I was very impressed with Mike and Chicago Transcraft today. I brought my car in because I'd been told I needed a new transmission from another shop, but Mike took me on a ride-along, inspected the car for hours, and determined that the car did not need any work done. While I don't want to have transmission repairs needed, if I do in the future I will definitely go back to his shop. read more

Though they didn't do work on my car, they provided a full diagnostic and referred me to someone else. Very professional and prompt.

I spent 3 full days on the internet researching, (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) trying to figure out who should I take my 2016 Hyundai Elantra to to rebuild my transmission. I looked at all the other rebuild shops in Chicago and outside of Chicago; small shops and national chains. I looked into buying a new transmission from the dealer or buying a rebuilt transmission from an auto parts place or from rebuilders but I just read how a lot of these transmissions had to be taken back to where they were bought because in a very short time problems occurred. I was really lost. I could only afford to pay to have my transmission fixed once. I couldn't afford a screw-up by anyone. I needed to find the best place with the best people. I looked all over the place, even other nearby states. I realized rebuilding my transmission with all new parts done by a very reputable shop, in business a long time, was the best thing I could do for myself because remanufactured transmissions too often had problems. I narrowed it down to a few places. Then I looked at these two closely and hands down Chicago Transcraft won. at the time they had about 45 "5-Star Reviews" and not one single negative review. I was quoted a fair price by Chicago Transcraft. I know it was fair because I had checked prices a lot before hand. I made an appointment and later dropped off my car. I've had my car back one month as I'm writing this and the transmission works great. The warranty is 12 months, unlimited miles and I'm very happy. Happy, YES I am. Thank you Chicago Transcraft Team All The Best !!! read more

Mike and his team are top flight professionals. I have an OLD suv that suffered a catastrophic failure that messed up the transmission. My usual mechanic actually suggested taking it to Chicago Transcraft because they do such great work. Mike explained the issues and the options to get it back on the road, quoted me a reasonable price for a rebuild and got to work the next day. I mentioned it was old because that makes it hard to track down parts but Mike went the extra mile to find everything he needed and stayed firm on the up front price. These are all reasons why Transcraft's schedule can get pretty crowded but it is totally worth the wait if you need major transmission work done right the first time. read more

Seriously these guys are IT!!! Found this shop as people were talking about it online and on performance car forums. I had driven for a year with my Jaguar XFR having trouble downshifting from second to first at stop lights. Another shop in Des Plaines said it would be $3,000 to $5,000 to open up the trans and do a visual inspection. This shop agreed that it may be that however they would see if there are other ways to Fix the car and they would evaluate the transmission with special scanning computers first. I'm so happy to have brought it to them because they fixed it in the matter of an afternoon, without needing to open the transmission. They reset the adaptations (which Jaguar wanted $$$$) but then refused to take the car due to mandatory $325 for inspection only. These guys are GREAT and successfully reset adaptation and gave me a print out of fault codes. MIKE said give it 500 miles to test and then call if any problems. Well Mike Thank You it has been over 1,000 miles now and it is perfect without shifting problems and for a fraction of the cost. Everything was a fraction of the cost and done professionally. I scheduled my fathers Audi which they also helped with tremendously. These guys are and will be my transmission specialists forever. Schedule your appointments and let the Professionals do their job Right. Thank you guys so so much. read more

