Car wash hours are sporadic and when open on odd occasions are understaffed and VERY SLOW. I'm hoping for thorough but hard to tell. There was one car ahead of me 45 minutes ago. I had to go in and rouse the attendant who was chatting up the cashier. Still, my car has not gone through the wash yet. It's now been 50 minutes since arrival. Not sure why they bother. Why did I? I visited this location after doing some grocery shopping. I had the opportunity to come, I usually pay with the Chevron App but today I had cash. I was attended by Atif did not greet me she right away asked how much and what gas number. I let her know $20 on 4 she proceeded the transaction without asking me if I was paying with cash or using my rewards. I let her know that I was using my rewards and cash, she sighed and asked me to put my reward # I was unsure on what my reward number was so I asked her and she stated she didn't know, which was no help. I tired another number and it did not go through I asked her if I could try another number and she said sure but it's the last time I could try which was very unfortunate. Thankfully the second number worked, she proceed the transaction again with debit . I told her again it was cash and she rolled her eyes. I'm hoping that this could be brought to her attention & hopefully she could get some training on the rewards system, active listening and better customer service. read more

Pump #1 not working . no gas pumps out , but the pump still charged me. Luckily I didn't fill my tank. Attendant on duty couldn't read the receipt Kept telling me I didn't use the card I was showing him . When clearly the last 4 digits matched . I also showed the debit from My bank. He said it was from another time. I pointed out it was showing central time zone. He did not undwesrand. I contacted the manager by phone who made Me feel like i was trying make it up and wasnt very friendly. Cipriona the manager told me to call weights and measures the phone number is on the pump. The number on the pumps are incorrect. I called and they referred me to 211 which referred me to another incorrect number which was not working. I finally found number online and reported to weights and measures. Customer service is definitely lacking but more importantly the gas pump is not working correctly. Be careful when gasing up here. read more

1 star because this place seems to be wily when it comes to their price per gallon. When gas prices in the area start making their climb upward The Canyon Crest Towne Center's Chevron joins the party, BUT when everyone fluctuates down low they seem to stay constantly high. This is a wonderful advantage for the only station within a 3 minute radius so there is a good chance their customers won't notice, but I won't be fooled & hopefully by reviewing this place you won't be either. Maybe they will change this when too many people catch on, but driving the couple of extra miles to Shell or Thriftys on Iowa & University is worth the trip. read more

I wish I could give 0 stars! The owner of this station is so unbelievably rude to his customers. The prices here are ALWAYS at least $0.40 - $0.50 per gallon higher than anywhere else you go simply because they're in the Canyon Crest shopping center. I attempted to use the restroom while spending $100 to fill up my gas guzzler and the owner lied to me and told me that they didn't have a restroom... the same restroom that I used DAYS BEFORE you LIAR! I used to come to this station religiously before the current owner took over, but will never return for fuel or a car wash until ownership/management changes. HORRIBLE PLACE! read more

This place clearly believes that they can survive on being the only gas station or car wash within two miles. They'd be doing a lot better if they met the high expectations of the Canyon Canyon Crest Town Center rather than skating by as if they've never owned a business before. I took my car in today to get washed and came back to an obviously broken driver's side speaker grill. The broken grill was so obvious that the car wash employee that drove the car for just a few seconds admitted noticing it. The employee that had the car before that employee claimed he didn't notice breaking it, but couldn't recall seeing it. The owner brought both of the employees out to me, had them deny any fault in front of me and asked if I was calling them a liar. C'mon. None of us are perfect at our jobs. Why try to embarrass the employees? My fiancee noticed the broken grill instantly and so did I. All the owner had to do was say "hey, who knows who did it, but here's a free car wash." Instead, he landed himself this stellar review on Yelp. I'll go elsewhere from now on and be sure to dissuade my friends from going there as well. I'm sure it will change ownership soon enough. I recommend the Bubble Machine at the Chevron on 14th and the 91 freeway- the owner is incredibly nice and would never have treated a customer like this. At first, I liked it. It's close to where I live and rarely backed up. After awhile, I wasn't as pleased but wanted to reserve judgment. Now? Yeah, this place just really sucks. The store portion always smells like vomit and the clerks seem forever amused they actually have customers. The squeegees always make the windows worse, which annoys me because that's why I usually hit up a Chevron or 76. The worst part? The gas prices are always $0.15 - 0.20 more per gallon here than anywhere else, but they retain business because the closest station is two miles out of the way. They're not retaining me, though. I sometimes wonder how some gas stations continue to exist when there are better options around. Paying an extra .15/gallon over most other gas stations seems crazy but apparently people in this area are willing to pay that. If you find yourself desperate for gas, fill up a 1/2 gallon, drive west a mile or two and you'll find much better prices. read more

CAR WASH ONLY: The cleaning was good enough. I picked the Super Wash which was $14.99 I got the hand wash, vacuum, and tire polish with it. The people seemed very cool and on top of their game. I still feel that the prices could be lower. I wanted to give it a try since it is only 2 minutes from my house. But I didn't get an amazing service that I would want to go back. They have a waiting area inside the Chevron as well as outside seating. It is close to many restaurants that you can visit while waiting. Next time, I am gonna have to drive a little farther for a cheaper and maybe even better service. read more

