I was so nervous to hand my vision over to a stranger, and Lindsey executed beyond my wildest dreams! It helps that she is just SO lovely and easy to work with! I hired her as a "part-time" planner as I knew I wanted to hire my vendors and then hand everything off to her a few months before the wedding. She provided vendor recommendations for the few I had yet to book late last year, and was SO communicative the entire process, which I really appreciate. I am pretty Type A and like things to happen a certain way, and not only did I have ZERO stress leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day, Lindsey made the whole process easy and FUN, which is how it should be!!! I am so glad I was able to just sit back and enjoy every step of he process thanks to Lindsey and her amazing team!

    Stephanie is an absolute gem of a wedding planner…read more I usually freak people out with my hyper-organized lifestyle, but when I found Stephanie, I felt like we were separated at birth. She is brilliant at what she does -- she has the best recommendations for vendors, wedding day timelines, decor, everything. Whenever I second guessed myself, she was there to reassure me or point me in the right direction. Nothing slips through the cracks. She is everything a bride needs going into her big day. Our wedding day was flawless. Absolutely nothing went wrong, and if it did, I still have no idea to this day because Stephanie handled it all. I will be forever grateful for having her when I think of our special day.

We are a month before our event now and sitting back amazed at how smoothly everything is going. She's honest in her recommendation of vendors -- she doesn't take kickbacks and has worked with a lot of people. Everyone we talk to, from caterers to bands, to our venue say that she's the best coordinator they've ever seen. Stephanie is 100% professional and dedicated. She's always on time and very responsive to email or phone calls and has met with us in person whenever we want. She helped us to organize things that I never could have thought of -- from accommodation, lighting, larger tables where there are holes in the lawn, to timetables for our wedding day. She's also very creative and artistic. Stephanie has done a range of weddings -- very high end and those on a tighter budget. I know she works in San Francisco and throughout Sonoma and Napa wine country. She told us that she does only two weddings per month. Her rates are incredibly reasonable and she's worth much, much more.

    There are many high quality wedding planners for Napa Valley, however, if you are looking for one…read morethat conducts business with integrity, I would not recommend Angela N. of Lulu Events and here is why... We signed Angela as our planner in May 2010 to help us with our Napa Valley destination wedding in October 2010. As we were planning our wedding from Asia and had less than 5 months til the big day, we needed a planner who was available and flexible to meet our demanding schedules. She claimed to be the "BEST PLANNER IN NAPA", provided us with "great" references, and assured us that she was very experienced in working with overseas clientele, so we paid our 50% of the fee to go ahead with Angela. (Note, she also emailed us that another party wanted to sign with her for an October 2010 event and given she has a quota of events she can do, we felt some time pressure... though, it was still our fault we didn't spend enough time to look around more thoroughly). Unfortunately, shortly after signing the contract we realized Angela was not right for us. We found out early on that her schedule was not very flexible to our needs and she was at times even unaware of the drastic time zone differences. Apart from canceling & re-scheduling several of our conference calls, she was unable to meet us for two separate in person appointments that we had flown in for from Asia. The first time was a brief business visit to the Bay Area, but given the short notice of our travel itinerary and not being her clients yet, we gave her the benefit of the doubt. But she was unavailable again when we planned to do another week long visit to the Bay Area/Napa to do our wedding site check and by that time, she was our planner. Maybe she was stretched too thin, or we were too far away, or we were not considered a big budget wedding, or that she often flies back and forth between Napa and southern California...but nonetheless something was wrong. Within the first week of signing on, Angela was out of pocket for the first few days, then she emailed to reschedule our conference calls that week and by the end of the week, we were told she would not be able to accommodate us when we were in town for our site check. With the distance and impending time crunch until the wedding, it was at that moment that we realized this was not going to work out and that Angela would not be able to provide the service we needed. We explained this to her over the phone and reiterated our concerns over email before asking if we could receive our money back or be billed for the work she had already done so that we could mutually cancel the contract. We thought this was a reasonable request given that only a few hours of work had been done so far and that our schedules just could not match hers. However, she was surprised at our request and refused to not only not provide the requested refund, but also stopped returning our calls and emails to work out an amicable solution. In the end, we were able to find a different wedding planner and had an incredible wedding. However, we are deeply disappointed that Angela seemed more focused on her bottom line than caring about the wedding couples who have been saving and working so hard for their special day...