If you need your vehicle serviced on anything but transmissions and live up north, see Warren's Shell in Evanston. However, if you have a transmission issue and are worried it may cost you your entire bank account, you MUST see Mike at Chicago Transcraft, regardless of where you live in Metro Chicago. There is simply no other place to get your work done. Or in my case, not to get your work done. Let me explain. In June, I won a car on eBay. Two days later after bringing it home, I experienced hesitation leaving the grocer. I never had this happen to me but I got the car home and went straight online to see what this might be. I soon found out the older Acura TL's were rife with transmission woes, shocking since I expected Acuras to be on the level of Honda's, Acura's parent automaker. I just spent most of my bank account to get what I thought was a fabulous deal on the car ($1000 under Blue Book value). My heart sank. Yes, I have a Honda Accord that runs great, despite its high mileage, but facing a costly replacement of rusty brake lines and ball joints, I needed a reliable second car. I felt this was it. Due to risks driving a car hesitating like the Acura did, it sat in my parking space for months, only driven to get my plates. Took weeks to get Acura customer care to reply to my online complaint, only to be told there was little they could do since the warranty had long expired. But I had to do something with colder weather setting in. I didn't want to think about chucking the Acura if the trans had to be replaced or rebuilt. But I had to face the possibility as I was not about to pay for a trans repair that would basically cost what I paid for my Acura (which was otherwise in stellar shape). However, I just couldn't go to anyone. This needed the right shop from the git go. On Nov. 15th, I called Mike. I read the reviews. He said he knew all too well about Acura transmissions (just like I read) but said to bring mine in the next day (Tuesday) for a look. So I did with the car hesitating to go. But I made it, though I had to jump start a dead battery to do so. Upon arrival, I felt at peace meeting Mike as he was fixing a part (sans a silly mask). He also resembled Warren to a degree, a big plus. We shot the breeze briefly, then he called one of his guys to run a computer check on the Acura. While waiting, Mike told me the common hesitation issue with the TL's was difficulty shifting into 3rd gear at 20 MPH. That sounded like what I was experiencing, except mine was a tad closer to 15 MPH. Anyway, 10 minutes later the mechanic returned, saying the car codes were clean. I thought that was insane cuz I knew what I was experienced. But Mike said they can't work on a car with no visible problems. He said I may be on the verge of a major repair but as of then, none existed. I was at a loss for words or what to do next but reluctantly got in my Acura and drove off. However, two things were different after I left. First, the engine light was off (it had been active the few rare times I previously started it). But secondly and most importantly, the hesitation entirely disappeared. It was though Almighty God divinely fixed this car. I couldn't believe it. I went 25 MPH, no issue. Two days later I tested it at 30. Still no issue. Two days after I tested it at 40. Zip, zilch, zero, nada. I was stunned. I have witnessed God do miracles in people's lives and health but on inanimate objects like a car, that was crazy. Now the key was picking up family from Indiana next week for Thanksgiving. Could the Acura go 55 MPH on the Illinois expressways and 70 MPH on I-94? YES IT DID! And still great today. The same God that performed miracles in the days of the Holy Bible did one on my Acura. Don't ask me how. I have no clue. But He did. So if you need or want to experience miracles in your life, invite God & the Lord Jesus Christ inside. He will come in and perform one for you IF you mean business with Him. But regardless of whether you have your eternal life issue settled, if you have any form of a transmission issue, you must go see Mike, even if it is a long drive. It will be 100% well worth your while as all the other 5 star posters and I will tell you. You may or may not experience a miracle as I have (which still can not be explained in human terms) but you will be 100% thankful you bypassed all those other shops to come to this one at the city limits. You may also save a lot of $$. Or you may not spend a penny. These are all possibilities as testified by the other write-ups that now includes me. Mike didn't even charge me for the diagnostic check, a standard practice at many vehicle repair shops. How good was that? Years down the road, you may forget me or Mike. No big deal. But if you forget Jesus Christ, you lost it all. Thank you, Mike, for perhaps being the most principled mechanic in all Illinois. Long may you and CT prosper! read more

I was desperately searching for a good transmission specialist for the past couple days... I own a German car and they are different in too many ways compared to your average Japanese and American cars: they are notoriously harder to work on which also makes labor/parts expensive. I needed to find someone who was familiar with German transmissions and transmissions in general to fix the problem that I had. I live in the suburbs and I couldn't find anyone that I trusted out here in the burbs and I began to panic. The next day, I was extremely stressed out and wanted to get my trans fixed.... I began searching again for transmission specialists... By the grace of God I stumbled upon Chicago Transcraft. I called him up (I forgot his name, sorry... I think it was Mike based off the other reviews) and Mike really calmed me down and instilled some confidence in me regarding the transmission. He told me to bring it in and he will take a look. I informed him that I live an hour away and I didn't want to mess with his schedules but he invited me over anyway. I went over with my transmission and he was very inviting and hospitable. He was able to check what was wrong with my transmission and he fixed the problem in no time!! Thanks Mike!!! Not only that but he went over the transmission with me ensuring that it was working properly. He was genuinely curious as to what was wrong with it and was very driven to solve the problem. Mike is very courteous, knowledgable, hardworking, intelligent, and extremely professional. He is very honest with his work and his pricing is very fair. I saw him work personally and he is very responsible. There aren't a lot of people with his honesty, generosity, courtesy, and knowledge this left in the world and more so mechanics nor transmission specialists (which are even more rare) just read the other reviews from other shops. Really cool guy. I would go to him again in a heartbeat without thinking twice if I had transmission troubles, but I hope that do not!! However, I would highly recommend you going to Transcraft in Chicago for your transmission needs - even if it is an hour drive. The service and results are worth the travel. read more

