We entered this location, holding the door open for an employee who was coming in with a rolling cart. She greeted my husband and I. We (hubby and I) went over to the coffee area and noticed there were no cups. We said to each, oh, this must be because of Covid. We understood and appreciated the safety measures. So, we went up to the counter to get cups. There was one young girl working there and she ignored us as we asked if the cups were behind the counter? She nodded as she waited for the customer in front of us to gather his money. The lady who we were courteous to earlier came from the back and noticed we were waiting on cups. She asked us, coffee cups? We answered, yes. She then asked, what sizes would you like? We told her and she immediately handed us the cups. We went over to the coffee section and began to dispense our coffee. We both noticed that the coffee wasn't hot. By this time the younger lady who was behind the counter was over in the coffee area working on the canisters. Being that the coffee was lukewarm and not hot, my husband asked her if there was a microwave? She just pointed down towards where the microwave was. Not even looking at us, just pointing down at the microwave. In my opinion that is horrible customer service. I asked her if that meant the microwave was right behind her? When you get to the cashier, they will move you to the line that will take a credit card. They charge a $0.75 fee to use a credit card. Their car wash is often broken. read more

I'm always going to Arco's for gas- some of them happen to be AM:PM and I enjoy their app game (mostly for free treats) This location always disappoints. While they had cookies today, the cashier was not even slightly happy, friendly or polite really. I went to wash my windows- they have dry squeegees- no water in any of the bins I walked to. We're at a point where companies SHOULD have employees that are happy they have income and companies should be happy to get business. The car wash was broken, barely squirted the soap on my car, the spinning things didn't even touch my car and in 30 seconds it was over. I drove out and parked in front of the store to go talk to the staff, who called the manager and said they don't do refunds. The car wash was $12 and worth 0 cents. We made the horrible decision to drive our car through this car wash out of convenience. The spinning brushes didn't even make contact with the backside of our car and when it hit the front side, it knocked the side light off the body of our car. This is the worst drive through car wash. I paid to have my car washed and it just wet my car didn't use soap and it didn't air dry it. It left my car just wet. I asked the incompetent woman that works there for a refund and she said it wasn't there problem and was extremely rude. It's an Arco a.m. p.m. need I say more? I come here to get my car washed, pick up snacks, fill up on gas and customer service and the cashiers are great! No complaints here. This place is open all the time. I don't worry about coming here in the middle of the night there's plenty of police officers in the parking lot at times. The car wash isn't as good as going to a hand wash place but it is convenient. I like that there's plenty of islands to get gas I never have to wait. read more

This is a typical Arco AM/PM market which has all the usual things you'd expect from an AM/PM... decent coffee, public restrooms, an automated carwash, prepared food items (which I'm a little embarred to admit that I really like), etc. What sets this particular location apart from others of its ilk is the price of their gasoline. Arco's tend to charge less for their fuel than do their competitors (a difference which, I suppose, is offset by their non-acceptance of credit cards & their high debit card fees), but this station routinely charges around 25 cents per gallon more than other area AM/PMs. This is almost certainly due to the fact that they've essentially got zero immediate competition (just a Shell next door that charges even higher prices). This station is by far the closest to my house, but I haven't patronized it since their prices started to creep up (disporportionately to other stations) a couple years ago. This price differencial thing might (to some) just be seen as trifling over a few cents here and there, but 25 cents per gallon equals nearly $4.00 per tank for my vehicle.
