The worst service you can imagine and rip-offs. I've had multiple credit card numbers compromised and I believe some of their pumps may have had card skimmers. Car wash never works and if the code expires they just keep your money & won't provide a new code. read more

Oh necessity, the things you make me do. If it weren't that I were running late this morning, had to pick up a birthday cake for a coworker, and my emergency light happened to turn in the midst of this, I seriously wouldn't have stepped inside this gas station. Yes, it's lighted and you will always find a pump, but do you know why? The gas prices here are ridiculous! $2.47 per gallon of regular gas. Given that gas prices have been going down, I cannot justify spending this amount on gas when by my house it's $2.17 per gallon. Then again, I deserve it for not noticing, but oh well. I was intelligent enough to not fill the tank and just get the needed gas. I will be going to a cheaper gas station later on today to fill my tank to capacity. That aside, their mini mart looks like it may worth the look. read more

I'm about to stop coming here . Been a customer for years but honestly the night shift girl is rude to paying customers. I questioned why their pumps are always missing receipt paper , inconveniencing the customers to have to come in. She replied in a rude voice with bothered facial expressions that they have paper . Which they don't because it have many nothing telling me to go see clerk. Please put paper on your pumps so they print receipts. I always seem to fill up for less here, even though the prices are similar to nearby stations. Maybe I'm nuts but it's been that way ever since they did a major renovation after being closed for what seemed like months. Toss up: the auto car wash here or the hand car wash at Valero west a few blocks. One is quicker but the other does the inside too for only a few bucks more. The store definitely beats the pants off Valero. read more

Avoid this station. The pumps do not work right and are not maintained. They never replace receipt paper, the interface keeps asking for a pin for a credit card, buttons are broken. Shoddy. read more

Really bad service. During huricane Irma employees didn't want to deal with customers that were inquiring for gas. When you call other gas stations it had a recorded msg stating wether or not gas was available but the Chevron I contacted it seemed that someone picked up the phone and hanged right back. Really bad for a huge brand like Chevron. In case of an emergency the comunity needs to know these things. If employees are busy use technology, at least. read more

The Car Wash is a rip off. On two occasions I have taken my car to this car wash and it has malfunctioned or run out of cleaning solution. On both times I have gone to the cashier to complain and to demand a new car wash and have been rudely denied. They say they have no connection with the car wash and that the "manager" doesn't allow returns. Gas prices aren't cheap either. DON'T GET THE CAR WASH!! Even at $2.99 it is overpriced. This is a touch-less car wash which sounds good but the result is about the same as having your car rained on for 3 minutes. read more

The only reason im giving this gas station 1 star is because it a safe place lots of lights at night but the most important thing the gas it garbage at least the premium gas wish my car requires my car have been doing very very bad MPGs I have taken the car to the dealer they have done lots of different thing to the car I just filled up the car in the mobile gas station located also in Hialeah Dr and my mpg are very high I will never put gasoline in this gas station again and I recommend that if you red my review fallow my advice and never fill your gas tank in this place read more
