I was a patient of Dr. Koukles from 7/20-9/20. Dr. Koukles permanently damaged my jaw and TMJ joint…read moreand has left me with injuries from his services, including clicking, popping, and jaw pain. This office will nickel and dime you for their services, including your medical record ($5 for your x-ray that you already paid for at the initial appointment). Dr. Koukle's office was recommended to me by a family member. In the beginning, I was pleased with the services. Dr. Koukles DID solve an issue with my neck, but he worked on my jaw unnecessarily to align it the way he thought was correct. This left me with popping and cracking every time I eat, yawn, or move my mouth. Right after the appointment where I noticed there was an issue; the Dr called me. He was confident he could fix the issue. When I went into the office, Dr. Koukles was extremely rude, blaming ME for the jaw issue he created. He verbatim said that I was too nervous, scared, and didn't want to move the way HE wanted me to, to align the jaw. If you want to be blamed as a patient by an incompetent chiropractor visit here. He has left me with an injury that I have to live with every day and no apology.

He's very respectful, kind, honest, understanding and gentle! I'm always transparent with him about my maintenance goals, & he's always on the ready to show me some exercises or telling me I need a follow up before doing certain movements/exercises. When I keep up with the exercises, I notice I don't need to go but maybe 1-2 times a year & those appointments are only because I notice my body is out of alignment. The staff is superb & they always squeeze me in for emergency appointments. I have recommended him to everyone who's ever complained about aches and pains & now I run into family & friends all the time! His goal isn't to keep you coming, it's to help your body be in the alignment so you can live pain free & confident knowing a twist won't put you out for weeks on end. Oh my 2 young boys go with me and my husband and love him too. The oldest was throwing out his neck and back on the trampoline last year & Dr. Koukles put him back super gently. We all hope he never retires!!! He's a God send!
