I am shooting this Chevron four stars just because they offer nice, clean, decent restrooms and it is easily accessible off the I-5. They also offer plenty gasoline pumps and it is well stocked with your typical roadtrip items. This location is also surrounded by plenty of fast food franchises. Excellent customer service too. This is another gas station on Lyons's Avenue that won't let you use their bathroom. They had the walkway barricaded with poster boxes. They were really rude when I asked to use the public bathroom after filling my tank at their station. They told me it was being worked on and I said I would wait. They said it would be hours, both bathroom doors were open and nobody was working on the bathroom that I could see. Also, a word to the wise.. Even though I may look like "some white lady" you should not assume I am not a Latina and that I don't speak fluent Spanish. So rude, just because they don't want to be bothered with customers. Not surprised to see a very low rating for this place of business. I took my special needs son here this morning to cash his lottery ticket and encountered the most rude owner and sidekick that I've had the displeasure to come into contact with. This pretty much sets the stage for the rest of my encounter. My son was cashing his ticket at the counter when the owner (I'm guessing) came in and stepped right in front of him and interrupted his transaction. He didn't say excuse me, pardon me, oh I'm sorry but I have to speak to the counter, nothing. Just as rude as hell and didn't give a shit if he was an asshole, which he was completely. Then after his discussion with his sidekick behind the counter, he walked right in front of me and almost ran into me, like he wanted to, so I moved slightly. Just a total dick. My special needs son became upset as he has been taught manners and if people don't behave appropriately it does not sit well with him. The guy behind the counter asked what was wrong. I told him all of the things mentioned above and he told us that we were being unreasonable as someone had been smoking out by the pump and it could have exploded. I told him that this was no excuse for being rude to us. The guy then told us that we were being unreasonable and that he was trying to save us! I thought to myself, how can he be saving us from an explosion inside the store? In any event, it still did not excuse his behavior, which I told the guy and the guy told me that I could take my business somewhere else. They must have a lot of dicks in that family and they were all working today. Both of them completely clueless and clearly not customer service oriented. Will not be taking any of my business there again cuz that place really sucks for customer service. In fact, they go out of their way to discourage you from taking your business there. Paid for a "DELUXE" car wash, but there was no soap. My husband went into the gas station to let the attendant know and the attendant gave him attitude. He gave my husband a code for an "EXPRESS" wash after he stated he paid for a deluxe. Went back around for another wash, and there's still no soap. Don't waste your money for a car wash here! read more

Needed to look for a car wash even if it was automated and did a quick search and found this place. Coming from the valley a lot of bugs so cleaned the windshield and the very front with the window cleaner by the pumps and then once did that went around the back and selected the works and it gave over 2:30 minutes of drying time and that seems to always be the kicker for most places that don't have a long enough drying time. Got the works for 10 bucks went and went into the designated area to start the machine and went through and had to fix a mirror and close my gas flap but it actually did a really good job of cleaning the car. It got the rest of the bugs off the front and then even the window was really clean. It's a nice pit stop area to stop and get snacks on our way back from visiting the valley and while covid is going on gives a quick option even if it's 10-11 at night. Very rude cashier. Took out my $10 bill for change and then threw it in the air in defiance and when I told her she was being very rude, she said she treats people how she's treated. She began to argue with me and finally waived her hand in the air and basically told me to get out. I have never been treated so rudely in my entire life. She coped an attitude with my wife a few minutes earlier. In the process of filing a formal complaint with Chevron corporate. Will NEVER darken another Chevron again. Worst experience ever. Worst customer service from the Store Manager!!! I paid for gas and a car wash took it through their car wash spindles ripped off my back windshield wiper, shouldn't have been a big deal. I brought the broken piece into the store. Showed the clerk he called his manager. He said he would get back to me the following business day. The following business day, he still did not get back to me so I went in to the gas station to talk to him about it. Worst person to deal with ever, so rude very disrespectful! I understand it's just a wiper ripped off of my car not the end of the world, but don't treat me like I'm bothering you. You have now lost my business for good! read more

1 star is too many for this gas station. The women's bathroom was dirty, the trash can in the 2nd stall was for a kitchen, couldn't even sit on the toilet right because it was too large and there was a note on the hand dryer that said out of order but no paper towels were supplied. How does the staff dry their hands? Or do they even wash them?? Disgusting!! When I told the cashier about it she said " I know." Ummm ok well put some damn towels in there then. I went on to ask if it was independently owned or was it part of the Chevron chain, she said it independently owned. No wonder.places like that make me not want to ever stop at a Chevron gas station. The only good thing I can say about this location is that architectural wise, the interior and exterior is beautiful other than that, eww. Everything is so dirty!!!!!!!!!!!! I walk in and see an employee just glaring at me like I'm up to no good. I say hi but she just stares me down. Like hello! My party just paid a lot of money on your diesel gas. Don't even get me started on the bathrooms! The bathrooms is just a germ pact plaza for any and all bacteria!!! As soon as you open the door and walk in the bathroom, BAM, you now have Hepatitis B and Ebola!! It looks like no one has cleaned this bathroom for days!!! There's no way that this bathroom was neglected for a shift or even a day!!!! Just pitiful!!!! I was really disappointed the last time I was there. I filled up with gas, bought some drinks, and used the car wash but when I stopped to let my car fully air dry out of the way of cars, I was asked to leave by the owner and his wife- who acted like she was talking to the police. I was in my car on the phone so I'm not entirely sure why they were so upset. I left promptly but will get my gas and car washed at one of the 30 other stations in the area from now on. I suggest if you want Chevron, just drive a half mile down the road and use the one at 7-11- that's what I'll be doing from now on. read more

The cashier very very rude. I went to get lottery tickets and candy snacks for the road trip. Wanted to pay debit, (same as cash) nope, not at this store. Spent about $15 in snacks, paid for that. Asked for a receipt and bag, thats ten cents. This was after, I already paid. Sorry, but she got upset because she had to get off her chair to help a customer, and be rude. There was a credit card skimmer in their pump #2. I used my AMEX and within a short time (like within an hour) my credit card was being used fraudulently all over the internet. This was after not using this card for several days before going to this gas station and ONLY using it there. American Express called me right away and then eventually told me that pump skimmers are a huge way for hacksters to illegally get people's credit card info. I called the gas station to let them know that I thought there was a skimmer in their pump #2 and they didn't seem that interested. At first they answered the phone then hung up on me without saying anything. The second time I called, a disgruntled employee answered, like she didn't want to talk to me or anyone else for that matter. They're not taking the fraud seriously but YOU can by only using cash and not using ANY cards in their gas pumps. If you don't want your credit card -- or worse, your ATM card -- HACKED by a skimmer in one of their gas pumps then let me suggest going some place else. I use the Chevron near Six Flags on Magic Mountain and The Old Road all the time with no issues at all. I used this gas station ONCE and my credit card got stolen by a skimmer in one of their pumps and they didn't seem to care. Maybe they're in on it. Who knows? Just avoid the place if you don't want your credit card number to get ripped off. read more