This is my favorite shop to go to for all transmission needs. Mike helped fix my 2011 BMW 335i without any problem and for a very very reasonable price. The car wouldn't go into reverse anymore and i was referred to go over to him by my father in law im so happy i listened to him. Because other transmission shops i checked out were telling me different things and quoting me higher prices. Mike is Very honest and will help out as much as he can & on top of fixing my trans, we even replaced first and second gear in my manual trans car. While the everything was apart in the shop I also ordered a clutch and flywheel and Mike installed the new parted with no problem at all. I'm extremely happy i found out about this place and I will refer all my friends and family to go over there. Mike is truly an expert at what he does and i have mad respect for the guy! read more

I was on the way to work when I noticed the transmition on my Chrysler Sebring started to slip. I was able to pull over to a service shop and asked them if they had time to check on my transmition. They came out and took a look and tried to go forward and reverse. The car didn't move just the engine rpms were revving up. The shop was going to charge an arm and a leg to send it out to repair it. I called my shop that we send our cars to and asked them if they know anyone that does trans work an they said Chicago Transcraft. They gave me the number and I spoke to Mike. I had the car towed to the shop. This was on a Tuesday. He kept in touch to update me on the job. The trans work was finished in 3 days. Mike was honest with everything he told me and was much much lower on the quote. I would refer Mike and Chicago Transcraft to anyone looking for trans work for their car. read more

Dear Friends, With pleasure, I write to recommend Chicago Transcraft in general and Mike in particular. I own a 1999 BMW 323i 5-speed manual and the clutch was hard to work. I had taken it to other guys and some thought it was the clutch but for various reasons. For some reason I am experiencing much tumult in the auto care world. What a relief when I got to Mike. He was friendly and into transmissions. We sat in the car and he tried to work the trans and he asked me various questions through which he eliminated problems. Then he had insights: he said "look how you can work the clutch when the motor is off. Clearly you have some clutch release issue." Well, he concluded it was the clutch after more investigation. He got the unit the next morning and I was on the road that afternoon. The car is a joy to drive. Thank you Mike! Yours, Jim Faier. P.S. The price was 2/3's what other independent shops wanted for the work. Also, I would say of Mike that he is the real thing in his field. I work writing patents as a patent attorney. I deal every day with inventors who are jazzed about their technology. That is one of the great pleasures of my work. Mike is such a person. read more

Excellent. Not only do they do a fine job and a reasonable price, but (in my opinion) the real distinguishing characteristic of a great mechanic is how they react when things don't go exactly as expected. This is definitely the case with Mike and crew. I had a quirky situation that resulted in coming back to get things right. Mike was not only understanding but down-right eager to solve he problem completely. this is really in sharp contrast to the attitude I've grown to expect from other mechanics. read more

Mike saved my car. Brought in my 10 year old GTI that was having odd shifting issues, after my previously trusted mechanic said that I needed a transmission rebuild. We took a drive around the neighborhood, and I could tell Mike was really interested in the problem. That's really the sign of a good engineer or craftsman in general - are they interested in the work you're bringing them? I left the car with him in the afternoon, he called me at 10am the next day and things were all fixed. Very reasonable pricing - $300 - far better than the $2000+ that a transmission rebuild would have cost me. A transmission specialist like this will try and actually understand and fix your problem, rather than to just drop in a completely new part and call it a day. VERY highly recommended. Hopefully I'll never have transmission issues again - but I know where I'm going if I do. read more

