I really wish I would've read the car wash reviews before washing my car here. I know gas station car wash washes are not the best but they are pretty convenient. I came here because I parked my car under a tree and got a lot of bird poop on it. I paid $17 for water to be sprayed on my car. Little to no soap was used. The wash ultimately lasted 1.5 minutes. All it did was soak my car. It didn't remove any dirt or the bird poop. The dryer does nothing other than make noise. My car was left dripping wet. Would not recommend at all! I wish I would have take pictures :( read more

Its really kind of your run of the mill corporate gas station with a car wash. The attached convenience store, reasonable sized and has plenty of unhealthy food options as is customary of stores of this genre. The car wash is also what you would expect but for the odd addition of an LED Blue light that makes trippy effects on my sunroof. Beyond that, the prices are really high for the area and unless you need 10X you RDA of Sodium, lottery tickets, a car wash, are on an expense account, or simply in a hurry there is little reason to stop. I washed my car here and noticed there were still bugs in the front and I went inside to ask if I could go through again to see if the bugs came off and he said "oh, no. it's going to be the same anyways, unless you wanna pay for a wash again." No hate just will not be coming back as other places usually do let you pass through again. read more

The three stars are for the car wash. I came on a Friday and there was no line. Yay! I decided to get a car wash on a whim, and I'm lucky I asked because you have to pay in advance. The car wash doesn't accept ATM/Credit Card. Overall the car wash was pretty standard. It got the job done. I would have liked more time for my car to dry, but overall it got my filthy white car clean. read more

I have been coming here regularly purely out of convenience. After today I'll look for alternatives. They reconfigured the pump in a very deceptive way. In the past, you would be offered 3 choices simultaneously for the car wash and could make an immediate selection. Now they show only the most expensive option first and ask if you want it. If you realize you have other options, you can select NO and then be shown the second most expensive option. If you don't like that option, you can select NO again to be taken to the basic car wash option. Deception aside, this is more time consuming and annoying for consumers. read more

Don't come here unless you want to be yelled at across the whole gas station to keep the "cashier's restroom" clean. The African American cashier working with the beanie (who also owns the restroom) trying to intimidate my family and I with his friend. Leaving his shift, he's sitting passenger and backs up to our truck where we just got gas, BOTH TRY to stare us down, the driver rolls down the window and so do I. He says we're looking at him like we know him when the passenger (the DISRESPECTFUL employee) is on the passenger seat staring at us the whole 5 minutes they're trying to back up. They could've simply backed up like a normal person and drove around, but decided to be confrontational with my father, my 3 children, and I. Yelling at people to keep your bathroom clean makes people want to trash your facilities, but I'm positive the disrespectful employee wouldn't be cleaning it up. Also, who trashes Chevron bathrooms??? It's your job to do general clean up, it's not the customer's job to wipe down sinks or mirrors or etc. Get a better job if you don't want to clean bathrooms!!! We ONLY stop at Chevron stations because we are long time credit card holders, but screw this station. We will never stop here again when we come to the city. So if you want to be disrespected, embarrassed and intimidated by wanna be thugs, this is your place. read more

My car was in much need of a wash but due to social distancing I needed a place where I could just drive through a machine, no contact with anyone and have the scrubby rollers do their thing. Fortunately, the Chevron off Whipple did the job! As I drove up, there were only about 3 cars in front of me. When I was next in line, I did have to slide my credit card and press the touch screen once to indicate I wanted the $9.00 wash. I keep purell in my car so I was able to wipe down my card and my hands. The wash took a few minutes then I was in my merry way home leaving all the 20 Lbs+ of car grime behind. It's not the most thorough of washes but my car is cleaner than it used to be. Thanks Chevron Car Wash! read more

They don't even deserve a star.., They discriminate against people with disabilities, I took my daughter (who is only 10) their because she needed to use the restroom and we were over a half an hour away from home, yea their is mask mandates but the mandate also says that people with disabilities are exempt but to try and wear a face shield if it's hard to wear a mask on your mouth and nose... look it up on the government pages, so I wore a face shield because I suffer from a mental disability and asthma that make it hard to wear a face mask and the man at the counter told me I have to wear one at that place, I said I don't have to due to my disability which my psychiatrist had told me businesses are suppose to accommodate, and he said I have to prove to him I have a disability which is totally against the law... I said I have my Medicare card and that other places have never said anything and he said well you can go to other places I said I need to get food my daughter is hungry, and he took the food back and said I can go somewhere else, I was so upset that I had a panic attack and had a hard time focusing on my driving for a while after this... I will never go to this place again even once all this stuff is over ... read more

