Food: 5/5 The standout for me was the half cooked shrimp--lightly cooked, tender, and just bursting with flavor. It was so good we immediately wanted to order another round.
Another highlight was the Pad See Ew, which was a refreshingly tart surprise. Unlike the sweeter version I'm used to in the States, this one leaned tangy with vinegar notes that really balanced the richness of the noodles. Both dishes were shareable, satisfying, and elevated beyond the usual takeout versions. My husband enjoyed trying Kir they carried, which paired beautifully with the food. We ended up sharing a few glasses, which really rounded out the meal. Total damage around 100 EUR.
Vibes: 5/5
This place gets packed in the evenings. We initially waited about 20 minutes outside before being seated, but once inside, the buzz of the restaurant and the cozy setup made it worth it. It had a lively, local vibe that added to the fun of the night.
All in all, If you're in Paris and craving something beyond French cuisine, this spot is a fantastic choice. Between the flavorful dishes, energetic atmosphere, and thoughtful drinks, it was the perfect change of pace during our trip. I'd absolutely go back, especially for those shrimp.