In a nutshell: honest, knowledgeable, professional, competent, timely, friendly. Prices are a steal compared to the quality of service. I found CT via Yelp while looking for someone to replace the clutch in my wife's car - no "real" transmission work, which is what they actually specialize in. I had the pleasure of working with Mike who was more than happy to help us out. Here's how the story went: 1) A 7 minute phone call with Mike got me a confirmed appointment. He asked questions about our parts and made sure that they were legit (we had done extensive homework). I felt no need to ask him any questions bc it was obvious he knew what he was doing. 2) Wife dropped off car the morning of the appt. 3) She picked car up that evening. Good as new. Mike gave her the option to take home the replaced parts (which she did) and then took the time for an informative chat of what he did. Easy peasy. I would go back to CT without hesitation. I should note that I called on behalf of my wife since mechanics have the reputation of taking people who obviously have no car knowledge for a ride but I felt that I really didn't need to with this shop. Friendly and professional. Wife had a great experience. For those of you who are looking to replace your clutch, you should know that the clutch pedal will feel much different than when you dropped it off. read more

I went to see Mike and the guys at Transcraft when my F150 stopped going in reverse. I searched around for shop to do the work and Transcraft was recommended to me by another mechanic here in Chicago. I called on a Saturday night and Mike answered his phone even though it was around 8 PM. When I brought my truck in the whole thing was very low stress. There was never any hard selling or scare tactics that I've seen shops try before. Super simple. It was broken, they can fix it, the price was fair, they always answered the phone, Mike called me with progress updates, the turnaround was quick and they stand behind their work with a reasonable warranty. I will recommend Transcraft to my friends and family in the future. read more

Mike was recommended to me by another mechanic, and now I know why: he's not only a great mechanic to a "lay" audience, but he's greatly appreciated by his professional peers! Our 2002 Camry started developing transmission glitches years ago, and our regular Toyota Dealer gave us a lame excuse (in hindsight, VERY lame...) about why it was happening, and that only a complete replacement (with a new or rebuilt transmission...) would solve the problem. As such, they suggested that we keep driving it around as long as it worked (in hindsight, another bit of bad advice...). Because the quotes for this work we received from our regular Toyota Dealer were exorbitant, we felt compelled to ask and shop around. (Note: in fairness, our Toyota Dealer has taken care of our Toyotas - this is our third Camry - very well for the last two decades...although this was by far the most complicated problem we've run into...) By the time I found Chicago Transcraft, Mike and his crew agreed that the transmission needed complete re-building. They did so quickly and well (at substantially less expense than we'd been quoted by Toyota...). Unfortunately, there was still a very minor slippage during the shift from 2nd to 3rd. Initially, they thought the on-board computer had to un-learn the compensation mechanisms we "trained" it with by continuing to drive the car as the old transmission slowly disintegrated. They then thought that one of the new seals may have failed, and (at NO expense to us...) took the car back, and re-built that part of the transmission. They discovered that no seal had failed, and began investigating other possible causes (again, at NO expense to us...). Mike deduced that, if the problem wasn't mechanical, it had to be electronic...and tried driving the car with the on board computer's transmission sensors disconnected. While the computer is necessary for most of the car's emission function to work properly, the problem slippage in the shift from 2nd to 3rd instantly disappeared! Upon his discovery that this on-board computer (referred to as the PCM...Power Control Module...) needed to be replaced, he ordered it (about $250 from a supplier in Florida...) and replaced it the following week...charging us ONLY for the cost of the part! Mike was a joy to deal with (always willing to answer questions, demonstrate the mechanics involved, adjusting his schedule for our constraints, etc...) and the car has been driving perfectly ever since. He will be my transmission "go-to" guy forever! read more

Chicago Transcraft rules. Mike is a great guy, super honest and knowledgeable. They rebuilt my trans at a significantly lower price than other shops had quoted me, and also included a really solid warranty. On top of that their customer service is superb. My car has 160k miles so they made sure to give it a once over to make sure I wouldn't shell out the cash for a transmission repair only to have something else major fail. Mike was great to work with and you can tell he really cares about his customers. read more

Through a series of visits to other mechanics, I was told that the transmission was failing in my Nissan Murano, causing a low growl and vibrations in the pedals and steering column. After being pushed to rebuild the transmission by another shop, I called to get a quote from Transcraft. They gave me a straightforward price on a remanufactured transmission, so I dropped off the car. The next morning, Mike calls me to talk more about the vehicle, and relays that the vehicle's issues stemmed from bad wheel bearings- not the transmission. He could have easily taken advantage of my position (it would have been easy enough to fix the bearings, charge the original $3500, and tell me he had replaced the transmission- I wouldn't have known the difference). Instead, I walked out with a $300 bill and a car that was running like new. The guys at Transcraft are not only exceptional at service, but they showed integrity by being professionals who care about doing what's best for the customer. Highly recommend them. read more

