He acted hostile, refused to let me ride with him, and made the experience unpleasant. This was my first tow and the lack of upfront communication, along with the aggressive attitude, makes me confident in saying I'd never recommend this company. Update: After posting this review, the manager called and apologized for the driver's behavior. He explained that charging to move the vehicle so it can be towed is against their policy. He also said they'd reprimand the driver and install dash cams on all their trucks to make keep their drivers accountable. While I appreciate the apology, it came across more like damage control than a genuine effort to understand what went wrong or prevent it from happening again. It felt like pressure to get me to change my review, not true accountability. That said, I'm updating this to two stars because I hope this isn't how the company normally operates. If they follow through on these changes and more customers share positive experiences, they may well deserve a second chance. For now, this is still my experience, so keep it in mind if you're considering their service.

They took complete advantage of our vulnerable situation - replacing an alternator that was not bad, charging us for time spent waiting for their service vehicle to be towed out of the ditch their mechanic pulled himself into, added a $295 "call out fee" that was not disclosed, and then held us hostage to pay a bill we didn't agree to. I pleaded with the mechanic to have his boss contact us, called the service lines, and received no response. The mechanic claimed he didn't know his manager's phone number and that they communicated exclusively via facebook messenger. We have called everyday to try to resolve the issue with the invoice - no response, silenced calls, or they pick up and hang up immediately. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau. I wish I had read reviews before putting my trust with this company.
