This store is horrible. Although the station is open 24/7, I cannot use the toilets in the evening. Because the cashiers say the toilets are closed. When I ask why the toilets are closed, they do not give any logical answer. Also, every time I go to the toilet during the day, I see that the toilets are very dirty. This is not hygienic at all. And some of the cashiers' attitudes are not nice at all. An important company like Chevron should not have a station that works like this. read more

I have been coming to this chevron for over 15 years. I love coming to this store, the service is truly amazing and the employees are typically fast, efficient and very helpful. It hurts me to have to make a complaint such as this, I feel I have to do it this way for several reasons. First the store manager is rude, he always acts like he is fixing whatever issue you may have. What he is really doing is bumbling and backpedaling with everything he says. I only say this as I have had several issues with the carwash denting my vehicle or just plain not working. This man belittles you when he speaks to you, maybe it's just because I am a woman. Who knows for sure, but it is why my complaint will come here instead of personally making it in the store. Today, as I do every Sunday, I came to wash my vehicle and vacuum out my car. The vacuum ate my quarters and did not start. I went to enter the store to let the worker know what happened. Before I even made it in the door fully, Sara the worker said to me very sarcastically, " I bet the vacuum took your money again, why don't you go somewhere else, I'm done refunding money to you" she then took out .50 cents and tossed it on the counter. The vacuum costs .75 cents. She then told me to find a new store to shop at and that I wasn't welcome back. I had not even gotten a word out during this whole exchange. I was so shocked by the whole encounter that I just turned to leave. As I was walking out the door I overheard her call me a "cheap a** wannabe ni****." I am furious writing this. I have never been treated so poorly. Four years ago I was in an accident that severely damaged my brain, I replay the day before the accident out of habit. This store is part of that habit. I cant stop myself from coming to vacuum my vehicle, but this was so embarrassing, in front of a whole line of other customers. I don't understand how someone can treat someone else that they don't even know with such disrespect, how can a company all about customer service employ someone like this? read more

Every time I get a car wash here I remember why I don't get them there regularly. They always miss spots, always. No matter what car I'm in. I have taken a Dodge Journey, Yukon, Malibu, Audi, RAV4. Every single vehicle comes out looking like crap. Half the time there's soap left on the mirrors or the bumper. And the spots it misses are not little. They even use a brush to wash your hood and other parts of your car before you go through the automatic and it's still missing spots. read more

There is NO WAY that PURPLE HAIRED female employee who works GRAVEYARD earned ANY OF HER GOOD REVIEWS! She is BY FAR the WORST employee there & her CUSTOMER SVC IS NONEXISTENT! Went in to purchase cigarettes & stood at counter for a couple mins, meanwhile, a 2nd customer entered & both of us stood there while she was in the back prepping food. Stood for several mins in silence wondering if she was going to come out, I could see her reflection in the plexiglas & she glanced toward the counter a couple of times. Finally, I knocked on the counter to hear her mumble, "Be there in a minute." Another 2 mins passes & she emerges with her mask pulled down below her nose & no apology for the 10 mins we'd been standing there. I notice her name tag reads "Ang" & find it hard to believe that is her name. There is an Asian male employee who is AMAZING & am fairly certain that is his name. So, clearly, she is rude & sh***y to customers & coworkers, alike, &, the only reason there are positive reviews for her mentioned by description on Google & Yelp is because they are her friends. I suspect she has been reprimanded for her customer interactions hence the "fake" reviews & wearing someone else's name tag so she can avoid being identified. Receipt lists cashier #17. read more

Spent $8.95 for "The Works" and found my car covered with greasy blobs (and a noticeably gritty, dirty feel to my car's paint job) upon getting home 3 minutes away. After spending the effort and money to get my car washed, I'm not happy about having to do it over AGAIN by hand to clean all the gunk the car wash left on it. read more

I have never had any problems here and I always am greeted by friendly staff. There is some great people who work here, as far as a quick shop goes they have decent prices. Gas is obviously a little expensive but you honestly get what you pay for, I feel like my tank lasts longer with Chevron. read more

Spent $9.00 for the works and the two employees working did not do a flip'n thing!!!! as soon as he handed me my card back he hit the button and off I went, came out the back tailgate , window mirrors wheels still looked like they did before I paid the $9.00.
