This is my local fuel spot. Not far from my house and one of the best deals in town. They consistently have fuel prices that compete with Costco Fuel prices. They have both self-service and full service. Great selection of adult drinks and snacks for such a small place. The attendant pumping fuel tripped out after getting the wrong zip code for my debit, rudely sent me inside like he had more customers, he didn't. when I was inside I complained to the owner about his rude behavior, she told me and I quote "He's mental"! I said what? she said "he has mental problem". like he gets a pass! We all have issues! if this fool can't control himself, he needs to be out of customer service period. I will never set foot on this property again! Dude is sketch I would not trust this guy around women or children. do yourself a favor and drive down to chevron. read more

Scariest gas station I have ever been to. The attendant helping me didn't look like an attendant he had ripped and dirty clothing and no clothing indicating he worked there. Not to mention he didn't even come from inside the building, he was outside around the building talking with 2 other men with no uniforms. It just felt super sketchy. I've been here before and it's usually rough but I've never felt genuinely concerned over handing someone my debit card. read more

Wow this is the nicest space age I've seen other then another one here. The people were super friendly the pumper was so nice. He held the door open for my mom which had a bad hip. The guy and lady at the register was nice and sweet! Everything was placed nice and neat. I love gas stations like this where they ask how are you and ask about your day. Literally never have to wait more than a minute for an attendant to come out to pump for gas. They aren't usually super busy. Probably the cheapest gas within a five mile radius. Super friendly staff, and they are quick. read more

This gas station has homemade baklava made by the owner's nephew. When I took the picture I only had one bite left sorry! They also had the cheapest gas we found today :-) The store has lots of Arab groceries, treats and male enhancement products right at the cash register (don't try to avoid looking at all the "packages"...cause it's impossible.) Space Age Fuel - Main & Division - Gas Stations Near Me - Gresham, Oregon

This place is on my commute, and to be fair, the gas is competitively priced. Unfortunately this place is awful. I noticed that something was a little... Off... the first time I visited. There was a cone in front of one of the pumps so I stopped at the pump behind it assuming it was under repair. The guy working the pumps told me I had to go inside to pay, annoying, but.. Ok. That's when it all went south. There is a sign that says, "we except EBT" OK, but they don't actually sell food, there's a weird isle with rice and beans and such, I assume that's what they are selling for EBT customers? It all felt pretty sketchy. I walked to the soda machine and picked up a cup, put it under the ice dispenser and, nothing. The man at the register explained they were out of ice. Not, let me get some ice, just, there's no ice in the machine, like "we are too lazy to put up a sign, the machine has no ice, Welcome to space age where expectations are for ass holes" I said, Uhh... ok, and put the cup back in the dispenser. Then I waited in horror while the man at the counter tried to up sell a group of kids buying sodas on every piece of nonsense in the store. Finely it was my turn, my gas had finished pumping some time ago, but having watched the man at the counter fumble with the register for the past 5 minutes, I knew I was in for a new nightmare. The transaction went as expected, the man at the register seemed to be having trouble, the man who was running the pump came in and they exchanged angry words in some middle eastern tongue, then the man tried to upsell me some candy. At this point I felt like I was on some kind of prank show, I held a fake smile as I extended my debit card. FInely my transaction was complete. I walked back out to my car. But it was not at the pump Id started at, it was beyond the second pump. I asked my confused wife what had happened. She explained that the man had decided the car needed to move because I was taking so long, moved the cone in front of the pump that was in front of my car, and tried shoving it out of the way, my wife had said "Hey, I could like... start the car and put it in drive and move it... or whatever" Apparently the man had agreed, and she had moved the car to make room for the non existent customers that were all jockeying for position behind her. That was my first and last experience at this gas station, I really hope it goes out of business so we can get a functional gas station in its place. I don't usually get this ranty about a place, but it makes me mad that this horrible business is taking up space in what could be a convenient gas station read more

A PRETTY CREEPY PLACE WITH NONEXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE One night I was seeking propane, and many of the Space Age stations carry it. so I called to find out. no pickup. I called again. nothing. just rang to voice mail. great way to start a business relationship. it was the closest Space Age to me, so despite the red flag I headed over there. there was a lot of fluorescent plastic coneage around the pumps in some effort to quarantine all gas customers, limiting them to one lane or one direction. I parked off to the side and watched the owner, or the guy who is leasing the place, shouting into his phone, obviously conducting one of his OTHER businesses :-) I walked towards him and he didnt look up, continued shouting, focusing on his conversation while he pumped gas. so I walked toward the shop, figuring he was too cheap to hire someone to run the register (which is why nobody picked up the phone when I called). so I went in and lo and behold, there sits a young girl, like her dad, on her phone, tapping away. (she may have been 12, I don't know...I don't have kids so I'm terrible at guessing adolescent ages.) Despite the fact she shouldn't be there at ALL, forced to deal with random adults walking in off Division at night, I gamely asked her if they sold propane, she didn't seem to understand me or at least was unfamiliar with the word. she pointed towards the back of the store and said it would be back there if they had it. I looked back into the dusty, dimly lit recesses of the store...it appeared more like an abandoned warehouse, piled high with odds and ends on tilting shelves. I imagined myself being attacked by an animal who considered that part of the store to be HIS territory. there was NO WAY I was going to go back there, and I had stifle the urge to literally bolt from the store. but I still felt compelled to confirm the propane situation, I had blown so much time already on the quest. I described a big outdoor propane tank to the girl- I hadn't seen one outside but sometimes the shops tuck them away in corners of their parking lots. she concluded that was something they did not have and I was free to leave at that point. I thought of asking her if she was allowed to pick up the phone when it rang, I mean, how many different questions could one ask when calling a gas station. but I was pretty creeped out at that point and just decided to evacuate the store and get back to my car before something even weirder happened. thankfully it's not to far from the OTHER Space age on Powell that DOES have propane and I was able to keep my RV heated that week. I think if I came here for gas I would have to be pretty desperate. there are nearby gas stations for about the same price but even if they are a few cents cheaper, do the math. if you are buying 12 gallons you may be saving about 36 cents. I'll gladly take my money somewhere else. read more

The absolute worst service ever gotten. There was one owner there. He was singing and ignoring the customers and talking Over them and I was trying to use the ATM; it was broken. I asked him to help me. But since I didn't want to PURCHASE anything, I was no good to him. He told me it's working fine (when it was broken), ignored me, talked over me, and helped the next customer in line behind me while I was standing there. I couldn't believe it. He ran out the door while I was calling him to help me and he was like nope! Lala la and singing and being so weird and absurd. So unprofessional and STRANGE. I WOULD NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY . WORST SERVICE EVER. people in line were looking at me in disgust and surprise at the way he was acting. They couldn't believe this man. He was in his own little world singing weird things. And shouting at people. Don't go here. It's crap. read more
