From the moment I reached out to inquire about their services, the Broker was incredibly responsive and helpful, the entire way through. The boat we rented was exactly as described. It was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a perfect day , and sunset! out on the water. The captain provided was not only skilled and knowledgeable but also friendly and accommodating, making our entire trip even more enjoyable. The only advise I'd say is make sure you tell your captain you got jet skiis. I almost didn't mention it assuming they knew. But when I asked where we stop for jet skiis after planning the route we had a minor change in the route because they advised they weren't told and sometimes it's not communicated. They also had several charters a day so I understand anyone can make a mistake. Always good anyway to cover all ends and not assume. Oh, one more thing to keep in mind. Day of charter, the captain texts you from a different number. They tell you to go to a different address that's not the listed one for this company. The address the captain gives you is the actual dock where they pick you up. Going into this blind, this would've been a good piece of mind to know because it looked a little sus. But just let the guy at the gate know which boat you're there for and who your captain is and he will have knowledge. our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Jack for sure like the other reviews mentioned is straight to the point and even offered a couple of pointers in the right direction to help fix my issues. Laughed about the brand Seasquirt/Seastrike which he mentioned he used to sell. Thought this was a good sign but not really. Ultimately I was told that he won't work with any engines older than 2005. At that point I even mentioned I wouldn't even mind dishing out some cash to get it fixed and that I think it might be the fuel pump or power pack. But felt very discouraged with my old junker. It was almost insinuated to go get something newer (wish I had the luxury). Would have loved to give Jack and team a try but they won't work on my piece of junk which I love to pieces and gets me on the water however it can. He mentioned to try another neighboring shop. Had a wonderful experience sailing!…read more Captain Luis and Mabel were wonderful hosts. It is not a huge sail boat but it was perfect for my friends and I. We brought along some food and wine to have for the afternoon. We met at the Dinner Key Marina and promptly got escorted to the boat. It is very laid back and rustic. We all snugly fit in the covered area along with the captain and his wife. There was more room up front to hang out but we all chose to stay together to talk, etc. We started using the motor and once we were a little further out we switched to full sail. It was a perfect day for sailing and it was "smooth sailing" indeed! I was a little apprehensive about being tipped too much while sailing but the truth is that it was awesome and I felt completely safe! There was some spraying on the way back but not to worry, they had raincoats for us all to keep dry. By the time our three hour sail ended I was extremely relaxed and in a sail coma. That was absolutely wonderful. I cannot wait to do this again.
