This is the happiest place on earth. I am on a mission to be a regular. First off, I enjoy the decor, the music, and the local art here. The menu has lots of very fun touches beyond the amazing food it tells you about and the great prices this food is available for. So enjoy that! If you come in and there is nowhere to sit, fear not: Even when you come in and it's packed this place runs efficiently enough that there will be a place for you very soon. They have bottled beverages and will bring a cup if you want. Today, my guests had the Thai iced coffee: it was bold and sweet and very good. The menu has some amazing offerings and I am really curious about some of them, but honestly I will never know about them because I am addicted to the drunken noodles. They are my addiction. When someone brings this place up to me, if I don't go immediately, I will think about it for days until I do go. They are spicy and filled with beautiful green basil and peppers and perfectly prepared 'noods'. I get them with chicken and they are the stuff of your dreams. Went there for lunch today. Place was packed. A lot of people call in for pick up. We waited for awhile because they were so busy but it was worth the wait. Had the Pad Thai as that is one of our favorites and it was one of the best I have ever had. We both enjoyed it . Attempting to support local businesses throughout Brevard, but when the food is bland and tasteless, it's hard to keep going back. $15 for beef pad Thai, if I didn't live 20 mins on the other side of town, I would take it back. This place is laid back with some deliciously eclectic food. To start, we had delicious Thai ice tea and crispy spring rolls. For our main courses, we had tofu Pad Thai and the Spicy Basil Chicken. The Pad Thai was ok, but could've used a little more spicy heat. The Spicy basil chicken was amazing. It was flavorful and tasty with just enough spice. Nice hiphop/easy listening music playing while you enjoy your food. The thai chicken curry empanadas kicked me in the taste buds so hard it sent laughter and joy to all the little children of the world and made Oprah believe in Jesus again. I really really wanted to like this place. So I gave it four tries. Each time I came, I ordered the same thing which was the Pad Thai shrimp. The first time, it was great and I enjoyed it. In fact, it was one of the best pad thai's I have tasted here in Florida. Then something strange happened. The second time it was too salty with too much sauce and was almost like a soup. I thought perhaps they had an off day and it would be better the third time. So the third time i ordered, it was much better than the second time, but still a little bit too salty with too much sauce. Then the fourth time I came, which was today, the same thing happened. Too salty with too much sauce. Perhaps the very first time I came in, a specific person could have cooked my order and hasn't cooked any of my orders since then, but that's just a speculation. The basil ground chicken was amazing!! It comes with a fried egg on top of the rice. I initially tried to modify the order but Adam was so helpful in explaining things and gave me the recommendation to try it as is and boy he did not disappoint!! I've been hearing about this place for awhile now. I decided to stop by today after work. This is definitely a hidden gem. Chez Quans has ample seating, great music, and a nice little vibe about it. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The menu isn't huge but it's just enough to satisfy any of your fusion cravings. They even have Kool-Aid!! I ordered the sweet potato curry empanada and the chicken wing meal with chicken fried rice. The portion was just right and the food was absolutely delicious. I'm in a food coma now lol.
