The second time a week later, I set up the appointment at 12:30 PM They were going to come early, I needed to pay the bill first. They then came late. Initial Review: Driver arrived and demanded an extra $30 cash fee to move my car from my garage to…read morethe street, despite me informing the company beforehand that it was in the garage. I declined and offered to push it out with my brother. The driver instead pushed it out himself and later demanded payment, which I again refused. He acted hostile, refused to let me ride with him, and made the experience unpleasant. This was my first tow and the lack of upfront communication, along with the aggressive attitude, makes me confident in saying I'd never recommend this company. Update: After posting this review, the manager called and apologized for the driver's behavior. He explained that charging to move the vehicle so it can be towed is against their policy. He also said they'd reprimand the driver and install dash cams on all their trucks to make keep their drivers accountable. While I appreciate the apology, it came across more like damage control than a genuine effort to understand what went wrong or prevent it from happening again. It felt like pressure to get me to change my review, not true accountability. That said, I'm updating this to two stars because I hope this isn't how the company normally operates. If they follow through on these changes and more customers share positive experiences, they may well deserve a second chance. For now, this is still my experience, so keep it in mind if you're considering their service.

They tried charging me $860 for a 15 minute tow I was crying and in an emergency driving home after I graduated college I payed $650 after they didn't tell us where my car was for 2 days. $3000 for a refurbished engine with a year warranty, 1 year later I'm already car shopping again because the engine is having severe problems. Not to mention I had to go back several times to fix the engine they put in. A Toyota Camry isn't that hard to work on. The picture I included shows one of the times I went back and he quoted me $300 to fix my AC at the time was broke. I should have gotten that in writing because he charged me $700+ for the AC. I went broke trying to save my car with this company. If I could have don't it differently I would have used a different company.
