I left the previous vet due to the following that I'm now experiencing with this clinic…read more The paperwork stated if you're 10-15 minutes late, the visit would be canceled yet the vet was about 25 minutes late. I called in advance about parking but never told about needing to pay for parking until arrived. I am not familiar with the area and got lost and called...five or six times. I was afraid that maybe be the clinic had an emergency and closed. Left voicemails that were not returned to let the clinic know that I had arrived, but I needed help in terms of parking and exactly where to go. When, I finally reached someone I was told it's because it's a small clinic and limited staff and that I should've sent an email. I did send an email as well and the person had no reply to that. instead, asked how I would pay for the $$ appointment at the end and I provided my credit card. I have been trying to email them for the past two weeks and they replied one time and have not since to follow up emails. Pretty sure I just got duped. I am still new to having a pet. I've been trying my best to get the best care possible (holistic) including spending more than I can afford and also traveling a distance for it and I'm really not seeing the benefits... I just keep coming across individuals in this and other non pet industries who seem to be more interested in the Almighty Dollar. does anybody care anymore or is everything just a dollar sign?

RTVC have wonderful folks there! With the care given to my Kahlua, I would not change anything!…read more No matter which vet you see, everyone treats the animal with care and respect. Kahlua is so used to the stellar service that he knows his reward (treats!!!); he stares at the staff with the big brown eyes until they hand it over. LOL. First time I brought Kahlua for a visit, you would have thought the vet had secret powers. My little guy was always nervous at other centers -- not here. The vet at the time was examining Kahlua without any problems. It definitely was their care approach which made the difference for my puppy mill survivor. Fast forward to now, Kahlua is a happy 15 year old cocker spaniel sweet-talking anyone he can meet, especially humans for love & attention.

Very unprofessional. Booked an appointment on a Thursday, showed up and Michael wasn't even there…read more He texted me later to ask if I would like to reschedule. I rescheduls for the following Saturday. I texted him on Friday to make sure the appointment was definitely set for Saturday and he responded that I was booked. Showed up Saturday at appointment and Michael was not there, again. I called him multiple times and texted and he never responded. I had to charge back the the payment with the credit card company. He is smart and does a good job with soft tissue work, but he is extremely unprofessional and trifling with his customers in regards to communication. Each of my prior two visits I had with him had to be rescheduled because of a "booking" issue so I guess I shouldn't be too surprised that this happened.

He has worked with numerous medical practitioners, including chiropractors, orthopedists, dentists, acupuncturists, and massage therapists. He pursued his dream of becoming a Doctor of Naprapathy in New Mexico. He was named best alternative healthcare practitioner for three years straight, WHILE still in school. Although he's been in the business of helping others for over a decade, he likes to call himself a facilitator, not a healer. Naprapathy is a modality related to chiropractic work, but even more intensive as they are connective tissue specialists. With training that deeply focuses on relieving tension throughout the fascia, nerves, bones, viscera, tendons, and ligaments around joints using specific manipulations, treatments allow for much gentler, yet longer last joint corrections. It is less jarring to the body, therefore the body accepts the corrections more readily, leading to a better cumulative effect overall. He now uses his own patent pending modality called the Roots Method, using the SweetSpot technique to find the root cause of pain and imbalance. He then uses the best proven techniques from the many modalities he's learned to help correct the issue and return the body to homeostasis.
