Miguel is the GOAT…read more I've been to alot of barbers around town but he is the only one that I found that is reasonable in price and actually does a clean razor shave for skin fades. He has very good attention to detail, takes his time with his cuts and doesn't rush it to make sure he doesn't miss anything. I usually tell the barbers I trust their judgement when they ask me questions about my haircut. I just give them a basic idea of what I want and let them do what they think will work for my head shape and so on. He NEVER disappoints. I never had a bad experience where I feel like I need to wear a hat for a month straight cause they messed up or anything like that. He listens to what you want and makes sure to execute to the best of his abilities. Other barbers in the area, when I asked them for a skin fade/razor fade they end up using a electric shaver... Not what I wanted. There's a HUGE difference between a actual razor shave and electric shaver. Electric shavers seem to miss some hairs and doesn't get super close to the skin. Razor shaves get all the hair and your haircut lasts MUCH longer compared to being shaved with a electric shaver. Also some barbers when they actually do a razor shave, don't have the technic or skills to do it like Miguel. Like they'll miss some spots or they'll just fade with electric clippers and razor shave only the bottom part so its not uniform with your cut and it looks off. You can almost see a hardline of where they actually shaved and where they used the electric clippers. Never had this issue with Miguel.