When my 2005 Cadillac SRX started having acceleration problems I was referred to Chicago Transcraft. Needing to do a lot of driving in the coming week I was in a bit of a panic and I would've gladly paid whatever they asked to get it fixed. Mike at Transcraft quickly determined it was simply a blown fuse which he tracked back to two wires that were rubbing against my drive shaft and causing the short. He taped the wires up, changed the fuse and I'm as good as new! Rest assured, the guys here will treat you fairly, and are a welcome and refreshing change in an industry that all-too-often will take advantage of a desperate motorist! read more

Our BMW X3 was making some really strange noises at low speeds and revs. These guys totally impressed me. First, the place is in meticulous order. You can tell they run a tight ship. The manager was smoking a great cigar behind the counter, but I love the smell of a good cigar. Call me crazy, but I kinda felt like it lent to the atmosphere. Second, they were fast and courteous. That goes a long way with me. I didn't have to wait around and folks were busy there so you know they are not lazing around, which I've seen at other places. Lastly, the owner was very very honest. He first had trouble reproducing the problem, so he went with me on a test drive so I could exactly reproduce it. Then after a full computer diagnostic screen, he determined the transmission wasn't the issue, but some rear coil springs along with some control arm bushings needed to be replaced. Wobbling there was causing the electronics to control the transmission in a strange way. I honestly can't remember if he charged me for the diagnostic work. If he did, it was worth it. He could have taken me for a literal ride, but didn't. Really really like this place and should I have transmission issues in the future, he'll be my first stop. read more

This is probably the best transmission shop in town. I took my 2001 Lexus RX300 in after it decided not to go in reverse and not go past 2nd gear. I shopped around for different quotes and their no nonsense quote was fair and beat most of the rest. Not only did Mike and his team repair my transmission, they also helped diagnose and fix a very strange computer /ground issue which impacted the way the vehicle shifted gears prior to bringing it in. Thanks for the awesome job and determination on resolving my issue. This will be my go to transmission shop moving forward. read more

Chicago Transcraft was a word of mouth referral from a guy that does quick repairs on my family's cars. We did A LOT of footwork to get a quote on getting my transmission fixed for a 2006 Scion TC. I too am a female and feel pushed to the side and taken advantage of when I walk into anything in the automotive industry. Mike made me feel comfortable and spoke to BOTH me and my husband. It's the first day we got the car back but I feel good about his work. We paid $1700 for a rebuilt trans that includes a 1 year unlimited mileage warranty (and we have a week to decide if we want to extend it for another year for $170). This is amazing from the original quote from the Toyota dealership of $4500- I HATE HOW THEY CAN HIKE UP THE PRICE!!! But, I'm so happy that we were able to meet and work with Mike. I would recommend him again and again! (this too is my very 1st yelp review) read more

Mike at Chicago Transcraft took such good care of my car and of me that I'm writing my very first Yelp review. I absolutely despise dealing with anyone who has to do with cars because I know they are doing nothing but scheming to take advantage of my (admitted) ignorance. Having to ask my boyfriend to talk to the mechanic just so that there is a male voice associated with my car is one of the most infuriating experiences imaginable. But I never once felt like I needed that testosterone buffer to keep Chicago Transcraft honest. Mike managed to explain everything to me in plain English without ever making me feel like an ignoramus. He understands that one might be intelligent even without instinctively knowing what a converter clutch is, and gave an intelligent description of every detail in the process of getting my transmission (as well as that mysterious squeak) fixed. And he did a fantastic job with the car. On top of all of that, he was absolutely my advocate when speaking with my insurance company. My insurance representative more or less told me that Mike was 100% of the reason they were going to pay for a $1,500 fix. He went above and beyond, making all the right phone calls, staying persistent, and making sure everything was right in the end, even though I know he had a garage full of other cars and there was no real financial reason for him to bother. This is a common-sense, honest, upfront establishment, and I will absolutely trust them with anything they can do for me in the future. read more

