The cashier was so rude. Don't waste your money here. Buckeye is not too far away. Scary! Bad experience!

West Valley Tires

One poster said these guys were amazing. Yes, "were" being the keyword here! After they changed…read moreownership, my last two experiences were no longer the same. I showed up just after 8 am to get a slow-leaking tire patched. Tho there were 3 guys there, "the tire guy" wasn't there. I was told he was on his way. By nearly 8:30, when I just had to get out of there, I left. I returned yesterday (about a week later) with the same issue. I called beforehand to be sure someone would be there this time to deal with it. He said to come on, that no one was ahead of me. I was there in about ten minutes, but they merely took off my wheel. Quite a while later, I wanted to know if there wasn't someone who could patch my tire so I could leave. Finally, someone got on it, put the wheel back on, and (even tho two of them recalled my previous experience) they gave me no break but even charged me twice the amount that same place did before it changed hands! :( (Yes, I used them before a few times for the same work on other tires. Now I'm just waiting to see if the patch holds!)

Run over something on the freeway at 70 miles an hour and my oil pan is hit (I think) dragging on the freeway making a god-awful horrific noise, we get off at Buckeye, limping in and by the grace of God, we found West Valley Tires! A mechanic propped my car up looked underneath and said, "yep it's your oil pan"! Then two mechanics worked their magic under my car, and we were on our way. I can't tell you the relief. Still having to get to Tucson and then back home to Los Angeles. I wasn't sure what I was going to do! My anxiety was off the charts. The guys at West Valley Tires, were so thoughtful, kind and got us on our way in about 15 minutes. They would've been worth every penny, but they didn't even charge me! What a stand-up business. THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS

It was clear our beautiful 1960 Chevy Truck was expecting a piggy back home. Home was still almost 2 hours away. I called the first 2 tow companies on yp. I got an automated chickie on both asking me for my zip code.... I was at mile marker 61... How was I suppose to know the zip code. Needless to say I hung up. My 3rd call was to All Westside Roadside. A real human answered and asked me intelligent questions relevant to my situation... Thank you for that. We knew we were in for a hefty tow Bill. They came in right at what we expected. Our driver, Josh, was awesome. He called periodically to let us know where he was. Which helped keep us reassured someone was coming to rescue us. Timing being everything - we got to watch a beautiful Arizona sunset. Josh arrived after dark... Not his fault... We were at mile marker 61. He found us in the dark (our girl did not come equipped with hazard lights). He loaded our old girl onto the flatbed efficiently and with the care I would expect. He offered us bottled water and off we went...not into the sunset... As mentioned that was already gone. The 2 hour drive home was filled with shared stories and good laughs. When we arrived home he expertly lowered our truck into our driveway. I think he may have parked it better than we do sometimes. All-in-all, what could have been perceived as a nightmare to some was just another epic story for the yearbook. Life is what you Make of it.... Tonight, the crew of All Westside Roadside got us home safe and sound.

I booked this mobile mechanic through Yelp for a diagnostic after already having my Jeep scanned at…read moreAutoZone and receiving error codes (injector, spark plugs, and gaskets). I explained this upfront and still chose to proceed with a diagnostic to confirm the issue. I was quoted a flat $65 diagnostic fee by the owner with no mention of pricing ranges or tiers. I agreed and scheduled the service. The technician arrived about 30 minutes later than scheduled, which I was informed of ahead of time. During a brief text exchange with the owner, I expressed concern due to a prior negative experience with another company. The response I received made the interaction feel slightly tense, including being told I could "find someone else" if needed. When the technician arrived, I explained the issues and the codes I already had. During the inspection, the technician began deeper inspection work on the vehicle. I was not clearly informed beforehand that more extensive disassembly or work beyond a basic diagnostic could result in additional charges. Afterward, I was told the diagnostic would actually be $200 due to the depth of the inspection, despite originally being quoted $65. After discussing this, I was ultimately charged $75. I expressed concern that the pricing change was not communicated upfront. The owner later acknowledged that he should have communicated a pricing range and that this was a mistake on his part. I requested a copy of the diagnostic findings I was being charged for. The response indicated there was no formal report, but pictures and a summary were provided. Communication afterward included frustration from the business regarding the reduced payment, despite the pricing change being due to lack of prior disclosure. While I do believe the technician performed the inspection thoroughly and provided useful findings, the core issue was the lack of clear communication around pricing structure, scope of work, and potential cost changes before work beyond a basic diagnostic began. I would recommend future customers get very clear written confirmation of what is included in the diagnostic fee, whether deeper inspection can change pricing, and what documentation will be provided before service begins.

Long story short, I wanted to get to Goodyear, AZ (~70 miles) but the problem was they couldn't tow me beyond Tonopah. In order to get me to Goodyear they need to arrange and coordinate a 'relay' where another tow truck would meet us and they would transfer my bike to the new company who could tow me the rest of the way. Eric was MORE than communicative and answered my calls looking for updates and progress. After 3+ hours and they hadn't been able to arrange a relay it was pitch black, cold, and we (my buddy stayed with me) had a hard time seeing anything other than the non-stop whizzing of cars/semi's rolling past. Eric sent a truck as a 'safety tow' to get me to Quartzite to spend the night in a hotel so I was safe and they would work on arranging a relay tow first thing in the morning. Erick coordinated with AAA so I could have the safety tow and AAA would still allow my tow (~100 miles from Quartzite) under my AAA membership. Wanting to avoid the relay experience from the previous night I opted for a tow to the Harley-Davidson dealer in Yuma first thing the next morning. All in all I dealt with 2 dispatchers (Erick/Jasmine) and 2 drivers (Tyrone/Javier) and they were ALL courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and showed the utmost in patience and attitude to me and my buddy throughout the entire ordeal. While I'm disappointed with AAA and this whole 'relay' concept and that they couldn't authorize an exception to provide A Toe Truck compensation given the time/safety of the situation, as a two provider A Toe Truck is top notch! Thank you!
