Multiple boating crowds block the street and building entrace to get on the boats, specially during the weekend. The lawn is maintained and cut regularly, but several holes/damage caused by dogs is visible. Constant dog barking since early morning makes it hard to sleep late on weekends or if you work nights. This place could be a great place to live, except is poorly managed.

Sp?) the nicest guys you'll ever meet. Big thanks for their patience with us (we could be a rowdy bunch) and showing our big group of 9 such a fun time! We arrived promptly at 2:15 for our 5 hour tour and boarded the beautiful Masterplan. We took some time to listen to the ground rules and then proceeded to carry on with our party! There was tons of space for all of us to dance, lay out, and walk around. We were even allowed on the top deck to hangout and take pictures. Passing through, we got to see parts of the the city, some cruiseships, and even dolphins from a distance! Docking at a small sandbar a few miles out, we were able to relax on the boat, float on the attached floaties, paddle board, swim to the tiny island, and best of all, we were able to rent JETSKIS which was a first for half of our group! So much fun in the sun was had on this trip and this was one of the most memorable parts. Highly recommend for your next milestone event whether it's a birthday trip, Bachelor/Bachelorette party, family reunion, etc. Guaranteed to be a fun time!