I contacted Mike's shop based off of Yelp reviews and I'm so glad I did. I called first thing in the morning, talked to Mike, and immediately knew he was the guy to help. He knows what he's talking about. I had my car at another shop and they told me I needed to rebuild my transmission. I didn't have a good feeling about the shop so I brought the car to Mike after our phone call. He checked it out, drove it with me, and we determined nothing needs to be done at all right now. There might be something wrong, either with the electronics or the transmission itself, but Mike said to keep driving it and if the check engine light comes back on to get back to him. Then he filled the car's transmission fluid FOR FREE. Instead of paying $2,200 for a new transmission that I might not even need, I brought it to the expert. It's refreshing to work with people like Mike who take their time to explain things and give you their complete attention. If your having transmission issues, this is the place to go. read more

I give Mike 5 stars for his attentiveness, honest and putting me TOTALLY AT ESE just from my phone call 10 mins ago. I will update my review in a few hours as soon as he checks out my 2005 ford explorer transmission!!! Ive never felt so at ease just from a phone call to a mechanic. I was referred to Mike at Transcraft from the Runge Brothers on Howard street in Rogers Park because they dont rebuild transmissions anymore and Runge told me to call Mike tht he was a straight shooter...I am so excited to meet my new mechanic as Chicago is a very hard place to find an honest mechanic and my mechanic no longer has a garage so i have been a baby pup out in a lions world in search of a man like my trusted mechanic!! Thank you all for your reviews...Its just happenstance that I ran into a Runge mechanic outside the currency exchange a few days ago AFTER I was at Aamco on Western and they told me I needed a new trans after 2 hours,no huge symptoms,no warning lights,no codes and a mechanic that got nervous i was in the garage looking at my own truck cuz I like to see things for myself...he could NOT tell me to my face what was actually up with my truck...he had to tell the "office mananger" and then he told me...I even asked the mechanic to tell me first so it doesnt go from one mouth to the next and shit get lost in translation OR for the office manager to have time to work on and make his speech to me...Oh well. I am very happy I didnt jump the gun and lose out on upwards of $5k (with tuneup and brakes) or even worse have traded it in and lost big time. This is the first time I've written a Yelp review; I was blown away by the honesty, respect and competence demonstrated by these guys. After being told by two mechanics (one being Tranz Mission in Evanston--never ever go there!) that our '98 Corolla needed a tranmission, we brought it to Chicago Transcraft. The mechanic (not Mike, but just as great) within minutes told me that all we needed was a rear engine mount. He diagnosed the problem so quickly and easily! He reached in, took out the loose mount, and joked, 'There's your transmission! $1500, please." LOL He saved my family so much money and stress, I wanted to hug him. I actually tried to give him some $ but he refused. They are so great, and I really wish they were full-service mechanics! read more

My 2002 Ford Explorer started having the typical symptoms of a Ford transmission going south, slipping, hanging up, hard shifting, etc. So my favorite auto service shop, Speedline, says take it to Transcraft. So I did. Mike recommended a rebuild which would update a lot of the parts that were creating problems. Left the SUV on Monday and was able to pick it up on Thursday morning operating like new. The cost was $1600 which was a lot more reasonable than those big chain shops and the dealer. I found Mike to be honest, knowledgeable and an all around great guy to do business with. While Mike was testing the car he noticed that the right front wheel bearing was starting to make noise. You could just hear it if you know what to look for, he did and now I'm going back to Speedline to get it fixed. Thanks Mike! read more

I brought in my BMW for a transmission problem, mike had to rebuild the first trans and it didn't work good, then he installed a rebuild transmission, that too did not work fine, he told me he took the car to the dealer and was told it would need a new transmission, mike then called up his friend and was told to replace a sensor that has to do with the ABS system, mike did replace the sensor and the transmission shifted fine. Mike quoted me $1500 for the rebuilt transmission but since both failed, he ended up replacing the sensor which cost me $150, i still ended up with paying him $1550 which is a BiiiiiiiG rip off, for a mechanic not knowing what he was doing, it was not my problem, and if he can't solve it, then i should not be held responsible for the lost time. I wouldn't mind if he charged me $500 or even $800 but to pay him $1550 for a problem that would ONLY cost $150, i mean come on ,,,, Give me a break! I even brought to this place another vehicle with transmission problems, mike had it in his garage for almost 5 months and not knowing what the problem was, i had to junk the car and mike still charged me $300 and he could not find any problem,,,,,, I do not recommend anyone to visit this place, dishonesty and rip off big time read more
