After texting their contact number, the owner Yvonne called me and answered all of my questions. She was super sweet & didn't make me feel like I was asking too many questions. Toni was my lash tech and she is amazing! I didn't even realize that I was laying there for almost 90minutes. I did the full classic LED lash and there was no pain and no irritation. We had great conversation and she also answered questions that I had. The space is small, clean and cute located in a suite building that has ample amount of free parking. I will definitely be back! Bella had me sipping on a cup of chamomile tea as she waved her wand through my hair, telling me about my scalp's condition. My scalp treatment followed and she talked me through each step as she went along, which I really appreciated. She has such a soothing voice and is generally a lovely person. Booking took a little effort since I came through Groupon, but once I texted Yvonne (phone number on the website) and she called me back right away, we were able to book a date. This place has certain types of style they offer. I recommend doing research first and see what you would like, comparing them to the styles the store offers. I learned the way they achieved the full lash look for me was using clover lashes, which is one lash base, but it branches into 4 lashes. They write notes so they know what you had done during the last appointment. You can also change what kind of style you like. Cindy and Christine are good at understanding what you would like and can give recommendations. I told Cindy and Christine what I was looking for, and they were able to order the lashes and get the look I wanted. I was very appreciative they were able to order it. All of the other lash techs are very skilled at their job, and very friendly. They are very detailed and finished within an hour. They keep a quiet atmosphere. Christine is my go to tech even though everyone else does a good job. She's fast, efficient and she makes sure you like your lashes. She does everything she can to make sure you like your lashes, going above and beyond. I asked her to order longer extensions, and she already requested it before I asked her. I love being able to text them and book an appointment. They're very accommodating in moving dates/time. Usually a tech is available when I need them.

During the consultation, when we were discussing curls and lengths, she told me to hurry up, which felt rude considering I had been the one waiting. I also showed her a reference photo from her own website, but the final result did not look like the picture, so I felt the photos were not an accurate representation.
