Car wash-------The WORST car wash for customer service AND they do poor job washing cars!! I paid the cashier 45 minutes ago and my car has yet to be washed. I would hate to see how long it takes them on a busy day!! In additon, they no longer offer a discount on their over priced gas when you buy a car wash. wow they were bad!! When I went there I had just purchased the car and there was some sticky stuff on the dash. I asked the guy what wash I needed to buy in order to have then clean it and he directed me to the $18 (17 and change) luxury wash. After 45 minutes the guy said that the stuff was glue and said he couldn't clean it. I said it was not glues but some sugar. He said he couldn't get it clean and told me to use gasoline. They would not refund the money for the lux wash. I took it home and cleaned it in 5 minutes with pine sol. In addition the front of the car was really dirty They are lazy and expensive. Pros: The older gentleman is friendly. Cons: The woman is extremely rude and has no knowledge of anything in her store. She has argued with myself and others about prices, when the sticker prices were clearly displayed. The young guy is the rudest, most disgusting person on the face of this earth, but it probably doesn't matter when it's his family's business. I have seen him get into verbal fights with people and be completely disrespectful. He's sickening and I am shocked his family would still allow him to tarnish their name even farther. The prices are insanely ridiculous. The car washes are mediocre. The store is never stocked and smells terrible. The drinks are warm because their refrigerators are always off or broken. They don't do cash back and their ATM machine charges $2, but is usually broken anyway. Bottom line: DON'T GO HERE! They would have negative stars if possible. read more

Gas is extremely overpriced, cashier treats you like you're gonna steal from her and snacks are almost expired and beat up. Also the prices on their drinks are higher than normal. Whenever I am in the area I make an effort now to go into Ralphs and buy something. read more

Needed air in my tires. Long story short the air pump wasn't working and the more I tried to put air in the flatter the tire got. I kept needing to ask the owner to turn the air back on. He was so agitated and snappy like it was MY fault. At one point he told me I should call the 800 number to get the machine fixed. Right. If not for the car wash guys who had their own air hose I wouldn't have even been able to drive away. Been in here before because it's close to work but the owner is really rude. read more

Way overpriced! Don't go in for coffee or drinks either. The machines are broken or if there is coffee, there is no sugar or creamers, just empty containers. I usually wait until I get near work, where the gas is up to 50¢ cheaper. read more

Unacceptable customer service! My husband went in to purchase some items and paid cash. The associate at the counter ( did not get her name, but she is working the shift as I type this very moment 11/26/17 @ 10:40 am) gave him his change back, but was short by a quarter. Normally we would just brush it off, but its the principal of the matter. My husband goes back in towards the counter and the lady says, "oh did I short you a quarter?" My hubby responds by saying "yes" and her response was " well, I doubt that I did, but here is your quarter" WHAT THE HELL KIND OF IGNORANT RESPONSE IS THAT?! First you knew you gave him short change, but then had the audacity to say what you said. UM...NO! So kindly my hubby says, "You know what, keep the quarter since it's that important to you to" and walks out. This Chevron definitely needs better employees with better customer service. I've never had such an awful experience at a carwash. It took over an hour and a half and the employees were terribly rude. On top of it, gas is ridiculously expensive here vs. any other chevron in riverside. Never coming back... read more

Watch out... they charge your credit card $100 to make sure there is enough in your account. Apparently a lot of gas stations practice this (but they don't go that high). But, if it's your last $25 you are out of luck. I get car washes here. It's ok. Sometimes the wait is long. Gas is very overpriced. read more

