I have only ordered at that location three or four times and ordered simply 2 regular sandwiches, "hot" fries and a large lemonade. I then went to my car and sat and ate my grub without any problems. I have just read a whole lot of one-star reviews with the same issues of wrong orders, bad attitudes and a management who don't seem to have the will or leadership skills to address the issues. I wonder if Corporate has been contacted. It seems Corporate should pay this location a visit "unannounced" to assess the Alexandria store. read more

Congratulation for building such a well respected brand. However, as a Google local guide who reviews many businesses and restaurants, I do have a few suggestions. Recently, I ordered the 12 piece chicken nugget meal with waffle fries and drink. As a matter of taste, it would be nice to have French Fries as an option for those like me who don't relish waffle fries. Also, the nuggets were the size of partridge eggs, and they were not crisp on the outside like other fast food outlets I visit and review. Is this a local situation, or is this nation-wide? Went to chic fil a today at 1023 is when I got to order my food. I ordered a biscuit sandwich. Which I was informed they were out of biscuits, so I went to order lunch instead. They don't serve lunch till 1030. Was very disappointed with the service. read more

Literally just waited for 20 minutes with my window down, and not a single person came to see about me or anything. I made a mobile order 10 minutes prior to arriving thinking that it would it ready when I got there. Workers kept looking at me and looking away. Ignoring me. Laughing and just hanging out. This is the slowest Chick-fil-a I've ever been to. It does not live up to service expectations.

Here's a few things about the lack of professionalism at this store: 1. Sat down with my family near the restrooms and, what I assume, were two managers also sitting near us on their break eating. These two were discussing lewd topics such as "I love anatomy and physical science, those were my favorite classes in high school" (very obviously using sexual undertones while discussing it and he certainly was not whispering it) and dropped the F-bomb a couple times for all to hear- including the family behind us. 2. The worker that brought our food decided to touch my one year old's head when she dropped the food off, only stopping when my wife told her to stop. 3. Lastly, one worker in particular walked past us 9 different times with a broom and dustpan, attempting to interact with my one year old son each time. It is not an issue for a worker to walk past us a couple times and interact while going about their cleaning duties but there was only one other table behind us and the bathrooms. But for some reason she needed to walk past us 9 different times to sweep over the course of 40 minutes and attempt to interact with my one year old each time, often pausing and staring at him while doing so. Absolutely comes off as creepy and made my wife and I uncomfortable. This restaurant is lacking professionalism, hands down. This was also in full view of the "managers". The Pickup service is horrible, they don't listen to anything and they feel like they're always right. How do you go to a restaurant request barbecue sauce for over $30 worth of chicken and they still don't give you any. I had left a Facebook comment and the Marketing Director for the Jackson St named Brian B. Messaged me on messenger and said a coupon would be left for me in the store and hoped we would be back. A few weeks went by and called the store to see before a trip was made and there was no coupon and had no ideal who he was or what I was talking about. I did message him back and he has opened it and was read with no reply. This is really unacceptable for for a place of business and for me to have proof of messages where he had reached out and me messaging back and no response back but was opened. Highly disappointed this is who you have as a marketing director. read more

Just came through the drive thru & was very disappointed. Long wait which I'm usually not one to complain about, but on top of that there was a long blond hair in my sisters sandwich & we didn't get utensils. Good food good always hot . The service is great . And you have to try the Chick-fil-A sauce.

I read the other reviews but had a hankering for CFA while passing thru town. Ordered on mobile app and although the drive thru line went quickly, we had to wait too long to get the food. I felt bad for the workers trying to figure out which car got what order. When she handed our food and beverages we asked for more CFA sauce. She gave us two. I was supposed to get CFA sauce with my nuggets, but nada. So the two we asked for at the drive thru were all we got. We also didn't get straws for our drinks. One last thing I was dissatisfied with was the app did not accurately reflect what was available at this location. The app did not show any grilled chicken except the nuggets. But saw when we drove up they had a spicy grilled sandwich! Grrrr. Not sure where the fault lies, but I don't recommend this location until they get more organized in their food delivery. I love the chicken nuggets and I love the French fries. The lemonade tastes homemade.

