We were welcomed and the environment from start to finish is so calming. You can feel it as soon as you walk in! They didn't make us wait long at all and didn't rush our appointment. The staff is so sweet and welcoming. Dr. Lee is kind and also so patient with my anxious and nervous pup. He doesn't force vaccinations if they don't fit our lifestyle. Ivy Vet understands that vet visits can be stressful, so they make the visit calming and easy as possible. And while I would pay what I need to for my dog's health, prices are reasonable and I was pleasantly surprised (even with a full vaccinations update.) I paid less than I anticipated and did at the previous vet. I highly recommend Dr. Lee and Ivy Vet. Fair prices, a calm environment, and a friendly and patient staff - I'm so glad we found them!

Kori (don't know her job title) reached out to me via email that an appointment won't be available until 29 of May because all new patients aren't seen until then. Hopefully she isn't the vet. Unbelievable that she even insisted that if I still wanted the appointment to call. Would she let her dog suffer for a month? If I could give zero ratings I would.

I don't mind paying a lot for veterinary services, but this company -- and I blame the company, not…read morethe vets -- charged me well over $200 for a visit in which nothing happened. My cat hissed once and ran into a corner and that was pretty much it.  For context, this was my easy cat. The one they've cooed over at my regular vet's office. It's not fair to say that the mobile vet even took a look at her, because she was wrapped in a towel when I brought her over and she ran into the corner as soon as I put her down. The vet then immediately gave up and said she'd come back when my cat was drugged double or triple the medically recommended dosage (with either the new drug she dispensed or my existing stock of gabapentin). But they still charged me $75 for a visual exam. I am happy to pay for the medication the vet dispensed and was even willing to pay the travel fee to compensate her for her time. But paying nearly $100 because she glanced at a cat hidden under a towel? Come on. I called and asked for my money back and was told I should be grateful the vet didn't charge me for a hands-on exam she never performed. Because, I guess, as long as we're charging for services we didn't really provide, why not? The person I spoke to made it clear the vet was just following company policy in charging me hundreds of dollars to come to my house for ten minutes and perform no exams nor provide the service I had requested. Note that the company requires you to schedule a hundred-plus-dollar exam on top of the travel fee just to get a nail trim (oh, and of course they charge you for the nail trim, too) -- which is all I really wanted. Highway robbery. And I say that as someone who will spend a ridiculous amount of money on her cats. The only reason this is not a one-star review is because a different team did a thorough job in a previous visit with my other cat. But that team is no longer available. No, I am not going to schedule another nearly $300 appointment and drug my petite cat into oblivion so you can walk away again if she looks at you the wrong way. Shame that this company insists on penny wise, pound foolish policies. They could have had a regular customer paying over $400 every three months if they had been honest rather than charging me for services they didn't provide. Instead, they got to play me once and notch one more bad Yelp review warning other pet owners not to get scammed.

I called in advance about parking but never told about needing to pay for parking until arrived. I am not familiar with the area and got lost and called...five or six times. I was afraid that maybe be the clinic had an emergency and closed. Left voicemails that were not returned to let the clinic know that I had arrived, but I needed help in terms of parking and exactly where to go. When, I finally reached someone I was told it's because it's a small clinic and limited staff and that I should've sent an email. I did send an email as well and the person had no reply to that. instead, asked how I would pay for the $$ appointment at the end and I provided my credit card. I have been trying to email them for the past two weeks and they replied one time and have not since to follow up emails. Pretty sure I just got duped. I am still new to having a pet. I've been trying my best to get the best care possible (holistic) including spending more than I can afford and also traveling a distance for it and I'm really not seeing the benefits... I just keep coming across individuals in this and other non pet industries who seem to be more interested in the Almighty Dollar. does anybody care anymore or is everything just a dollar sign?

RTVC have wonderful folks there! With the care given to my Kahlua, I would not change anything!…read more No matter which vet you see, everyone treats the animal with care and respect. Kahlua is so used to the stellar service that he knows his reward (treats!!!); he stares at the staff with the big brown eyes until they hand it over. LOL. First time I brought Kahlua for a visit, you would have thought the vet had secret powers. My little guy was always nervous at other centers -- not here. The vet at the time was examining Kahlua without any problems. It definitely was their care approach which made the difference for my puppy mill survivor. Fast forward to now, Kahlua is a happy 15 year old cocker spaniel sweet-talking anyone he can meet, especially humans for love & attention.
