The gas prices are comparable to other gas stations in the area, the store is very clean, and the people are helpful. The store is your typical convenience store with snacks, drinks, sundries, the like. they also have a deli, but when I was there on a Saturday at 11 AM, it wasn't open. They do have a good selection of beer, wine, a few souvenirs such as shirts, and they even sell Sacramento Kings and other trading cards. They have a car wash, but it is a touchless car wash. I personally have not had a lot of luck with touchless car washes. . One thing that they don't have, is any slot machines. A lot of the Native American gas stations do have an area that you can play slots. But since this is not on the same property as the casino, that may be the reason that they don't. Clearly the machine/fountain wasn't functioning right. Since the drink was unusable, I poured it out and threw the cup away. An employee immediately told me something along the lines of "can you not do that," and I think he said something about not being able to clean it (?), which was confusing given that the machine was dispensing syrup instead of an actual drink. I grabbed a new drink. After using the restroom, I went to the register to pay. That's when I was questioned about where my original cup went. I explained that I threw it out because it was syrup, not Gatorade. Instead of acknowledging the machine, issue, the employee complained about inventory and charged me for the cup. I understand businesses have procedures, but charging a customer for a defective product, plus addressing it in a confrontational way, isn't good customer service. This could have been handled much better.

Not only was my age verified but it was required that my ID be scanned. Never have I had this happened in the state of California in the 16 years I've been driving. When I asked for an explanation she angrily told me it was her company policy and she would get fired if she didn't do it and then proceeded to say rude comments under her breath and yell at me as I walked out the door. If I hadn't already paid I would have driven to another gas station. I've only had pleasant experiences but this "manager" has only ensure I will drive out of my way to get gas elsewhere. Advice to the owners? Cut your losses and find yourself a new manager before you lose more customers.

The first pump we pulled up to was out of order, so we went to the one in front of it. That one was out of order as well. Thought maybe it was this section of the gas station so we drove over to another set of pumps. Same result. They were all out of order. A fail in terms of getting gas.
