The salad was very interesting as all the vegetables were cut up to look like curly noodles. The dressing was a little sour, but I'm glad they gave it on the side. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the pasta was! It consisted of butter, lemon, olive oil, and it was delicious! The salmon was also cooked perfectly and cut like butter. A great way to start off one of my favorite cities :)