Not worth it. This gas station has some of the highest prices in Riverside and on top of that, it took 2 hours to get a basic car wash. When I tried to get a refund or any sort of reimbursement or get my car back (as it hadn't been washed yet), the cashier proceeded to tell me I could go outside and tell the guys to "hurry up" myself. Only if Yelp had negative stars! This place is awful and then some. Went on a weekday to get my car washed. Upon my arrival there was one vehicle ahead of me. I waited about five minutes for someone to take my keys and my order. I promptly went inside to pay and was greeted by a very rude cashier. The store was torn up and it appears they are remodeling. I paid and patiently sat outside. 35 minutes had past and my car wasn't touched, not vacuumed or moved . The employee who was taking orders was busy talking to a couple girls. I asked if there was a problem. He said they would start on it soon. I went inside to speak with the manager and I was told he was outside drying cars. Hmmm.. a bit strange? The guy drying the cars said he didn't know anything and to talk with the owner. Can you say run around? They knew I was irritated and finally got to the car. Overall, it took 65 minutes to get my vehicle washed poorly. Deceptive practices, poor service and extremely poor quality for high prices. But at least I got a rude cashier and the run around...lucky me. As the others have said, never again!! read more

Bad car wash experience: dropped my car off at the car wash today while we went to eat lunch. We returned 30 minutes later to find that my car had not been washed and had a poor vacuum job. When I left the car it was second in line but it had been passed up for many other cars who came after me. I took my car and left. Wish I could give them no stars! read more

Long story short. It was gasoline rush hour and all 4 lanes were full. My gas cap was on the left and I pulled in to a pump on my right. I go to pay inside because I couldn't pay outside. As I walk in, the clerk proceeds to tell me that my gas cap is on my left and I'm parked on the right. I acknowledge the fact and tell the clerk that there are at least 10 other people in the area and moving is physically impossible. He refuses to serve me because my gas cap was on the left and i parked on the right. Great customer service! read more

I'm pretty surprised at the reviews so far but maybe things have improved? I started coming to this station since it was conveniently located in the Canyon Crest Towne Center that has a Ralph's, my gym(CCAC) and a Bank of America. I haven't had any problems with the car wash or the gas. As a matter of fact, I am happy to finally find a car wash where I don't have to complain about an unsatisfactory job. Also they just renovated the place and turned it into an "extra mile" location, so they have a really nice set up and some really good food and coffee now. I'll be continuing my weekly tradition and filling up and getting a regular wash here. read more

dont come here!!! first of all they have the highest gas prices in riverside....see gasbuddy.com. 2nd they tryed to charge me for air for my tires today! it is illegal to charge for free air in california. there is a toll free number to call to report abuse 1-800-365-7057. the lady at the register refused to turn on the air without me paying which is illegal. i am reporting this location so they will stop overcharging customers! read more

From time to time I would come and have my truck washed here when i'm in the area, but NEVER again. This car wash is now horrible!! I recently came to have my truck washed, I paid almost $20 for a "super" wash or whatever. Not only were there water marks and drips on the exterior but they didnt even vacuum or clean the inside of my truck!! The windows and dash were still dusty and there was debrees all over the carpet. So i went back to confront the lady in the station who had an attitude about as bad as the service i had just experienced. I told her what the deal was with the wash and asked why i waited for over an hour for a job half way done!! She obviously gave me the run around about this and that. Bottom line i will never go there again for anything, i wont even buy a snickers bar from this place let alone get gas!! Speaking of gas its the most expensive gas station in town...... This place always charges a lot more for gas than other stations, but I had put up with it if I was low on fuel and needed to fill up in a hurry because they are across the street for me. However, I've noticed that the creepy clerks always stare at the customers. I'm not talking about a mere glance every now and then, I'm talking about weird lion stalking zebra stares. The guys will come out of the building and sit or lean again the rail and state. I had wondered about this before so I decided to look into it last night. We locked eyes when I first started filling up and I was annoyed. I turned back in his direction when my car was half full and he was still staring dead at me. The same thing when it got full. We locked eyes for a full minute after I was done pumping. When I opened the door to get in my car he finally walked back inside. Fucking rude/creepy prick. It's a slight inconvenience to go down the street a couple of minutes to the stations off University, but well worth it so I don't get mad dogged. read more
