1st time here at this salon. Went on a Sunday afternoon. Called ahead to make an appointment. I was very happy when I walked in, they were waiting for us. Usually nail salons will make appointments and never stick to the correct time. The place was clean and organized. The prices were very reasonable. I had the deluxe pedicure ($35) and it lasted about an hour. Very impressed with my nail tech, she did a great job! Will be back. read more

My husband and I come here for our pedicures. They always take their time and make sure our feet are done right. It's my go to salon for pedicures because they open a new tool set when you sit down. I appreciate it because I feel comfortable knowing that the tools are sanitized between customers. read more

I started coming here a while back and fell in love. They are truely experts. My nails were exactly how I wanted and they did not hurt, cut or bruise my hands to get there. They have conversations with you and offer drinks while you are being serviced. I usually make an appointment, but they do accept walk-ins. read more

This place used to be much better but the last several times the quality has really gone down. I am very picky on my pink and white nails and they now lift badly every time within a week of a fill. Just left from getting a refill done and they look terrible. You can see lines and they are orangey in color. They tried to tell me that I should consider getting a new set every time instead of a fill and that it would be better for my nails and not cost that much more. Today was my second visit and it was not as welcoming as the first. The first time I went, I walked in right when they opened, the service was great and it didn't take all day. This time the staff was a bit cold. I actually called first, the lady told me to come on in. I walked in, I heard a voice say something but couldn't tell who was talking to me because everybody looked at me when I walked in and had masks on. Also the receptionist was getting her nails done, so unprofessional. She never came to greet me only turned her body half way in the chair and told me to pick a color. I told her I knew the name of the color and even showed her the shape of the bottle but she just said "oh" but never went to get it or look for it. Just kept telling me to pick a color. There were so many colors I couldn't find it. Anyway I had a sleepy sloth doing my nails and was there wayyyyyyyy longer than I should have been. Also their sanitizing methods are to dip the utensils in the dirty water that my feet were in and shake them in the water. That is the nastiest thing I've ever seen in a salon. Did it right in front of me too. That should be reported. I think I will. I most definitely will not be back. read more

I got my eyebrows waxed and nails painted here and the woman rushed through both. My eyebrows are uneven and my nails look scary. She didn't trim my cuticles or spend much time filing which left some of my nails crooked and when I noticed I was going to tell her but she was already working on someone else. Would have been a lot better if she would have taken her time and not rushed through me. read more

I just went their earlier today and it was AMAZING they were busy, but were still helpful and professional. They offered wine,drinks, and they even have cute little pedicure chairs for kids! This is my fourth time being here ,and every time I've been here has been a great experience not like other nail salons that I've been to. I wasn't to impressed with this new nail salon. Ok, I'm all about hygiene, but those little dollar store packages they use that contain a small buffer, small file, and some other cheaply made things didn't do a great job with buffing my nails. I felt like the lady just went over my nails a couple of times and was like ok what color. I only got the basic mani/pedi because I didn't want to waste money on a service I wasn't sure I would love. Glad I did. I could have done a better job myself. read more

The best nail technician throughout the facility is Christina. Out of all of the nail technicians working there, she has the best technique I've seen in that shop. She does the most amazing freestyle nails I've seen in Richmond. She's versatile and she captures your visions perfectly upon your hand. If you go to this shop ONLY ask for Christina for your hands. Nice and clean, the first and second time was ok third time terrible, the staff didn't like that I only needed a regular pedicure so we were treated like the service was free, they offered drinks to all the customers around us except for us, I thought that was rude. They also lied to me about their rewards program, they didn't sign me up the first time when I spent more than $150.00, instead they did 4 days later when I spent $40.00 yet they guaranteed me they would add the points for the time I paid over $150.00 to my rewards account after showing them my bank statement, well guess what... They lied, when I came in for the third time I checked my points and it wasn't there, that made me mad I was lied to and treated unfunfairly therefore I will take my business elsewhere. read more

The service here was great, everyone was very courteous! I came with my mother and they offered her wine and Mimosa which she enjoyed. I had the Jelly pedicure, it was very fun! My mother had the Organic pedicure and both smelled amazing. We came on the Sunday right before Independence Day so they had festive snacks for us as well. They had many different colors to choose from and a great color selection to choose from in their shellac/gel category. The work and service done here was outstanding even with the large groups of customers who came in for the holiday rush. They also had a 20% off for their grand opening until July 10th. I was told by one of the managers, that they would redo my nails, but can you come in the following day because we are short handed. I agreed. I made an appointment to come in the following day, and when I arrived, 15 minutes early, they changed from I will redo your nails to we will reshape your nails, and redo the cracked nail. I agreed. I patiently waited for them to fix my cracked nail, for a hour with that foil on my finger. As I waited, I observed other people come in and get service. Finally after an hour I informed the manager in charge that I was not going to continue to wait and and why I was not going to continue to wait, so I left after being told repeatedly we are coming to fix your nail. Needless to say i wasted an hour of my time and it was very disappointing, considering i have been there several times. I do not plan on going back. read more

I have,been going here since it opened..i have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars there and EVERY SINGLE TIME I go in they always ask if i have been there before..the services have been ok and i have had everyone in there either do my nails or a pedicure..i went in today and spent anothe 60 bucks..and the same lady who i assume is the owner asked me again if i had ever been there...i go religiously every 2 to 3 weeks...it is unfathomable to me that they dont even care enough to at least know i am a regular customer and maybe even remember my name..i am beyond pissed..i will find somewhere else..not to mention no one there is particularly friendly... read more

Went here for the first time for my birthday, where I got shellac. After not even having my nails done for a week they already started to chip. It was the worst nail job that I have ever had done. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! There are too many nail salons that are cheaper and do a better job. Don't waste your time and money. Go to a better salon with better service and that does a better job and where your nails will last the good time length unlike here. read more
