This company was hired to replace my Dryvit on my home. They need to stop emailing me the sales…read morepitches, it just makes me very mad that I got ripped off. Issue 1: They took off 1 inch of Styrofoam and were just going to put up siding without addressing that. The sales man gave me this : "I'm not trying to rip you off or anything". They only offered up 1/4 inch to replace that for another $1400. The Styrofoam was put up for sound since the house is on a corner. Issue 2: when they out on the gutters, I noticed that they ripped off my "Leaf Filter gutter protection and left a large section off because they just threw it away. When I mentioned this he asked if I had a gutter protection up. He KNEW I did. They replaced it with something they had. Probably ruined my guarantee. Issue 3: When they replaced my gutters they placed the gutter on the second level so that the water would just shoot onto the lower roof. That would have eroded the roofing granules. I had that changed. However the odd way the gutter was attached to the side of the house, the gutter is all figured very odd before it goes into the lower gutter. That lower gutter still leaks/drips onto the front step after the rain is long gone. This forms an ice patch on the front step in the winter. This would mean that the gutter is tilted to much. Issue 4: They ended up sealing the windows of the garage shut since they didn't know that the windows actually opened. I let this go since it was already done. Issue 5: When they did the Bay Window, a nail went through to the inside of the house and through the wood. If that wasn't bad enough. Last winter I noticed that the room was very cold. So I took temperature reading of the wood and then of the window pane. The window pane was warmer in EVERY reading. I emailed the company, and received a reply from Jim Payne on 2/11/25 stating this "We added 2" insulation board underneath the bay window seat board. This was also caulked and capped with aluminum. There still is potential for some air to enter into this area." Bull shit. I have lived in this house for 35 years and NEVER have I had this issue. They screwed it up and never bothered to address this. I even sent photos. I am sure I will have to hire another company to fix this. Issue 6: The workers were nice, only one could speak English but what ticked me off was that those that smoked used my yard as their ashtray. Guess who picked them all up...ME I will add photos of all these issues I have stated. I want to make sure that my photos of the Bay window are time stamped. However, no way should the window pane be 8 degrees warmer than the wood. Don't use this company and certainly don't use the sales rep that just brushed me off. I wonder if he tries this crap to men.

Since I have mobility issues, he went up to look at the window. First he needed a place to work from so I said he could use the garage. Then he asked for paint. An hour later he was at my door telling me he was finished. I made my was upstairs and almost nothing had been done. Never needed any work space and no painting either. The windows were leaking to the point that it was taped. Basically, all he did was unstick the window and nothing else. I pointed out the tape and he said he hadn't noticed it. That's his job. He went back and caulked the edge of one window. For this we paid $450. My neighbor went to look at the work and was appalled. I was embarrassed. We feel completely ripped off. Asked for a receipt that was never sent. We are now hiring another company to do it over. Save yourself a lot of grief and don't call them.

I called them and they were able to send Oscar out right away. They told me to save 60 -90 min for the consultation, which seemed like a lot of time considering every other company just needed 5-10 min of my time. However, i was willing to invest the time for the right doors and right price. Oscar and i met for over an hour. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about all my door options. He brought along a presentation (via his ipad), as well as materials so we got it all done within that hour. The other companies took a lot less, but resulted in a few trips to my house and lots of back and forth via email. I honestly probably prefer the latter since less time all at once. In the end I went with a different company due to price, but thought this company offered a good product at competitive pricing so would be worth looking into them.

They even came back to cover a warrantied crack in a window a year later at no cost to us. More recently, we worked with Justin to replace our front door and open up a transom window above it. They were able to provide exactly the style and color we were looking for and we're do happy with the results.
