Unfortunately, I have spent considerably more time trying to get off the marketing list than I ever spent in the treatment chair. For years now, every few months...4-6 I'd say- another email or text message from A Nurses Touch finds its way to me. , I unsubscribe, reply STOP, report the message as spam, and continue living my life. Then, like a determined ex who can't take a hint, another one eventually pops up. Recently, I received a Mother's Day marketing email. I unsubscribed, took a screenshot, and texted it directly to the Daisy, requesting.....again, that all of my contact information be permanently removed from every database, mailing list, CRM, marketing platform, carrier pigeon, smoke signal registry and any other system capable of sending me unsolicited and unwanted advertisements. She promptly texted me back with confirmation that I had been removed. Excellent. That should have concluded this saga. Instead, I received yet another marketing text this morning. Oh, but wait...it gets sooo much better. This one wasn't even addressed to me. It landed in text messages- sent to number- but it was addressed to my ex-husband, whose ear-hair-removal treatments Daisy herself performed on him are apparently less permanent than A Nurses Touch's marketing database. At this point, I genuinely do not know what additional qualification is required to be removed from the list. I have unsubscribed. I have replied STOP. I have reported messages as spam. I have contacted the owner directly. I have received written confirmation that I was removed. What am I missing... Does it need to be spelled out on a big Chief tablet with jumbo crayons like we used in kindergarten in order to articulate well? I'm at a loss. Perhaps intelligence could be utilized in order to understand the removal request... but can we please figure out so we can stop this Texas Two Step? Short of entering witness protection, I am not sure what else a person is supposed to do. For the record, I am not interested in another appointment. I am not interested in another conversation. I am not interested in revisiting old history. I simply wish to achieve what should be the easiest cosmetic procedure offered by this business: Permanent removal from the marketing database. A Nurses Touch may do excellent work. My experience has simply been that their marketing list appears to be considerably more permanent than their laser hair removal.
