and coffee in front of me almost immediately, and the food came out in about five minutes. That's fast anywhere and borderline impressive for an airport. I got the Breakfast Turkey Sausage Sandwich with a black coffee. Here's where I'll be honest: the sandwich fell apart on me almost right away. It was messy in the way where you're eating half of it off the plate with a fork. I also misread the menu and didn't realize the potato chips come on the sandwich instead of on the side, which is on me, but it's worth knowing going in. The egg was hot and the thing had good flavor underneath the structural issues. So, solid food, great service, fast when I needed fast. That's most of what I want out of an airport stop. If I'm in B Terminal at breakfast again and there's no line, I'd probably grab it again.

I went with the Classic Burger with cheese, lettuce, and tomato. The burger arrived juicy and cooked medium, exactly as ordered. Bobby's special sauce adds a lot of flavor and helps make it more memorable than a typical airport burger. The fries were fairly standard, but they did the job alongside the burger. Ordering is easy: place your order at the counter, take the number they give you, grab a table, and a server brings the food out when it's ready. Overall, it was a satisfying airport meal and a good option when you want a solid burger before your flight.

There's not a ton of seating inside but it was plenty for us when my friend and I visited. Food came out fast and with tip/tax and all it was under $20. I think worth going out of your way for given the quality/authenticity for these. The hipster version of this in Atlanta would definitely be over $20. Don't let the unassuming shopping plaza where this is located convince you otherwise.

Upon walking in there wasn't a hostess or anyone telling you where to sit, so we just sat at the bar. The gentleman at the bar greeted us and was really nice and attentive. I also ordered the Champarita to drink. Because it was around lunchtime a lot of the traffic was from people who were on their lunch breaks, including many local police officers. It wasn't loud or too busy, I believe we went at the right time because we had a lot to talk about. Our food came out quick and it was okay. I guess I was overly excited because she had ranted and raved about it, but it as somewhat a disappointment. Don't get me wrong, the champarita was really good and I had two of them lol. The wings were good, but lacked seasoning. Just because they're lemon pepper doesn't mean the wing can't be seasoned BEFORE frying. It was disappointing because they looked like they were about to be soooo good. The queso for the nachos was really good. Put me in the mind of the queso from the Mexican restaurants. The brisket definitely had a Smokey taste but that was where the taste ended. I'm glad I got everything separated because I would've been mad if I had to eat the brisket. I actually took it home to my dog. Overall, the service was GREAT!! If I were to go back it would simply be because of the drink I had, not the food.