I am always a big fan of chick fil a. This specific location is not customer friendly at all. They will argue with the customer at drive through to explain why they will not give more sauce. We ordered 3 large nuggets as well as an extra 2 large fries. During ordering process we ordered 8 sauces. They refused to give us more than 4 sauces even after saying we are happy to pay for them. Literally said no - you will only get 4. We give them at our discretion. I realize there can be people who abuse the system - but with that many individual orders and a clear request - it's ridiculous that the customer service isn't better. This unfortunately has been my experience with Alexandria Chick-fil-a for as long as I can remember. Thankfully I live in Lafayette and get better service. read more

It hurts my soul to give Chick-Fil-A Anything but a 5 star rating! This location is on the smaller side. Parking lot is very cramped and a weird layout for the drive thru (it sort of impedes traffic). Employees were not that nice. Normally employees are overly nice! My cashier must have been having a bad day because it severely offended her when i asked for a receipt. Food is standard Chick-Fil-A - yummy and delicious. However, my chicken was slightly soggy and didn't seem that fresh. Restaurant area was clean and they had a clean pay area for children. read more

THE BEST milk shake in town!! Not only is their food the BEST in town they have the best milkshakes you will ever have! The best one is caramel crumble, crunch, now I know sum going on in that kitchen hicken cause the lord done blessed that food fr also we have never had problems with the service they have always been funny and fast and kind! read more

Horrible service, needs better management along with employees who actually listen to customers. Imagine getting $32.48 worth food. No sauce, after you drove 15 miles to get food. Imagine ordering a salad and whenever you asked for a dressing and they change the subject so they won't give you dressing. I got a salad and was not given any dressing I guess literacy would help the team members. These idiots will NEVER get another $32 from me. Forget CFA. This place is just a CF. The little worker bees were working hard, but there seems to be an issue at a higher level. The pickup/drive thru system was a nightmare. This location was very busy. Could be a good thing, if they were a little more organized. They don't utilize the cones to identify customers as other locations do. That would have helped find us, as we saw them throw away our strawberry shake because they didn't know who it ordered it. Every worker greeted us as we entered in... EVERY. ONE. OF. THEM. It was like a chorus every time someone came in... A tad overwhelming, as they had a lot of workers there than what I am use to. So I understand that all franchises are not run equally, but my experience in the Alexandria Louisiana location has me ready to stop going all together. I stopped for lunch with the family and got my first rude subpar interaction of the day. I asked to see a menu and the kid rolled his eyes and yelled to the nest customer care specialist(CCS), "hey man can you take this guy, he needs to see a menu!" I got the CCS and he shrugs and says, "I'm out of menus, lets just pull up to the board and I will take your order." We place our order and pull around to receive our order, start off back onto the highway only to notice that both cartons of fires appear to be just a collection of left over bits from the fryer. We shrug and continue to the highway only to notice that my order is not correct. I asked for pepper jack cheese on my chicken club and got NO cheese on the sandwich. I exit the highway, come back to the store. Upon entering I am met by a young lady cleaning the counters who doesn't look up at me instead says, "dinning in or takeout". I show her the sandwich (with the labeled instructions on the box) and tell her it is incorrect. Now this is where I lost my faith in Chick-fil-A as a brand and not just as a branch; drive thru orders have a high rate of failure at other chains, but Chick-fil-A (at other locations) in Lawton Oklahoma had an impressive zero defects for me. Saturday the manager on duty took my sandwich, passed it to the kitchen where they slapped on a piece of cheese from the fridge and handed the same box back to me.... They didn't remake the order they didn't apologize.. just handed it back to me. I took the box back to my car and put it in a trash bag.... I know I am just one person, but I will not be going back to this location every again... and the brand as a whole has fallen from grace for me. read more

I've visited this place twice for breakfast in two days while I've been on a business trip. The first time, the place got my order wrong (gave me hash browns instead of yogurt) and the second time I asked for a egg white grill with no cheese and bacon. By far the slowest Chic Fil drive through I've ever been to. I was third in line after ordering and it took almost 20 min to get my food.

Are the employees here rude? Mainly the drive-thru staff. Rolling eyes and rude faces instead of the smiles you see at other locations. I went inside and can say they aren't rude so much as "snappy" or pushy? But with drive-thru lines wrapping around the building it makes me think CFA needs more employees or another location to alleviate stress. read more

First of all, the drive-thru line took about 30 minutes to get through with only 3 cars ahead of my husband and I. We finally get to the window and after pulling away we realized the employees never gave us our change and our order was incomplete. We turn around and get back in the drive thru and find out the employee standing outside of the window told the cashier my husband said he didn't want his change, which he never said! They give us the change and the missing food and we get back on the road. As we start to eat I realized the Bacon Egg and Cheese biscuit I ordered was just a biscuit with bacon on it...extremely dissatisfied with the service we received at this location. read more

If "SERVICE" was what they sold, they would be out of business. The staff is more worried about taking care if the Call In Orders than taking care of their patrons inside the building. The cashier couldn't figure it how to get my order correct. After I told her I was eating in, she still had it as carry out. I did ask for extra pickles on my sandwich, I got 2. They might pride themselves on being "nice" to their customers, but the service sucks, even if they are nice. NEVER AGAIN!!! read more
