Without putting my number in, the screen welcomes R*****. I look up and the cashiers name was R*****. When I looked at the points on the screen, there was over 100,000 points. I then told him to let me put my number. He responded with "oh I'm sorry" and went ahead and deleted the profile. As I was putting my number in and continuing to check out, the 2 cashiers start to brag about how they are building their reward points. The other cashier continues to talk about how he had so many points, more than 300,000. This is a new 7 Eleven and I'm sure you wouldn't want this as your reputation. This made ALL the difference in getting a good wash because the automatic washes don't get certain corners or spots on your car and having employees there to give some specific scrub downs before you went through ensured you'd get a good wash. Apparently the upper management has done away with this (even though they still keep a scrub brush and barrel of water) because it takes too much time per car coming through. This seems ironic to be concerned about as I've ever waited in a line here. I tried calling today to give some feedback as the employee said this was a common frustration from other customers but I was hung up on by Tonio after waiting several minutes. Bummer! I think it's time to take our business elsewhere.

The salesman, Tim, and I concluded it probably needed a new battery. We called back to test drive and "talk numbers" and Tim said he had already had the shop put a new battery in it and it would be ready for us. I like that he was proactive. Both times we looked at it, it was detailed well and not dirty. I feel like some dealerships half-detail it and cars aren't as clean as they could be. Price was good and they were willing to work with us a little to get where we needed to be. Tim was relaxed and didn't apply any pressure for us to buy. He felt like more like our advocate during the buying process trying to get finance to agree to the price we felt was appropriate and worked for us. The first pass on the numbers included a "reconditioning fee" of almost $700, which should absolutely be included in the price and not a fee that shows up during the negotiation process, but they were willing to wave that once we told them the price we needed out the door to make a deal. We were in and out in about an hour and a half, which is not that bad. I have been at dealerships much longer and it's not fun. We had our 3 kids with us, so we just wanted to sign what we needed to and get out. Overall, pretty happy and would buy a car from them again.

I knew what was wrong and most dealerships and shops would have just told me I was wrong and tell me to get a $3,000 service performed. They however checked it out located the rare part and just popped it in for me for way less than I thought a dealer would have charged me. My brief experience makes me want to come here from CA to buy a new Volvo after our Tesla lease is up. The waiting room is very nice and all the staff was great! Alex was the best! This is NOT a stealership experience I've had at all the 7 dealerships I've bought my cars from. Highly recommend these guys.
