I stopped here for gas on a Saturday night and there were so many loitering people. The pump I used worked fine, but there was guy with a car in the next stall. He wasn't getting gas and he told me he was offering a flat rate of $75 for a tank of gas. It's cheaper than the rate at the station, but I have no idea what scam this guy was trying to pull. I told him no thank you and he went back to stand next to his car. I didn't feel safe here because there were so many people here who weren't actively getting gas. They are just standing around or sitting in their cars. I don't know if they are all coordinated, know each other, or there separately. read more

This lack of public bathroom access is unacceptable. I had to drive across town to a gas station just to use the restroom.

Avoid this place at all costs they rip you off. Their prices are terrible. They are at least $.50 or more above everybody else so I would say if you could never go to them, that would be a smart move. They were $1.10 higher than Sam's Club and Costco. One star is too many!! Besides overcharging for its gas like a middle finger to the neighborhood, the owner also robs us in every way they can; I bought an emergency carton of milk for my kids cereal and when I opened it, it was bad. So, I took it back and they refused to give me my money back, even though they smelled it and agreed it was bad. But, "the owner doesn't let us give money back no matter what, you have to talk to him..." What??? I went to this gas station this morning to get gas. I seldom go as their prices are typically higher than others. Got there and the card reader was not working. I called the young guy working there and he was extremely rude and condescending. He should not be dealing with the public. Clearly has some anger issues. Disturbing behavior by the attendant. I come here all the time (not anymore). On Sunday 10/31 at around 2:15 pm. My daughters poured a slushy, and a few drops (which I cleaned) made it on the counter. The heavy set guy behind the counter started yelling obscenities at me, and my girls. He was yelling, "I just cleaned there", I explained that I had wiped down the drops... he then screamed "Get the f&@k out of here", at the top of his lungs, over and over as he threw the slushy in the trash. It was hard to remain calm in that situation, but I did it for my girls. I will make sure the Manager is aware of this employee who is clearly driving away business. read more

Walked in to buy a lotto ticket and the person behind the counter by the name of Chris was encouraging people to come in without masks,, MY Mother is America's oldest female WW2 Veteran and she is battling cancer and going through Chemo.. It is hard to be careful with her health when the two people in front of me have no masks and are laughing and spitting all over the place and when I asked Chris about why he did not do his job he told me " I could fvck all the way off." read more

I walked into the cashier and paid $20 in cash for gas.. As I am attempting to pump gas in my car the attendant walks over to me and says I am at the wrong pump, I told him no I asked for $20 on (pump) one.. he argues with me and says no you said pump two and the other car already pumped up my money so I dont get any gas or my money back! whaaaaaa? As we begin to go back in forth from he said he said, he turns his back to me and says that is it and flicks his hand to side as he walks away... the owner of the car that pumped my $20 of gas walks over and ask if he did anything wrong... After explaining to him what happened, he agreed to pay for the portion of the gas he used... Its a shame that he and I had to resolve it on our own.. its a shame that Chevron would allow such a person of illogic to operate a station... in this country when it is he said he said the customer is always right.. Have been coming to this chevron since I was 13. They always have the goodies i like and a great drink selection. Its slightly more for the gas but it is worth it to pay for the convenience of the location. The gas Prices are not unfair and they are always well stocked. Today at about 9:55 am I went to get gas $10. I told him #2 instead of #8 I went to let him know I made a mistake. He said someone was already pumping on #2 and he couldn't do anything about it. That I can only pump what's left which was $4.94 he said if I want to the rest of my gas then to ask the lady on #2 for my money back in a sarcastic, rude manner. I ask if there anything that can be done and he yelled saying to go get money back from the lady. I didn't want to start problems with another civilian so I just pumped my $4.94 out of $10 and left. After this experience I won't be going to this location. Employees are a representation and face of the company and if I was treated this way I can only imagine many others potentially going through this rude customer service. At the end of the its not the money it's about the treatment. I don't like end things on a negative note so on a positive note the location on Ventura Blvd and Lindley is a better spot to go to! read more

This is one of my more favorite Chevrons in the valley . The price for gas is usually about 3 - 5 cents higher but the location is perfect and the attendants are usually pretty friendly and have no issues w free air and other minor things unlike some other chevrons read more

This station is a bit pricey. But what can you expect? If you're headed to to the 101 freeway from Bell Canyon or West Hills, this is your best shot at gas (unless you wanna go a little outta the way to Platt Ave.). The staff is friendly, but they're not full service by any stretch. read more

Seems to be priced about 10 cents higher then the average but it's also close to the freeway. Store itself is pretty decently stocked. I care much more about the mini mart then the gas, and even though the credit card machine thing didn't work on the gas the guy inside was friendly and ran my card as we walked out with arms full of snacks. Locally Voted WORST In Customer Service! This gas station is a disgrace to Chevron. "D. Rojas" is Rude, Incompetent and Often Short Changes his customers. "D.Rojas" has been known to yell at elderly customers. His incapable manor of not being able to assist customers with questions is annoying, he plays dumb behind the counter.
