Marina street gates are often left open and unattended overnight putting all tenants at risk. No one seems to care. Water hoses, electric cords, dock lines a constant trip hazzard throughtout sidewalk, near boats. Visible broken boat storage bins, fuel cans and even trash bags left for days can be seen if you walk around the marina. An obvious boat overcrowded condition with only one mean of egress, in case of fire. The once beautiful and convenient private marina has been turned into a commercial and ugly cash-cow causing a daily inconvenience for residents. Multiple boating crowds block the street and building entrace to get on the boats, specially during the weekend. The lawn is maintained and cut regularly, but several holes/damage caused by dogs is visible. Constant dog barking since early morning makes it hard to sleep late on weekends or if you work nights. This place could be a great place to live, except is poorly managed. read more
