Both dishes were served with perfectly cooked noodles and quality ingredients, spiced just right. However, the highlight was our shared entree, the summer rolls (Les roulettes printemps), topped with chopped peanuts and served with a delicate sweet sour spicy vinegar dipping sauce. We finished off the meal with a delicious Vietnamese sesame cake and a Vietnamese iced coffee. At the end of our meal, the wonderful owner told us with pride that she had been in business with her husband running the restaurant for 21 years!!!
