Yikes! When my daughter stopped here to get gas, she paid inside with a card which was the only option. Later when she got home, she realized they never gave it back to her. She called immediately, and they said the card wasn't there. A day later they called and said it was. I drove out there with her and the clerk told her it wasn't there, and he didn't know where it was. She stated it was there, and she wasn't leaving until she got it. He told her again it wasn't there and to move out of line- she refused and told him they called and said they had it. He stated he was alone and the boss was in San Jose and he had no idea where it was. She again stated she wasn't leaving until that card appeared. The line was getting longer and the nervous clerk told her he'd give it back for $50. She of course told him he needed to produce the card, and suddenly he pushed a button and low and behold someone else was working! This man tried to hand her a different card after stating her name several times, but she saw the card in his hand and insisted he give it to her. The sad part is he had a collection of cards- wonder who they bullied into not even getting their card back because it was a 50$ charge?! Needless to say, she got it back. Such a crime! read more