She thinks quick , has talent, unsurmountable creativity and is the hardest most dedicated worker I know. She will take your vision, and not only make it happen, but exceed all expectations.... If you are lucky enough to score this gal for an upcoming event, your guests will be impressed and your event will be most memorable.. My wife and I were married…read morein June of 2011, and our wedding day would have been vastly different in terms of quality, consistency and beauty had it not been for Jonathan and Jessie. We approached our wedding day as something that would more or less "fall into place," but as the day grew closer, we began to realize the necessity and immense helpfulness of J Warner Events. I could write quite a bit, but here are a few things that stood out to my wife and I about them: 1) They value creativity and space, while remaining vocal and leading. Both in word and deed, Jon and Jessie upheld the important balance of our preferences and dreams for the wedding, while still challenging and guiding us into efficient solutions and execution. They are averse to dominating or controlling the wedding event, and seek to orient themselves around the couple's goals. They listened patiently to our ideas, sometimes even sacrificing their own opinions. They visibly shared our excitement about the highlights of the day. But at the same time, they were quick to suggest alternative ways of the details of our day. They were quick to step up and take over details that we were too busy or too forgetful to remember. Their firm direction was essential to making the day come together so perfectly. 2) They add delightful, unanticipated personal touches. Jon and Jessie both personally created or oversaw little decorations and details that we did not expect. Some of these details ended up really making the day. Jon worked to get a large, custom-painted wooden sign with our name on it up at the front of the property, something we didn't expect. 3) They are encouraging to be around. Weddings are an extremely stressful time. Jon and Jessie bring the tension and stress down by their cheerful, cooperative presence. As a couple, they are perfect together, complimenting each other and their ideas. Working together, they offered us endless kind words and hope for the day. This made all the difference -- having a team of coordinators that are constantly upbeat, humble and cheerful is a rare thing. They are genuine to the core, and this will put any wedding event and those involved at ease. In addition, I attended a wedding a month later in Petaluma, CA that they coordinated as well, as was just as impressed! I would highly recommend this dynamic duo. They were such a blessing and encouragement to us. You are doing yourself and your wedding day a favor in choosing them. Thank Jon and Jessie!

    We met the three girls and kitchen crew back in Dec of 2013 for our tasting for the wedding. I know…read moresome people wonder why they charge for the tasting but your getting a 4 course meal with wine... for pretty cheap... I want to say around 25$ per person but my memory is a blur after my wedding :) The tasting was awesome and fun so we picked them to cater and I am so happy we did. Over the next ten months they were on time with emails, text messages, phone calls all of it. They were fun to work with. We had our wedding at my moms house and Dani and Jennine came up 2 or 3 times before the wedding to get a feel for where everything should go, how it will all work. They always had really great ideas. The day of our wedding I really didnt feel like I needed to do a thing. The staff was really professional, and very sweet. Dani and Jennine really did a beautiful job with the table settings, all of it. The compliment I have heard the most from all my guests is "your wedding was so well organized" Which for a bride is such a wonderful thing to hear. A year of planning and their hard work and great communication with our DJ the day of was just perfect. The food was awesome. The CHICKEN.. soooo delish! and Mac and Cheese for the kids was awesome! (Digged into that the day after for my hangover..) mashed potatoes amazing! Their bartender was soo sweet I think we tried to get him to stay and party when he was done.. but he was professional too. I would 100% tell anyone to have them for your special day or any event! Thank you ladies you truly help give me a the day of my dreams ONE VERY happy bride!
