Let me start by saying very nice people! However I don't know what I just paid for!! 50$ fill ... I booked for 38$ ok 8$ art ....ok then a 23$$$ charge for upgraded service ??? Sticker shock 80$ fill!!! After tip almost 100$ it was just basically gel with "V" white tips on half the nails. One color. He did add some jewels on one nail. I won't be back. I am tired of booking online for a different amount and being charged almost double. If you go, ask the final price before getting your nails done. I feel like I was taken advantage of. read more

Absolutely do not come here. I booked a service for Gelx for $45 and they charged me $85 for "cutting the cuticle". When I complained about the deceptive, outrageous pricing, the tall Asian male started yelling and screaming at me. Absolutely would not book again. I didn't get anything special, no designs or artwork, just a plain color. cutting the cuticle and filing the nail should be included in the service. And if it's not that's okay , BUT you should specify that. Either way cutting the cuticle, filing the nails and preparing them shouldn't cost $40 extra dollars. Outrageous and deceptive. I went in for a gel mani pedi and the pedicure took over 2 hours, so before getting the manicure done I mentioned I only had about 30 mins since I'd been there too long and had to go. The next day when I woke up my thumb was hurting but I figured it was from the cuticle cutting and would go away. The pain hasn't gone away, and it seems to be getting worse as the days go on. This has never happened to me before so I'm a little shocked to see all of the good reviews. Staff was very nice, but I won't be returning. read more

I came in for a quick dip manicure and was greeted by very friendly staff. The technician that did my nails seemed confident and gave me a great looking manicure. About a week into my manicure, I experienced chipping, which is unusual when I get a dip powder service. I went in and explained my problem to the staff, and they quickly helped me find a resolution that we could all agree upon. My nails are looking fabulous again, and I am thankful that they treated me with kindness and concern. read more

MONEY HUNGRY AINT EVEN THE WORD FOR THEM!! They are money hungry goblins who overcharge for basic work! There's no way a BASIC ACRYLIC FILL IN AND PEDICURE should be $97, no designs, I brought in my OWN GEL NAIL POLISH ALSO BTW, no bells and whistles, just a basic paint job. And esp considering when I called ahead of time and the girl told me $22 over the phone for an acrylic fill with my own gel polish, get there and they're charging me the same additional $20 for each my nails and toes as if they provided the polish!!!! ($40 total) I brought in the polish to save a few dollars off their ridiculous prices... no accountability taken on their end when I mentioned the phone conversation, no logical argument made concerning the price on their end, just a lousy $13 taken off for the inconvenience instead of the full $40 they charged and a lame brained excuse about how it's "gel polish and theres no difference in price even if I provide my own" which is definitely NOT what was told to me over the phone. Even as the guy was painting my nails I could tell he wasn't pleased by me bringing in my own polish, saying things like "we have this color here" or "the bottle is small and it's difficult to paint" which were of course BS excuses to try to justify using their polish so they can then try to justify the bogus charges; the nail polish I brought in was brand new and a full bottle and should be no different than a typical size bottle to paint my nails. Be serious. I've given them my business do the last couple years as a customer but that was sneaky, manipulative and just flat out money hungry behavior and I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. I inquired if there was a nail specialist that was able to do an acrylic overlay / tip set on toes. I was informed someone could and a young lady began my service. Although she was gentle and focused, it was obvious she was not familiar with performing the service. The acrylic was lumpy and the two big toenails were too wide. It was clear in her body language she knew the acrylic application was poorly done. However, she did not ask anyone to correct the issue. I ended up having to ask the owner of the nail salon to properly shape my nails and debulk the acrylic. During the entire service correction, he appeared to be annoyed with having to correct the issue. In addition, I was given a "color acrylic" service up charge. Usually that wouldn't be a problem. However, I provided MY OWN color acrylic for the service. I needed a particular shade for my upcoming event and did not want to risk it not being available at the nail salon. To be clear, I would have been fine with paying the normal price of an acrylic overlay/full set service and add a tip, even with the poorly done application. Everyone deserves an opportunity to learn a new skill in their craft or trade. However, it was highly inappropriate & insulting to be given an up charge for a color service when the colored product was my own. It was also in poor taste to not provide guidance to an employee that is attempting a new skill. Especially when the service to be rendered is specialized and costly. The Result.... I paid the color upcharge in addition to the normal service fee without any complaints. I just thought potential customers should be aware of at least two things. 1. Be prepared to be provided sub-par service by the nail technicians; with the expectation and hope that you will not seek a correction for the issue. 2. You will receive an up charge for a service, even if you bring your own professional materials. read more

went there with outgrown nails needing to be filled. it was all cool and i showed him my reference phot. he literally only looked at it once for a few seconds.. okay. thats fine because it was pretty simple. a it was a gradient, and he used an airbrush. there were two nails he kinda messed up with the airbrush and i think he tried to fix them but gave up? sooo.. like i get messing it up because airbrushing can be difficult but.. that's what acetone is for..??? but okay i guess.. but i have to say. there were good parts. it was really nice in the salon, calm and relaxed as it should be, i really liked the (not messed up) colors, the shape, i got a free design on my ring fingers which turned out really pretty. overall, i think i would go again once more, but i would hesitate. read more

I'm sorry I'm not one to judge or write a review, this is my first time but I have never had an experience like this! It was the Worst experience I have ever had I've been getting my nails done every two -three weeks for 5 years straight i've never been to just one salon I'm always traveling so I've been to a couple. I just move to florida and got my nails done at this salon the guy would do one nail and them text for 2-3mins then would do 2 more nails and take a smoke break then would do another nail and be on his phone again and that's not all when it came to doing french he didn't want to do the new way of french tips he wanting to do the French tips from 10years ago that look like witch nails or he would just charge me more for the French everyone gets done now I literally wanted to cry with this experience I had to walk out and pay 80$for unfinished nails! read more

I chose this place based on reviews and wow am I glad I did! The salon is clean, my nails are beautiful, they were helpful with the color options and I didn't feel rushed. The pedicure was what I was hoping for (callous removal, sugar scrub), and the manicure looks awesome. My cuticles look and feel great. I appreciated that it was a quiet, relaxing appointment. Definitely will be a return customer. read more
