When the salon discovered the issue a week later, they contacted me repeatedly over the course of a single day. I was traveling at the time and unaware of their messages until about 36 hours after the first voicemail was left. By that point, the salon was already escalating the situation and threatening collections if they did not hear from me by the following day. I found this response disproportionately aggressive, especially considering the fault wasn't mine, and I was an established customer with a history in good standing Mistakes happen, what matters is how a business handles them. Studio H's approach made me feel distrusted, unsafe and unvalued as a customer, and for that reason I will not be returning.

I received a cut that hits at the collar bone and the front layers are too short so it does not make an A-line. Also, when I put it up, pieces of my hair fall out. I'm pretty disappointed especially because the prices were raised to $60 for a cut and blow-dry. I've received a handful of haircuts here and have only had one bad experience so I did not want to take off too many stars. In the past, I've just asked for a trim and face-framing layers. With the most recent experience and the raised prices, I may look elsewhere for my next cut which won't be any time soon since I have to grow my hair out again.
