I came in the morning to avoid the lines or looking for parking since this location is in a small lot and next to a busy intersection. When you walk inside of the place, the cashier is on the left side of the store. The lady working this morning was nice with me and I didn't have any issues. Go to pump #8 if you want 11 cents off per gallon with your 7 Eleven points. The cashier tried to tell me I had to prepay on the app to get the member price. Lies. Been here before with no issue using the alternate ID on the screen at the pump. She told me to prepay at the counter with my member ID, but it didn't have the discount price when I went to the pump. I cancelled and finally found a pump that worked. Not all 7 Eleven gas stations are good. This one's so-so but in a solid spot for a fill up. read more

Their service was terrible, I saw they were charging ONE phonew with a multi charging brick, I asked if I could use it for a few minutes to charge and pay the manager, he said no. I was forced to purchase a wall charger and cable. He moved my jacket and wallet out of site. I had just left Kaiser ER still slightly drugged up and realized the damage at home. This location got better for a time. When the lady from the morning is working she is great. However. Sucks when Franchises and Convenience stores operate like independent gas stations bearing same names too. I avoided this location for a long time but gave it another chance. Almost anytime somebody new is working the overnight shift there is a problem. Between homeless hanging out at this location during decent hours to improper staff being shady, do not support this location. There is a very rude smelly younger guy with something on his lip that has something on its lip from kissing something he shouldn't have and his bad attitude and customer service shows it. Must be tasting slurpees from the machine nozzle like some bad local kids. Not only here but I've noticed clerks will speed through the check out process and avoid letting customers redeem reward points discounts. I politely asked this guy to repeat the process and he tried to say he already did it once when he didn't void the transaction. He started it over, only to do the same thing again bypassing the pay in fulll or save/discount offer pops up only flash a half second and then go to payment. I hate to do this but the girl/woman working here who usually has her hair in two buns is straight out a hindrance and far from being an asset to this store/business. She is not only sloppy but rude and lacks education. And I'm not referring to scholar education but the normal type of education one gets at home from your parents. This is the last time I go to this 711, not that they care. But with employees like her, even seeing her makes me nauseous. She has this tendency to throw things on the counter instead of simply putting them on the counter. She not only lacks education but customer and people skills. The homeless situation is a bit better but inconsistent. Sometimes there's, sometimes not. The store has had boarded up windows by the cashier for MONTHS. Is this part of the remodel process or does the franchise not carry insurance? When you get your coffee, remember to scan your rewards barcode. Along with this you get some smiling cashiers who seem to be chanting "die infidels, die". Now that you've earned all those rewards points, don't try to redeem them unless you get EXACTLY what the photo for the reward item shown. Off you get an item in the same named category, with no exclusions, you do not get to redeem your rewards and get to pay full price. Avoid this store. Avoid 7-Eleven. BTW: They don't give receipts here. Or even ask if you want one. You're just another sacred cow to exploit. read more

. I visited this location sometime last night around 8pm. There was an Indian woman making food for her family members who were customers. When they finally left I greeted her and she completely ignores me as she's staring out the window watching her family drive away. Ok whatever. Then the lady takes the bag of chips I'm purchasing and literally THROWS it on the counter to scan it. I'm not making this up, please check the cameras. As I'm staring at her to figure out when exactly did she lose her mind, this lady coughs with her mouth open nor covering her mouth, all over my items I'm purchasing. I couldn't freaking believe it, that during a pandemic were sanitation and decontamination is at an all time freaking high, you have a store worker who's 1. Rude as fuck. 2. Lacks awareness on customer safety and cleanliness by willingly spreading her germs, or even worse a virus. It begs the question on if she's even washing her hands before stocking and preparing hot foods. This is unacceptably disgusting behavior. I wonder if the founders of 7 eleven would feel comfortable and safe enough to shop in their own stores. If I could rate this 7 11 zero stars I would. This is by far the worst one I have ever been to. Have never seen such bad customer service. No matter what time I go I always gotta be waiting. The cashier always walks away and has you wait to go to the back. For what you ask? I have no clue cause they always come back empty handed. The restroom is on the other end so I know they ain't going to the restroom. Last time I go. The manager told me if I don't like it then I should go to another 711 I said for sure and left. This location's stupidity strikes again! They never fail to amaze me! I go to cash in winning scratchers tickets which should have been about $25 total. They're trying to tell me I only won $15. I wasn't born yesterday. I can read and speak perfect English. I know and understand the rules of the game. Then they try and school me saying that the "Win It All" means you only win one of the winning number prizes. Supper bad experience had to deal with this guy named Singh amandeep and he treated me like crap while I was at my local 711 order a bag of chips and wanted to pull it 10 cash and he said he could give me the money because he had a sing that said no cash back after he shows me the money he said no come back tommorw and we will give you the money. Now who knows if ima get my 10 dollars this place sucks this guy should not be at work if he has problems going on in his personal life. Always clean, very new and and like most 7 elevens you can always find a little bit of everything, is also probably the safest and most convenient 7 eleven in the area, they could improve a little on the customer service but is only by the employees, usually management and ownership are very nice people. read more

Located near a hospital and a homeless community, this 7-11 brings the absolute most convenient and terrible service to the community! Came in on a Saturday night after a long day of work for a slurpee, the lady acted like I wasn't at the counter ready to pay. At one point I thought I died and become a ghost because she did not even acknowledge my existence at the counter! She eventually gave in and rang me up but not after she scolded me about stepping into this establishment and purchasing something. Do not shop here ! And if you do , COUNT YOUR CHANGE, ask for your receipt and do the math yourself ! On several occasions they have made "mistakes" giving me the wrong change or over charging me. And today was the last straw. I watched as the cashier put $10 of a customers change on the side of the register and counted back the money to him, adding the 10 that she didn't return to him ! I butted in and said no that's wrong and I counted his change back to her , she got red and angry , pulled the money from the side of the register and "apologized" to the man.
