After receiving a lash lift here, I experienced intense burning, excessive tearing, redness, blurred vision, and discharge. I saw an eye doctor that same day and was diagnosed with chemical burns in both eyes. I have had lash lifts for years and have NEVER experienced anything like this. To be completely transparent, I felt mild irritation during the appointment but did not think it was anything serious at the time. I was also already late for a work meeting, and her next client was waiting, so I politely left without making a scene. Once I got into my car, however, my symptoms escalated quickly. Sunlight made my eyes increasingly irritated and sensitive, and the burning became so severe that I could barely keep them open. What troubled me almost as much as the injury was how my concerns were handled afterward. When I explained what happened and shared my diagnosis, the owner initially refused to refund me and later declined to assist with the resulting medical expenses. Instead, her response focused heavily on why I had not expressed more discomfort during the appointment. I found that response dismissive. My symptoms becoming significantly worse after leaving does not make the injury any less real. I expected a documented eye injury to be treated with seriousness, concern, and accountability. I would never trust Su with my eyes again and sincerely hope no one else has to experience this.

In the second room where my lashes were done, i laid on a HEATED bed which i cannot rave more about. I was so comfortable as Lisa lifted and tinted my lashes (which all took about ~45mins). Lisa let me be a little chatterbox throughout the session but in my silent moments I enjoyed the ambient music. i haven't worn makeup or tired with my appearance for YEARS and having lifted black lashes adds SO MUCH.
