I love my lashes! While I was there, Ashley took one look at my eyebrows and permanent eyeliner and noticed they were uneven. She explained what was wrong with them and how she could correct them. The first place was a bad experience. The application was very painful, and I had to fill in my brows every morning just to make them look halfway decent before going to work. I wanted to get them fixed but was nervous about trusting someone else. Ashley scheduled me for the eyebrow correction the next day. I had no pain at all, and I couldn't believe the difference. My brows finally look the way they should have. I've already booked my eyeliner correction with her. My hair had also become a frizzy mess. Even after two Brazilian blowouts somewhere else, it was still hard to manage. After seeing what Ashley did with my brows, I knew I could trust her with my hair too. I called her at the last minute on a Saturday, and she fit me in for a haircut. My hair looks healthier, softer, and is so much easier to manage. Next Brazilian will be with her too. The scalp cleansing was a little rough. She spent about 20 minutes scrubbing my scalp, to the point that it was almost painful because she kept scrubbing over the same areas with her nails. My hair was very dry and tangled afterwards and it feels like there's some residue by the nape of my neck. The massage was very disappointing. It was essentially just rubbing some type of scented lotion in with zero pressure. I can tell that she was completely inexperienced with massages. The atmosphere was also not what I was expecting. There were 3 beds in a room, separated by curtains, which meant I could hear the people next to me talking. They leave the door to the room open, so I could hear the other employees walking by talking loudly and eating their lunch. Overall, it was not the relaxing experience I was expecting and I would not recommend unless you're solely looking a scalp cleanse.