Even at like 3:30pm during the day, the car wash will take at least 30 minutes! The line is ridiculous and you can't see it until you pull all the way through and by then it's too late to back up. Also, the car wash didn't take credit or debit card or $20. Ummm... ? Come prepared with $5 or dollar bills. read more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, I never get gas from here but I use the car cleaning service. I used my card in the machine to wash my card for $15 but when I checked my card and it pulled $75 from my bank account. And when I tried to call for help no one answered. I called over 7 times in 2 hours and finally an agent answered. When I asked her for help in this situation she claimed that management is not there, when I asked for anyone to answer or help she hanged up on my face. I worked over 7 yers in customer service and never had the audacity to hang up on people's faces, the rudes customer service, no im not even sure if they sill return my money with that attitude. read more

The car wash is incredibly slow. It takes 5 minutes for each car - and you can't see the line before you commit. What I thought was going to be a quick errand turned into 30 minutes trapped in a line... for a mediocre $11 automatic wash. Never ever again. read more

convenient location for gas on a sort of busy street across from mcdonalds. easy to get in and out. never too crowded and very lit at night so you feel safe. prices are average and competitive to the shell across the street and other stations nearby. get your nuggets fries and then buy gas. theres also a car wash so thats a plus. never had a problem at chevron cause they have techron :) read more

Only take debit cards both inside and out, very dangerous. And then charges 3.95 for the inconvenience! Ridiculous! I will go elsewhere.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!!!!! THE DRIVE THROUGH CAR WASH MALFUNCTIONS AND DAMAGES CARS AND THE OWNER REFUSES TO GIVE OUT HIS INSURANCE COMPANY INFORMATION!!! OWNERS NAME IS JERRY FULLER JR. I purchased a drive through car wash at this station on Saturday Feb 13, 2016 late in the afternoon around 3:00 pm. After sitting inline for over an hour, waiting for my turn to drive through the car wash, It was finally my turn. After reading the instructions listed before beginning my drive through, I waited for the green, go light to come on to signal it was time for me to enter the war wash. No green light ever came on. I hit the buzzer and spoke to the employee inside the station and he came out and took a look, after I explained that the light was not coming on. He went back inside, then came out and said to try it again. The light came on and I moved forward into the car wash, so I pulled forward until the light came on, said back up, then again it came on move forward, and again back up. When I tried to back up per the instructions on the light in the car wash I heard this awful noise! The car wash water had never come on so I open the door to see what damage had been done to my car. The front bumper had been ripped loose on my 2014 Ford Mustang. Terrified I went in to get the clerk in the store, and he helped me get my car out the other side of the car wash contraption. He and I both took pictures of the damage on my car. He told me not to worry that this happens all the time to other peoples cars as well. His exact words were " the same thing happened to a mustang newer than yours and many other cars. Don't worry the owner has insurance for this that will pay for it, he will get it taken care of right away. The owner Jerry Fuller Jr. who poses as the manager never called me so I waited 4 days and reached out to him. I spoke to him on Thursday 2.18.16 about 12:30 in the afternoon, after I called him. I identified myself and he told me the damage was my fault and he refused to give me the name of his insurance company. Evidently they don't sell beer after midnight, even though the law only restricts from 2am-6am. Clerk couldn't say why though.

Your cashier Brandon or Brenden has the worse attitude and personality I have ever seen at this location. I always come here to get my car washed but he has NO personality and is actually kind of rude. He obviously doesn't like his job, but you made that choice and don't treat customers crappy cause you don't like your job. It's your job to provide excellent customer service and greet people with a smile. How about asking them how they are? Smile, customers don't care about your personal issues handle those outside of your job, but when your on the clock you should be going above and beyond. If you don't have a passion for people then work elsewhere please. Not sure if I want to go here anymore. read more

One of the most awesome Chevron Gas stations I have ever visited. I stopped by to buy a few drinks and snacks on my way to Daly City from Sunnyvale. I also used the restroom while I was there, very clean restroom I'd say. Anyhow the store inside is very clean as well and loaded with products. They have a wide variety of drinks such as Gatorade, soda, energy drinks and even beer. The ladies that were there were very nice so excellent customer service I would say. There was plenty of people stopping and going. Many pumping gas others stopping by to buy drinks and snacks just as I was doing and I even saw two of them using the car was station they have. I as surprise since it was during the early morning around 5:00 A.M. Definitely recommend this Chevron. Two thumbs up for this place. read more

Always a long line, not because it's a good wash, but because the wash is broken and they keep having to come out and reset the machine. A refund takes 10 minutes for them to figure out how to do it, too. read more
