There are a variety of services to choose from, but the various baths of different temperatures and salt engage the senses like no other. It's co-ed, and you can move between baths at your leisure. There's even a semi-outdoor waterfall bath. The variety is wonderful. There's a salt shower area that you could rub salt on yourself which feels wonderful. I really enjoyed the sauna which had an aromatherapy component to it and a cold plunge inside. I didn't think I could do it, but the hot temps made it easier to get into the cold water. Service here is splendid, and reservations need to be made so that over-crowding doesn't happen. This makes the experience of coming here much more enjoyable. You can really unwind, relax, and come out of this feeling refreshed.

Not so bad... Pretty Chic. I like it…read more They take you back. Guys and girl separate. You each have your own locker rooms. They give you direction and off you go. There is staff around so if you have any questions, that can be answered. The locker rooms are clean. There are a couple private changing rooms and, of course, cuz it is separate from the men, you can choose to change in the open. You change into your bathing suit and they provide a robe. Within this locker room, there are showers available and there is also an area provided to get ready AFTER the services are complete. It has hair dryers and spray deodorant and I think lotions. They do provide "wet slippers". They fit like no show socks so there's no need for any kind of flip flop type shoe to protect your feet. I have no review for the men's locker room cuz... Well. I'm not a man. BUT my husband had no complaints. When ready, you meet your partner and go to the "bath" area. They have all kinds of hot tubs and steams rooms and cold plunges and just yeah. It's pretty cool. You hang your robe and in you go. There is also a juice bar and the juices are delicious. Again, there is plenty of staff to assist with any questions you may have. If you booked a massage, and, of course, why not? They will let you know when it's time. You go upstairs and get the best massage of your life. I had a female masseuse and my husband had a male one. Once done, back into the locker room to get ready for the rest of your day/evening. It was a pleasant experience. It was also quite pricey. This was gifted to me and my man. Not sure if we would have extra funds to splurge within our own budget. This is downtown Chicago. Parking is NOT provided. Although they do offer valet.

This was my third time seeing Lisa, and she is consistently amazing , attentive, knowledgeable, and truly personalized in her approach. The service is incredibly thorough. The facial left my skin lifted, hydrated, and glowing, and the scalp hydrotherapy was next-level. From the essential oils and scalp massage to the deep cleansing, steam therapy, and nourishing treatments, every step felt intentional and luxurious. The neck and shoulder massage alone was worth it! The space is beautiful with natural skylight, calming energy, and thoughtful touches like complimentary tea and snacks. Everything feels clean, high-end, and well cared for. I left feeling completely refreshed, relaxed, and my hair felt so clean and soft after the Dyson blow-dry. If you're looking for a true self-care reset, I highly recommend booking with Lisa. I'll absolutely be back.

To book the appointment, you have to leave a credit card deposit of $50. This is not applied at the visit. We made our 90 minute appointments for 11:30am. We received text messages the day prior stating they would be busy due to the holiday and we'd need to start at 11:45. This was not an ask. It's only 15 minutes, but how did they already know they'd be running late? Really it should have been a request for us to start later. The facility is clean and nicely decorated with soft lighting throughout. We were given slippers to wear during our visit. We filled in information forms and waivers then proceeded to our treatment rooms. We booked our treatments separately but were brought to a room with two beds. It's cool with my friend, but if I were by myself I would not be keen on sharing a therapy room with a stranger, especially since we changed to spa tops in that room, no private changing area. Again not the worst thing, but an option to change privately would be welcome. The room is again softly lit and nicely decorated. The service started with a scalp analysis. Then we proceeded to our beds for 90 minutes. The services were good, but I would have liked it if the technician explained what was happening and asked if the pressure or temperature were good along the way. The foot mask add on was $20 and was a mask from a package. I was thinking for the price it would be a bit more special. The language barrier with the technicians are steep, so we do not ask many questions nor for any adjustments. The front desk is more understandable. Very polite and professional though. We were not hard sold on products on the way out which was nice.

I was lucky to get her on a random appointment 6 years ago and I haven't gone anywhere else since. From the moment you walk in, she creates a calm, welcoming environment, and it's clear how knowledgeable and intentional she is with every step of the process. She doesn't take a one-size-fits-all approach, she really takes the time to understand your skin, explain what she's doing, and tailor treatments specifically to what you need. She has helped me create a skin care routine that truly works for me after many years of buying products, breakouts and throwing money down the drain. What sets her apart is not just her skill, but her consistency and care. My skin has improved significantly since seeing her, and I always leave feeling confident that I'm in the best hands. If you're someone who struggles with your skin or has been hesitant to trust someone new, I cannot recommend her enough. She is the real deal and I will be a customer of hers for life.

Apparently they were charging premium prices this week so it was even more expensive than normal. I started with a massage. My massage therapist applied WAY too much pressure. I don't regularly get massages so didn't ask for them to stop as I thought maybe it was what my muscles needed, but I was wrong. For days my neck and upper back was in pain to the touch like I was bruised. I should have asked her to lay off the elbows. Also, she was sniffling through the massage which I couldn't tell if she was sick or that's how she breathes. I couldn't wait for it to end. Next to the relaxation area. Went to the hot tub. Totally packed, not a single chair. Ok, I'll try the sauna, totally packed couldn't get a seat. So got in the hot tub. Despite it being fully packed wall to wall, the front desk came and told the 4 friend groups they weren't allowed to talk to each other to maintain the relaxed environment.... Kind of hard when you are on top of each other. Finally made it into the sauna. Sitting elbow to elbow and there is a clump of hair on the floor. We were grossed out and left. Went to the other quiet relaxation area to read and again, full. How am I supposed to relax when I can't even find a chair??? Next up, my facial. She was great and totally loved it!!!! I especially like facials here with the nice bed to lay on, very comfortable. Back to the locker room, bathrooms full, showers full, no glasses at the water station. I spent $700 to be herded like cattle. Kohler should not charge premium prices when overbooking the spa. I highly encourage you to go elsewhere.
