They been out of the creamer for a week that I know of, the least they can do is put a sign that says out of order then we don't have to waste our money, pouring coffee, thinking there's coffee creamer when there's not. How hard is it to put a sign up? I use to to come here on the weekends, not no more. You know who doesn't let stuff run out Starbucks, it's more money but I'm not wasting time, not feeling stupid when you let them know something is out, and I get my coffee within mins so I can move on with my day instead of driving everywhere for some coffee creamer or being mad that this is the second week in a row where I wasted my time and money. Something that take 5 mins turns into 30 minutes before I actually get to drink any type of coffee, put a sign that says out of order. I've been on a first name basis with many of the employees for how often I'd go. I've seen many of them come and go. Recently, I stopped going to this place completely after a couple of incidents left me with zero desire to shop here. The first and most important one is that the manager, an old angry lady named Sandy, is so unprofessional that I have seen her on multiple occasions now reprimand employees in a very unacceptable way, using foul language and threatening to fire them IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS, worse yet for MINOR THINGS. She doesn't care if there's people standing in line waiting to pay for their things, she's stopped everything she's doing to absolutely DEMEAN these people, her employees, in front of customers, women and children, USING BAD WORDS. This is BEYOND unprofessional and completely unacceptable. Besides this, she's been rude and nasty to myself and to other customers on days where it is CLEAR that she must be having a bad day, and somehow thinks that makes it okay to take it out on others. I wasn't going to bother leaving a review, but the reason I am is because these are not only isolated incidents. IT KEEPS HAPPENING. Someone like that has NO PLACE running a store. Super unprofessional, lacking any respect for employees let alone customers. People don't need to see that. They go there to buy gas, smokes, and go home. They don't need to be talked to with a condescending attitude either. Make of this what you will, but I wouldn't feel right if I didn't give my two cents on the situation so maybe your corporate office is aware of the clown show they're running here.

This location in particular, is pretty convenient when traveling between the northern and southern parts of Reno. It's about halfway between Virginia St and 395, so really easy to access on the main veins. When I visit any location, I usually aim for the self check outs, as I pay with card and don't need the cashier to make change for cash. The self check outs are easy to use and prompts are easy to read and navigate. Consistent with the other locations, the coffee station and the to go hot food (aka delicious burritos) are well stocked in the morning, and less so in the afternoons I've noticed. (Also small gripe with the sausage burrito (my go to) has a new sauce and I personally hate the flavor of it. Just give me the ingredients without any extra sauce.) The added 24/7 hours make it real easy for any hour of travel to stop in and get road trip goodies!

As always, they're the most competitive in the land, and that's just talking about the numbers. Costco was always neck and neck with all online retailers, even when we're talking about their one time promotional prices! For comparison? my previous eye doctor charged and additional $50+ per box over Costco's regular price, which equates to $400 more per year for my lenses. Best of all, you get an additional % cash back on this when you use your Costco credit card! Win win win! Second, service! Costco's employees are the best and offer help wherever they can. Today the optician was super friendly, helped me quickly find my contacts, looked into applying my insurance and happily looked into and identified rebates for me too! Beyond that, she also applied both my insurance and the rebate INSTANTLY, so I only had to pay the difference. AND she shared that Costco's return policy essentially applies to contacts and glasses bought there too, so you can shop with the same comfort and peace of mind you enjoy in the rest of the store! It's centrally located and we do so much shopping and gas filling there, that there's rarely a time going to Costco is inconvenient! So glad my eye care needs are now under the Costco umbrella.
