The food is so good! We ordered cheese sticks and it didn't take very long for our order to come. It was hot and cheesy. Couldn't have asked for better. The girl who took our order was very polite. This is the best pizza in the area. If you want a real pizza, you are going to have to leave Tuscaloosa and drive to Fayette for this pizza. The Chicago deep dish is a lot so be hungry or have a couple friends. The salad bar isn't big, but it has the best variety of toppings in the Fayette, Berry, Northside area. read more

Never had the opportunity to taste the food. Arrived to pickup the pizza I ordered by phone just in time to watch them knowingly sell it to the person in front of me in line. They confirmed the pizza was mine when I walked in but they had already offered it to the fella in front of me. After the fella left with his and my order, the gentleman at the register apologized and offered to make me another pizza..."take 10-15 min". I declined and walked out. The gentleman at the register was very upset (verbally) that I didn't take him up on his offer. This was mine and my families first and only visit to Chicago's Pizza in Fayette Alabama. read more

I found this place during the height of the COVID hysteria in Alabama. Our so called conservative governor had just passed her stupid mask mandate and I was looking for businesses that believed in freedom. I found that Fayette was one of the free territories. My silver lining in the cloud of stupidity was finding Chicago Pizza. The people here are always very nice and the food is good. They have a pretty good salad bar. I went to Chicago pizza located in fayette Alabama and ordered a pepperoni pizza with three hungry kids I was excited to feed my family as I always visit when I go to fayette. On this particular day I was sent home with a sloppy dropped pizza. I went into the store and not even 2 minutes later to return it after opening my box and complained there were no toppings and it looked to be dropped. The manager Hannah said she believed me but had to call the owner Tim Oliver for approval to replace it. She then brought me the phone and the owner told me there was no way my pizza did not have toppings and was messy and I was lying and I don't get a replacement or my money back. I then complained that I would call the police and file a bad report and he stated I am banded from his restaurant. I'm am sure this treatment was due to my race as they did not have any black employees and it's a family ran business and the customer service was bad from the time of my order my forks were thrown down on the counter by the front desk worker and everyone seemed to have an attitude including the manager. I feel as though my consumer protection rights were violated and this was the worst experience of my life. As a African American in a small town you always feel as an outsider but this experience really made me feel as though I had done something wrong when all I asked was for a refund or replacement. The owner attacked me and the manager called me rude and only replaced the pizza if I didn't call the police on them. This is not acceptable! Please feel free to share in hopes that they improve their customer service!! How can you band a customer who only asked for this to be corrected ? This pizza was a nice surprise. I moved here from Denver, CO where we can get any pizza with in a 1 mile radius and the competition is fierce. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality and flavor of our thin crust with pepperoni and bacon. I liked it so much I crave it often and have no need to drive to Tuscaloosa where there are many choices. They have a nice salad bar too. read more

I'm down here from Chicago and know my Pizza. So, we found this place and was a little skeptical as the place is called Chicago Pizza. I was surprised that it was very good. The meat lovers pizza had a nice kick to it as well. Another surprise is that one of the owners is named Tim. Tim is 53 & I am 60. We both lived within 2 blocks of each other and the same school. Nice little clean pizza shop. The salad ingredients on the salad bar were nice and fresh. We had a thin crust pizza with Canadian bacon, mushrooms, and green pepper. It was nicely prepared and the crust was crisp as a thin crust pizza should be. I definitely would eat there again. read more

Great local pizza place with a salad bar! For lunch they sell pizza by the slice and have specials! Super nice owner and clean atmosphere!