I can only be neutral for now as I have only gone inside the store to get a cool drink on the way to my open houses in Canyon Crest. The store is clean inside and everything is working at least when I've been there. It is true though their gas prices are out of this world and honestly I would never go there for gas unless I really had to and then I'd only get a gallon and drive somewhere else cheaper to finish the fill.I was stunned at the gas prices on Sunday as where I filled up at Vons it was 15 cents a gallon cheaper. Id say all of the 1 star reviews are correct. This place is horrible. Gas prices are outrageous. The older women who I believe owns this gas station is incredibly rude. Once I had paid for regular 87, and the pumps would dispense 87 , so she said to use the more expensive premium gas. I asked for a refund and she acted like I insulted her and made me wait 25 minutes for a refund. Very unprofessional. I only get gas here if I'm desperate for gas since it is so close to home and work. Over priced!!!! I try to use the car wash since it close by to home as well. But I am done! It is the slowest moving car wash ever! They promote early bird specials starting at 8am. Its 8:24 and I've been here since 8am and my car hasn't gone through the wash cycle. There is one other car here! If you open at 8, actually open at 8! So its 8:28 and my car finally rolls through. At 8:30, I notice someone finally starting to dry it. Still waiting at 8:40am. I'm officially DONE with this place. As the previous reviewer said, it is the only gas station and car wash close to my home so I have had little choice but to use it. No more. Not only are their fuel prices inflated, but the customer service is AWFUL. I got my car washed there recently and they advertised that you get $.10 off per gallon when you buy a wash. When I went in to pay for the wash I asked how to get my fuel discount. The lady told me that I had to get it BEFORE they washed my car. What the heck?? Then, they locked my keys in my car and came up to me like it was MY fault. They weren't going to do anything about it (what kind of place that works with cars doesn't keep one of those jimmy things on site?) so I had to walk home to get my spare key. They didn't even offer me a free carwash and I was too mad to get in an argument about it. Also, they don't have the automatic hook things on their gas handles so you have to stand there and hold the darn thing while you fill up. Very annoying. There is a sign saying that it's a state rule or something but I have NEVER been to another gas station that has removed them. Last, but most certainly not least....there have been 3 times now where I have gone to get gas, selected regular unleaded, and the pump starts to fill up for the PREMIUM price. At first I thought I had hit the wrong button so I stopped, put in my card again, and tried it for a 2nd time. Nope, I was defnitely pushing the 89 button and it was charging me for premium. When I went inside to tell the lady (the same one who told me I had to fill up before the carwash in order to get the fuel discount) basically shrugged her shoulders and said they would look into it. Again, this was the 3rd time that this has happened to me over a period of about 6 months. At this point I seriously suspect that they are doing it on purpose to make some extra money. I'm definitely not a consipiracy theorist but I really do suspect this. They all seem like somewhat shady people, not trying to be judgemental, but that is my instinct. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra mile or two and DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. I will say that they just changed ownership/management about 6 months ago and they never used to be this bad. I am done and will no longer take my business here, no matter what. There are a couple of gas stations on University and Iowa that I have never had any problems with and their gas is a lot cheaper to boot. read more

I came last Saturday, there was nobody available at the cashier machine, apparently he was vacuuming his own car. When I asked him if I can get my car wash he told me "I don't know" ? Okay who does ? He did not know that either. I'm back on Monday, a young man checked my car in, he asked that guy at the register if the early bird special was still available. I never believed I would be reviewing a gas station but I was just treated so rudely here that this needs to be written! I stopped by here on the way from getting groceries, there was a bit if a line at the pumps so I called my husband to let him know I was on my way home. A pump freed up while he was handing the phone to my 3 year old. I pulled into the spot and I started wrapping up the conversion with my son (he's three and fresh out of school, he wanted to talk!). I then hear a knock on my window, it's the clerk from the store (older man)and he's trying to question me. I hang up with my son and the clerk asks "Do you need gas?". Confused I reply that I do. He then says "Then get gas!" And gestures to other cars then walks off. I stare at him in shock that he would treat a customer this way and he turns while heading back to the store part to YELL AT ME AGAIN!!! Being a human being with at least a molecule of dignity, I drove off and got my $50 in gas elsewhere. read more

The gas is always expensive, everything is overpriced for that matter. I'm sitting in my car for 5 minutes after pumping gas and he comes from inside the store from where he was sitting on his ass doing nothing to tell me to move. This car wash is terrible! I paid $30 for the worst wash I've ever gotten! The guy sold it as a "$50" value. My car came back honestly worse than it came in! The windows were still dirty, nothing was wiped down and the rims were just as bad as they came in. The only thing they did was drench my whole dash in a cheep wax that was layed over a layer of dust! AVOID THIS PLACE!
