My wife, her mom, and I used this location to buy some items specific to the area, including a 24 can pack of Lost Coast Great White (a great price at $21.99) and local wines, including Pacific Redwood Organic Red ($6.99 a bottle, guessing it will make a great sangria. We also ended up eating dinner here during our first night at Eureka, barely over $10 for the three of us (2 pizza slices, 2 hot dogs, 2 sodas, and a really good chocolate ice cream sundae). Everything is ordered through kiosks, and they call out your number when the food is ready. They seem to have changed the brand of the hot dog buns when I wasn't looking...these are more like hoagie rolls than hot dog buns. The pizza is as good as ever, and we really liked the sundae, with good soft serve. The food court is indoors and a bit small, with only 7 tables for sitting. It has a gas station, and we used it twice (once coming in, at $5.899 per gallon, and leaving a couple days later at $5.699). It has 3 islands, with 2 pumps each, so a total of 12 nozzles. Not too busy: had to wait a bit when filling up during evening, no wait at all in the morning.

Office staff can be good and bad, I have had 3 out 5 visits end nicely. Not great over the phone, the lady is always very short and sometimes downright rude. They really need to update their website, it is confusing and limited. The receipt is a bit confusing as well and you have to guess as to what you account info is if you try to sign up for an account. I usually request a refill online and they call me the next day.

I'm a retired senior living on a fixed income of social security and retirement. I have been a…read morecustomer for over 20 years and during this entire time have religiously sent in a monthly payment and always paid my balance off. During these difficult times with the increased cost of propane i'm still adjusting to having to increase my monthly payment along with increased gasoline, groceries, utilities, and all amenities just to survive on a fixed income that hasnt changed to accommodate the worlds financial crisis. It now costs me close to $1000 just to fill my propane tank and my house is mainly propane (heat, stove, water heater). Without propane I can't survive in my home. I got a call yesterday that they're now making me c.o.d., even though right now I hav a credit balance on my account, they want $350 just to bring me 100 gallons. If my tank was completely empty it would cost close to $1000 and they would want this amount upfront to fill the tank. No one can afford this on a fixed income that doesnt increase according to increased cost of living. This change to c.o.d. is because I've had finance charges on my account due to balances carried over to 60 days while I'm paying huge balances off. I was extremely angry that the good customer I've always been for all these years wasn't even taken into consideration. I started thinking about other customers like jobless, vaccine injured, elderly, disabled, fixed income, sick, etc who will be put on c.o.d., who have been good customers but hit with financial difficulties during this time of world crisis. I will find a way to pay the $350 because I have to survive and ill pull it from some other utility payment. But if you can get your propane from another distributor I encourage you to do that. This company lacks customer service during these difficult times for all even to those long, reliable, consistent customers. It has become about the money not the good customers which built this business from the beginning and that pay their wages. The one star is not for the company but Juan the delivery driver. He's the best and totally takes care of his customers.
