However, there were no large cups available. I politely asked an employee named Hasan whether the large plastic cup I found could be used instead, and he simply said "no" and brushed me off. After looking around for another option, I returned and asked again. Hasan then explained that they had run out of cups because "people came and took them all," and that I was not allowed to use any other cup they had available. I asked to speak with a supervisor because I found it unacceptable that a promotion had just started and there were already no cups available, with no alternative solution being offered. What made the situation even worse was that instead of trying to help resolve the issue, Hasan became argumentative, and another customer joined in, leaving me feeling verbally attacked. I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and completely dissatisfied with the customer service. A promotion should be properly stocked, and customers should be treated with courtesy and professionalism when problems arise.
