She is so professional, patient and caring and so good with her trade. It took me some time to decide that I want microblading done and select by whom - I felt really good about it after my first touch up. For me it really helped to get microblading done, since my eyebrow hair is so fine it didn't make a dark, uniform shade, though i never really gone crazy plucking them. Once I trusted Jessica the results really spoke for themselves, but you have to give it time to mature, and really just trust her. She explained everything, not just the whole procedure but the aftercare and what to expect, even all my questions I've texted her during my healing. I miss her between appointments. You won't be disappointed to see her.

I bought a Groupon for microblading in December and was excited to finally get this procedure done…read more I called and left a message to make an appointment. I never received a call back and I really didn't think much because it was the holidays. In the beginning of January, I called again and left a second voicemail requesting an appointment. I finally received a call back and the technician gave me a date and time for the procedure. She never though took down my name or contact information. I never received an appointment reminder from the business. The day of my appointment, it was storming, but I still managed to arrive on time to this appointment. I went into the establishment, and one of the technicians said that my technician wasn't there yet that she was running late. That's all she said, so I decided to sit and wait. Five minutes later another woman came in and she asked if I had an appointment. I said, yes, I'm here for microblading. She then went and talked to the other employee and I could hear them discuss how my technician wasn't coming in. After five minutes of hearing them talk, one of them came out and told me that my technician was not coming in because one of her family members was in an accident. She also said that my technician was trying to get a hold of me, but couldn't find my number. I told the employee that she probably couldn't find it because she never took down my name or contact information. This employee kept on saying.... I know this is so unprofessional. Then she said you can call your technician because she wants to talk to you. I said, I don't have her number. So she gave her contact number and said she was sorry. I left without saying a word because I was very upset and to make matters worse it was raining harder. I decided not to call the technician because if she is this unprofessional with her clients, I can't imagine how her actual procedures might turn out. I can't trust a business that doesn't follow basic business etiquette.

The dead center of it has a chunk of hair that is an inch shorter than the rest. She didn't know what she was doing clearly. My right side is a straight across bang and my left side is blended with the face framing layer. She kept saying blowout effect when that isn't what I wanted or asked for. Everywhere I've been, they've always started off longer because they said we can always chop off more. She did not do that. She just chopped them. I wanted very wispy bangs with face framing layers. She didn't not do that at all. These are regular choppy uneven bangs that sit a good bit above my eyebrows! I never felt more ridiculous coming out of the salon. During she asked what I thought and I said that the layers isn't what I want and that I want more layers in sections. She just did one side and didn't do the same on the other. She asked what I thought on the bangs and I said they're too thick and she turned my chair around fast so I'm not facing the mirror anymore. She said she still has to thin out. But they shouldn't even look this thick before thinning! I'm wearing a hat for a couple of weeks and going to my sister hoping she can fix some of it. How she cut my hair was like she watched one video and she learned at home. Her fingers stunk like a funky smell. Not food or chemicals but like bacteria under the nails type of smell.
